鹿柳肉質細嫩 帶有豐富肉汁
其實感覺同食牛柳差唔多
比想像中好味👍

My mum’s favorite is the breaded veal. The breaded veal is always nicely done, light and not oily at all. Cordon bleu (pork) and noodles. The cordon bleu was crispy and the pork was decent too. Not too tough to chew. The noodles, however, were really plain spaghetti. Could be tradition. But we were not used it it and we got creative and dipped the noodles in the sauce of other dishes.

今日萬聖節,特意揀間西式餐廳慶祝一番,諗住食餐好既!揀左好耐,終於決定揀呢個好評如潮既傳統瑞士餐廳一入到去,餐廳比我感覺係典型傳統式既餐廳,氣氛感覺唔錯,侍應服侍態度亦很有好,佢地會執好,整理好位置舒適先讓你坐。落好單之後,佢地會比你揀食邊種麵包配牛油進食。食落麵包都幾鬆軟牛油都好特別,有刻字ga! 但食落牛油香唔係好夠之後就上左個appetizers我地嗌左個瑞士風乾雜肉拼盤入面有好幾款肉,口感同味道都唔同,咸香味既程度都唔同但越食越咸,最後無食晒 ,可能我地食唔慣啦之後就再嗌左個傳統瑞士芝士火鍋配櫻桃酒跟法飽!呢樣係我地最期待既一款菜!但唔知係咪期望過高,食落失望居多櫻桃酒味好似太重,苦澀味好重,芝士味食唔太出!食左2舊已經唔想食。之後亦嗌左個主菜~瑞士炒牛仔肉配磨菇忌廉汁跟瑞士薯餅!唔知係咪食完個好失望芝士火鍋,食呢個主菜反而好驚喜牛仔肉好嫩,薯餅亦好香口,係3款野食中最好味既一款!飲野我地亦嗌左一杯hot chocolate 同 一枝Rivella. 味道都ok ge!最後埋單都要成9百幾蚊其實有d貴

I think the menus and drink lists are just too colourful to read....need to read it very carefully every time😓 The restaurant has very warm, homy and comfortable environment! 👍🏽My friend and I ordered beef tartar and lobster tail salad as entree, both are not impressive to be honest. The restaurant has very warm, homy and comfortable environment! 👍🏽

My friend and I ordered beef tartar and lobster tail salad as entree, both are not impressive to be honest.
The beef tartar is lack of character due to the quality of beef used and seasoning.
Lobster was so over-cooked, dry and tasteless. Very disappointing dish! 👎🏼

However, the 2 main courses we ordered, sole fish and veal pasta, were very nice! 😋 Especially the veal and morel mushroom pasta, was spotless! 👍🏽👍🏽 The fish was perfectly cooked too! 👍🏽

The meringue I ordered for dessert was good too, it was crispy outside but chewy in the centre part👍🏽 Meringue is very sweet and goes well with coffee!

We enjoyed the whole dinner except the starters.

位於赫德道的瑞士餐廳,裝修很有瑞士小木屋的風味,適逢是白蘆筍的季節,餐廳特別設有德國白蘆筍主題的前菜及主菜共十多款。下單後侍應即端上多款自家製鬆軟麵包任君選擇,配上瑞士牛油,相當不錯。前菜是薯蓉焗田螺,田螺已去殼啖啖肉,配上幼滑薯蓉,塗麵包也非常好吃。主菜是香煎銀鱈魚配白蘆筍及薯仔,鱈魚香滑,加上手指搬粗大的清甜白蘆筍,完全沒有油膩感。另外,特色招牌菜之一的瑞士炒牛仔肉配蘑菇忌廉汁薯餅,切成小片的牛肉嫩滑,加上蘑菇忌廉汁及煎香的薯餅,出奇地配搭。其實主菜已相當飽肚,所以最終吃不下甜品呢。

地點比較難找,兜了一大個圈才去到餐廳門口,餐廳環境優雅,枱與枱之間相距比較遠,方便談話,餐廳主要做瑞士美食,叫了芝士火鍋、瑞士炒牛仔肉配蘑菇忌廉汁薯餅、忌廉青口,請職員推薦了無酒精飲品,好欣賞餐廳裏男職員很有心,仔細解釋了飲品是如何製作的,感覺到職員非常喜歡這間餐廳,亦在用心服務客人。上前菜前先上麵包,有三款可以選擇,麵包很新鮮,但芝士火鍋跟以往在瑞士吃到的不一樣,瑞士的芝士火鍋酒味非常濃烈,很苦,相對於這裏的芝士火鍋無論酒味及芝士味道都很淡,可能因應香港人的口感而作出調節。另外兩款食物好吃,但偏鹹了一點。看到其他食評說甜品很好吃,可惜冇機會試。另外可能做瑞士餐的餐廳在香港比較冷門,價錢偏貴了。
