喺中環快手食個lunch訂咗呢間嘢,開頭見個名都估佢係喺秘魯日本餐廳咁嘅proposition。叫咗個udon de pollo saltado (即係雞胸肉烏冬)同埋個chicharron de pescado (即係炸魚),個烏冬直頭係「大x代」嘅質素,雞胸肉(絲)得可憐嘅3/4條,同埋….好咸,千祈唔好中伏!至於個炸魚用盲鰽嘅,炸漿處理得好,好輕身用嘅香料都幾特別,可惜個魚好鞋好似急凍咗好耐食落好「漿口」。Btw,冷氣好凍,啲梳化唔好坐會keep住向下跣,好似我咁quick lunch 就得,諗住約朋友吹下水嘅呢個環境未必適合。
