豬肉腸肉味很濃,我有點受不了,薯餅倒是正正常常。
兩個人吃完這兩份東西已覺得很飽,但感覺是很不平衡。
再加兩杯飲品,這樣就一餐了。

整體而言這次感覺不太滿意,但可能是自己選錯食物吧?
可以再給一次機會試試其他。

Have a 200% awful experience today! Made a booking with them 2 weeks ago for a table on boxing day, I knew it would be busy so I booked way ahead of time. When arrived at the restaurant they said oh we don't have your booking. The restaurant manager personally called me up the day I made the reservation to let me know we have to split into 3 tables as the big table is booked already, not w we have 13 of us waiting outside the restaurant and they said there is nothing they can do. 我认为老板不是为赚钱为目的,而是单纯为了让大家品尝到自己家乡地道的瑞士家常菜。看看173港币的鹅肝猪扒午市套餐的配件就知:(1)餐前面包和一整块刻字黄油(2)汤 (3)一杯酒 (4)甜品的复杂程度(大只葡萄干还是白兰地酿的)和(5)咖啡给配一堆小点心。猪趴非常好吃有嚼劲,配主食面条。从这些套餐配件上就看出用心。比很多价更高的餐厅好太多。细节上见分晓,不随便减料!这样的好餐厅给一万个赞!我自己单点了番茄芝士火锅,只配面包,如果想加蔬菜,还可以加点一份蔬菜(貌似没在菜单上,之后只收了我40港币)

不過我地都揀左個鹿肉做主菜
今次係我第一次試鹿肉🦌

鹿柳肉質細嫩 帶有豐富肉汁
其實感覺同食牛柳差唔多
比想像中好味👍

伴碟有菠菜麵筋同埋酸椰菜
麵筋口感煙韌 不過唔係好食到菠菜味
但份量超多 超級飽肚
建議可以多啲人一齊食

As far as I know, there are 2 Swiss restaurants in the TST area, and the Swiss Chalet is by far the better of the 2- in terms of food and unpretentious atmosphere. Cordon bleu (pork) and noodles. The cordon bleu was crispy and the pork was decent too. Not too tough to chew. The noodles, however, were really plain spaghetti. Could be tradition. But we were not used it it and we got creative and dipped the noodles in the sauce of other dishes.
