平日星期6,日與父母飲茶,或者食點心店,但比較少食高級點心,餐廳環境好舒服,每枱之間空間好足夠,講野大聲少少都唔驚。今日食既點心好多都與「紅」有關,與紅米紅蝦結下不解之緣,紅米腸粉,西班牙紅蝦水晶餃、紅蝦多士。紅蝦多士以前茶餐廳多有蝦多士這個點心,而家茶樓已經唔多見,紅蝦多士,成隻大蝦放上去,唔只單單係蝦膠,可以算是超足料個汁更加特別,用蕃茄,蝦殼,白蘭地做成既醬汁,汁充滿蝦精華,令多士更重蝦味。紅米腸粉紅米水浸既腸粉皮,入面包左米紙,再加蝦膠係裡面,夾有少量蛋黃,其實好有層次,一層又一層唔同口感。腸粉皮滑,蝦膠彈牙,再用少量蛋黃做多層口感同味道。西班牙紅蝦水晶餃紅色既蝦餃,顏色奪目,其實味道幾好。隔離更配有原隻西班牙紅蝦,食得好滋味。鳳梨櫻花蝦炒飯繼續同紅色結下不解之緣,紅紅既飯,裡面有蛋白,鳳梨、櫻花蝦。夏日炎炎,鳳梨真係好岩食架。又消暑,又醒胃。煙燻素鵝蘋果木做出煙燻味,即使係中間,素鵝裡面,一樣有重重煙燻味,裡面係蘿蔔,等等。睇得出刀工手工,料唔會掉出來。係外層腐皮,都可以切得咁靚。鮑魚撻一見到兩隻鮑魚,即刻開心曬,兩隻鮑魚金箔下有啲雜菜同埋蘑菇同埋即叫即焗,味道好唔錯,好奢華

以前茶餐廳多有蝦多士這個點心,
而家茶樓已經唔多見,紅蝦多士,成隻大蝦放上去,唔只單單係蝦膠,可以算是超足料

話說在謝斐道上,最新建成一家中菜館,探花在古語中代表第三名,跟此餐廳的定位一樣,菜色未必是最高級那些要$3000一位,但卻同時兼顧了性價比環境:屬地舖,內部裝潢頗高貴,枱與枱之間的距離相當闊,坐得舒適服務:一流的酒店級服務,有禮貌之餘,侍者外型亦十分帥「西班牙紅蝦水晶蝦」用上西班牙紅蝦配蝦餃皮,入口鮮而彈牙,如此高質的蝦餃比較少見「紫雲淮山」準山爽口而黏滑,澆上芝麻醬很有味道「紅米腸粉」用上米網仿效炸兩製成,紅米比普通白腸粉煙韌,米香重一些,蝦肉餡扎實帶嚼勁,非常好吃「西班牙紅蝦炒麵」非常香脆的麵底,配以蝦獻汁跟西班牙彈牙紅蝦,兩者相互配合非常有中菜感覺「煙燻素鵝」清淡而又帶濃濃腐皮香氣,口感清爽非常有創意特色的餐廳,值得推薦
