我哋就嗌咗個二人餐,食物款式非常多,有齊前菜、飲品、海鮮、主食同甜品等等。

意大利花茶
首先供應嘅係花茶,花茶好清香,淡淡地,有清幽嘅花香。

牛油果海蝦沙律
沙律菜好新鮮,好脆口。免頭淋咗啲醋,酸酸甜甜,好開胃。沙律材料有大蝦、車厘茄、洋蔥同牛油果。大蝦好彈牙,牛油果好滑~

蟹肉海膽松露溏心蛋
呢款前菜賣相好靚。溏心蛋質地做得好好,蛋黃味好濃。海膽份量多,食落好cream。

黑毛豬柳
黑毛豬柳好滑身,肉質軟腍腍,帶有少少油脂感。另外半碟配有蒜片、南瓜、番薯等等。

龍蝦好新鮮,煮之前仲見到佢肉!龍蝦食落非常彈牙,鮮味十足。

刺身帶子豆腐調魚湯
呢款湯除咗用咗魚餌熬製之外,仲用上咗蟹殼,所以飲落特別鮮甜。因為用了新鮮,湯底只係加咗豆腐都已經好好味。面頭仲有帶子刺身,好厚身,好鮮甜。

海膽杯
海膽杯非常有驚喜!啲海膽多到滿瀉,除此之外,仲有好多魚子。海膽好新鮮,食落味道濃郁,又Creamy。魚子好鮮甜。底下再配有炒飯,兩者配搭得剛剛好。

鐵板疏乎厘雪糕
甜品都會喺我哋面前即叫即整,呢款係疏乎厘。疏乎厘好有空氣感,食落好輕盈。配搭着面頭凍冰冰嘅雪糕,非常好味。
