今天下午於餐廳堂食,1時入座,用QR點餐後等了半小時還未有食物端上,只來了一杯檸檬茶。只見廚房不停做外賣生意,很多圍枱食物也沒有。到1:30pm 終於催促快上餐因2時要回公司。侍應有幫忙催促,但再過十分鐘也沒來。再催促下,侍應謂冇辦法,叫我取消order. 已經1:45分了,晏都食唔到便要趕回公司。既然中午午市廚房唔夠人手,就不應該接太多外賣 order, 搞到堂食冇法做到。浪費客人時間,怪不得香港人都不想在香港用餐。😤

— Super satisfying plate and portion sizes here are very generous for sure! The noodles soaked up all the flavours of the swiss sauce nicely and were well seasoned. The sauce is definitely more on the sweeter end though and I would’ve preferred this to be slightly more savoury. The wings were super tasty and flavourful, and the meat was tender too. Noodles could’ve done with a few more seconds as they were a little harder than preferred. The sunny side up egg sealed the deal here and went so well with the dish.

It’s then finished with a drizzle of condensed milk to create the perfect french toast. Would’ve like to have a bit more condensed milk for that extra milky flavour, but otherwise this was perfect!

同啲內地同事去完長洲玩,送佢哋搭高鐵返內地之前。老細又唔想過海,咁就近近地醒起呢一間餐廳快快地食個early dinner。因為夜啲可能約朋友食飯,都諗住食得輕啲就無叫豬扒,同埋多數去啲新嘅快餐店都會食沙嗲牛肉。咁又好耐冇食過午餐肉,咁就嗌咗個類似常餐。上餐嘅時候,發現塊多士係厚底,早知佢係厚多士嘅話,一定烘底。如果佢再加埋少少蒜蓉喺面嘅話就正到不得了。不過依家咁樣齋包夾午餐肉食都好開心。但係個沙嗲牛肉就平凡咗少少,食完冇乜印象。配齋啡走甜都唔錯,冇苦澀味夠我充電。個煎蛋窿邊都好正,不過始終都係隔籬飯香,見到老細個西多士都好想試,不過都係嗰句夜晚可能食飯所以就留返下次啦,下次要試埋佢豬扒,可能要食豬扒先可以見到佢嘅真章。另外服務員都好好,差唔多收都俾我哋入,做埋個last order!

地點:中環昭隆街17號地鋪,位於一條中環上班族肯定會去的一條小街。

環境:店鋪空間不大,約可容納20人,整潔程度尚可。

菜式:這次我點的菜式為 #豉油皇厚切豬扒飯,售價為$62。豬扒的厚度約1.5至2公分,大小大概相當於一隻手掌,肥瘦適中並帶有一條大骨。豉油的味道偏向甜味。奶茶中規中矩。

評價:豉油汁和豬扒的配合非常恰到好處,這點值得欣賞。看得出店家在調配上下了一番心思。整體而言,這道豬扒飯值得一試,⭐️度為7.5/10。👍

今日有心到中環一行,見搜尋結果有此店去了一試,睇過openrice的有關食評所以期望較大....可惜!進店子第一個印象就是狹小,中環午市人多所以到店時爆滿且等候人龍亦長,就逛街一會兒近兩點才有空著的座位。店員提議用QR code點餐,很神速來了熱鴛鴦,但好的開始不等於成功,瑞士汁豬扒煎疍炒公仔麵來了只見豬扒頗大件,掩蓋著較少的公仔麵,煎疍還好煎功不錯,不過最期望高的豬扒吃落發現非煎香的而是用瑞士汁炆熟,加上麵條兩者都全無鑊氣就更不似茶餐廳作風了,配上的味道則驚為天人地只得個"甜"字,真佩服連鹹味也欠奉,須勸一下注意血糖者慎點,店子這做法可能是縮減工序及成本的關係吧,如閣下對香味及煮功要求高的話真不建議吃這道菜,而作為主打菜及價格$70此餐真是言過其實及不值了。
