今日放工已經好攰,想搵D好野食慰勞一下自己,所以就黎到厚福街覓食。行到H8,見到地下的招牌,俾浜燒吸引住,所以就跟同事上樓搵食。一出電梯就到餐廳,每張枱上都放著磯燒的爐,令我想去日本的開心時刻。看過餐牌後,點了幾款試試。六點壽司盛,壽司體積都幾大,每份壽司飯上的刺身都好厚切。六款壽司包括了三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚、帶子、赤蝦和三文魚籽。帶子厚切鮮甜,上面仲有黑松露醬,令帶子味道更甜更突出。吞拿魚魚味濃,赤蝦都幾大隻,蝦肉爽口,蝦頭有惹味的蝦膏。三文魚籽粒粒脹卜卜,好有口感。塩醬墨魚鬚漬,上枱時用上了一個杯放著,像有隻墨魚爬出來般,好得意。這裡的浜燒有店員幫忙,可以專心跟同事聊天。墨魚鬚帶有少少的辣味,非常爽脆,而且條條鬚都是脹卜卜的。二人浜燒盛合,有多款海鮮,當中赤蝦上面有粗鹽,所以食的時候會唔小心食埋個殼,個殼燒到脆卜卜。魷魚筒是超大隻的魷魚,店員還把魷魚燒好後放到好似花朵,好靚。帆立貝仲用左清酒同埋牛油兩款整法,好鮮甜。蕃薯雪糕,初初以為是一球咁上,但原來係將雪糕釀入蕃薯一齊雪,幾特別。雪糕有好濃的蕃薯味,就好似真係食緊蕃薯咁。

一班朋友慶祝食飯店舖經理很好劃分一部分位置畀我哋有一個私人空間, 一行十多人分兩張枱坐間隔都比較日式化, 好像日式居酒屋前菜麻醬椰菜, 日本直送椰菜鮮甜開胃海鮮盛合珍寶燒帶子由於海鮮新鮮所以全部都很鮮甜很好味即叫即手握嘅壽司我哋還叫了燒飯糰, 外脆內軟由於今餐是朋友請客,所以都不知道實際食了多小錢!但最值得推介係燒牛舌,平時不喜歡食牛舌既我都要追加再食叫左實在太多野食都不能盡錄,值得自己比錢再去食的一間日式店舖
