這是店長推介的漢堡🤤整體賣相不俗
一口咬下去漢堡內各種食物的味道層次分明,
先來是鬆軟的麵包,再來是牛肉漢堡扒的濃濃牛味
還有芝士和醬汁混合一起的味道😍店員說這裏的牛肉是自家製手打,所以很鬆軟。溫而對漢堡的興趣不太大

就算過左放題時間,都照可以醫飽個肚。我額外再點左幾款包括「燒蒜香帶子」、「泡菜豬腩卷」、
枝豆炸餅」、「免治雞肉串燒拼盤」、「炸蝦天婦羅」。最鍾意佢個枝豆炸餅,大廚先將枝豆磨碎,

美味的一個晚上,愛自由聊天聊心事,飲一個很有質素HIGHBALL COCKTAIL,也可以有格調地跟好朋友在這店CHAT心人不要放過這店子。

記得我在日本的輕井澤 ,喝過一杯日式的高球雞尾酒。。。 即是威士忌加梳打水。。。由於日文中「高球亅與「高身酒杯亅酒的發音差不多, 所以通常這個whisky cocktails都是用高杯盛載的,因此又叫做「高杯酒亅, 我查過wikipedia , 發現這款酒,原來在五十年代 的歐、美、日,曾經流行過一陣子。

今天我們叫的就是以下兩款店家的鎮台之寶:

這個漢堡是店長推薦的, 整體賣相不錯。 一口咬下去, 各款味道拼起來很有層次感。。。 先來是鬆軟的麵包 、再吃到牛肉漢堡扒的濃郁牛肉味, 還有芝士和醬汁混在一起的味道, 我個人很喜歡這個包的選料和配搭, 吃著、吃著、我感到十分愜意! 立時,正能量也提升了不少!!

如果你有看過唔見咗介紹嘅這家餐廳的YouTube video, 你就會知道他們的主打小食是鹹蛋雞皮, 而這個鹹蛋炸蝦,就是鹹蛋雞皮的變奏版,也是一個比較健康的招牌菜, 那麼來到這裏,當然要一試!!

蝦肉比較淋身,但沾滿了鹹蛋黃脆漿粉醬汁的炸蝦、一囗咬下去,口感濃烈, 十分惹味,令人真的會吃不停口。
