原隻鮮活澳洲黑邊大鮑魚,店員先上枱比我們打卡,真係手掌咁大,絕對新鮮生猛,經師傅在鐵板上處理,以厚薄切上枱,旁邊再加上肥美鮑魚肝,整體可試到鮑魚味道嘅層次感,先試出鮑魚鮮味,之後配醬汁。厚薄度嘅變化亦試到唔同口感,好有心思。

跟住活龍蝦,師傅在鐵板上兩三下手勢,就將龍蝦肉同蝦殼分開,在鐵板上煎一陣上枱,彈牙爽口嘅龍蝦肉配上由蝦膏膽海膽調製出來嘅醬汁,完全係啖啖肉嘅享受!

最後就係另一個打卡位,火焰鐵板梳芙厘雪糕,梳芙厘都係由師傅在鐵板上即做,之後再加上香濃豆腐雪糕,上枱時甜品還會以火焰作為序幕,估不到最後還有這個打卡位置😘

炒飯炒至金黄色粒粒分明,海膽入口即化,不油不膩,美味到一粒也不浪費🍚

火焰鐵板梳乎厘雪糕/雪葩🍨
廚師在我們面前即時製成,口感出名份外鬆軟且入口即溶,軟綿綿的質感不會過膩,再配上紅豆或香滑芝麻雪糕,配搭得剛剛好,今天真是份外難忘🍧
