今日下午跟家姐找到一間顏值超高的摩登點心店, 我們首先是被門口的書架吸引到, 還在研究放的是否真書。店員過來帶我們入座, 可惜我們只有兩人,而且今日滿座, 要不能坐梳化卡座, 氣氛更好,因為牆壁滿是花花圖案, 打卡超美。作為點心店, 其實他的點心款式算幾多, 我看得眼花撩亂,樣樣都想食, 最後由家姐發辦。這家的茶是來自英記茶莊, 品質有保証。率先上場是家姐給我的驚喜。想不到這麼新派的店竟然有豬潤燒賣那麼懷舊的點心。而且豬潤好滑, 燒賣是真材實料, 現在其實很多傳統酒樓都已經不再做了。知我喜歡打卡, 所以特別點了兩款擺盤精緻,造型漂亮的點心:梁溪脆鱔、碧綠蟹肉羹金魚餃。可愛的三條金魚,活形活現的在「綠水」游水。脆鱔炸得脆脆, 調味帶點焦香, 很好吃。再來就是姐很想吃的麻辣鴨血, 椒麻但不會激辣,惹味。最後就點了兩款飽肚的, 珍珠雞加了我喜愛的黑松露醬, 而泡菜金網煎鍋貼,泡菜辣但令鍋貼肉汁更豐富,金網底脆脆的增加了層次感。每款點心都花了很多心思在擺盤上,但同時能保持好味道。

知我喜歡打卡, 所以特別點了兩款擺盤精緻,造型漂亮的點心:梁溪脆鱔、
碧綠蟹肉羹金魚餃。可愛的三條金魚,活形活現的在「綠水」游水。脆鱔炸得脆脆, 調味帶點焦香, 很好吃。

再來就是姐很想吃的麻辣鴨血, 椒麻但不會激辣,惹味。

最後就點了兩款飽肚的, 珍珠雞加了我喜愛的黑松露醬, 而泡菜金網煎鍋貼,泡菜辣但令鍋貼肉汁更豐富,金網底脆脆的增加了層次感。

每款點心都花了很多心思在擺盤上,但同時能保持好味道。

今晚又試新餐廳,食店距離地鐵只有1mins,非常之方便。餐廳有不少特色點心,當然要試下。一蝦兩味,水晶餃皮薄肉爽,蝦肉彈牙。鮑魚酥都好有特色,有金箔,好高貴,又酥脆。腐皮卷夾住露筍,松露香和有牛肝菌。煙醺素鵝亦好有特色,顏色鮮艷,薄薄的腐皮包著三種不同的材料,口感好豐富。出場時冒出淡淡的煙醺味,好有噱頭。紫雲淮山配的是芝麻醬,清新爽口。芥蘭配肉鬆,少少辣,芥蘭已去掉最外層表皮,落足心機。最後還有個新竹米粉配紅蝦,好豐富,好飽肚。
