狗仔粉聽人講得多,食就未食過,究竟同其他粉有咩分別??終於有機會試下啦!!其實間野都真係幾細,好彩都叫有個位坐下咁,個feel有d似大排檔。一坐低唔洗諗緊係叫個狗仔粉($20)先諗諗下,試埋個火鴨翅($20)同大雜燴($30)狗仔粉黎講,個湯底好似唔係好夠味,不過你知啦,重點係要落菜脯嘛!D菜脯勁正,落完又落………真係想買返樽返屋企。火鴨翅其實同碗仔翅冇咩分別咁…個大雜燴其他都係同出面既牛雜差唔多味,呢兩個真係有d唔抵叫。最後,有d唔夠喉,所以叫左個黑白炸丸($12)食下…諗住幾粒丸,純粹飽下肚姐。不過佢出期意料地好食!個皮炸到脆卜卜,咬入去仲係熱辣辣,粒丸好夠味,呢個認真ok!雖然野食都唔算好差,但其實唔係好特別,冇咩意慾想特登過去食……

狗仔粉黎講,個湯底好似唔係好夠味,不過你知啦,重點係要落菜脯嘛!D菜脯勁正,落完又落………真係想買返樽返屋企。
火鴨翅其實同碗仔翅冇咩分別咁…個大雜燴其他都係同出面既牛雜差唔多味,呢兩個真係有d唔抵叫。

最後,有d唔夠喉,所以叫左個黑白炸丸($12)食下…

    今天和男朋友在附近看中醫,看完之後已八點幾了,本來我想去吃好一點的,但又不想走太遠,因為已經晚了。  我聽說過狗仔粉,但是一聽到狗仔粉,我就聯想到狗肉,而且吃狗仔粉的環境多是擠逼或大排檔的格局,讓我坐得不舒服,所以沒有去吃的意欲。但男朋友和朋友吃過,我就覺得可以一試。  這間狗仔粉是個小店,店肉是煮食的,店外有幾張桌子,我們隨便坐下,我要了魚肉撈及翅撈。  翅撈比較濃稠,味道也偏濃,我看到有木耳、冬菇碎等配料,比較鹹,但是很惹味,我都沒加調味料;魚撈比較清,還有蔥花,味道較淡,吃得到清脆的魚肉。  狗仔粉給我的感覺比較爽,因為是短短的,我都沒細味呢。聽說「狗仔」諧音「救濟」呢。

經常聽人說到哪吃狗仔粉,令我也想嘗一下,決定專程去佐敦吃,聽說佐敦有間很有名餐廳專賣狗仔粉,雖然店子很小,枱子只有三四張,但已滿座,排隊等了5分鐘,就有位啦。點了馳名的狗仔粉,火鴨翅,火鴨脾,店員很快把食物送到枱上,吃了幾口,這個狗仔粉令我想某牌子的唧唧魚肉麵,當然狗仔粉令人驚喜,麵質很爽口,加上自家制作的菜莆,有辣和不辣之選擇,我個人較愛吃辣,辣得很過癮,很美味。至於火鴨翅跟普通碗仔翅差不多吧,我倒覺得碗仔翅比較好吃;另外就是火鴨脾,每啖都是肉,用手拿著吃,特別有風味,正!沒有試過的朋友,可以試一下,別有一番風味!

原本想食澳牛🌚,可惜多人到痴線😑,行過十八座狗仔粉,想作出第一次嚐試😝,由於唔肚餓,淨係叫左細嘅狗狗粉,即叫即到熱辣辣,賣相相當普通,亦非想像中咁香,但狗狗粉嘅湯底味道香濃,雖然狗狗粉不夠彈牙,但整體而言相比其他街頭食店,味道不俗而且十分有創意

今晚要出佐敦,做好嘢之後行過見到呢間路邊食店,賣嘅係細個最鍾意食嘅街邊小食食店都好有街邊風味,摺枱硬木櫈,坐路邊!先企在路旁等阿姐安排座位,個阿姐又聾聾地,一定要面向佢講嘢先得,(我覺得佢係讀唇架!)坐低咗阿姐落單,食物種類多!之後上晒食物就會比低張數紙!之後攞數紙比錢!大雜($32):牛肚好硬!硬到好似膠咁,最後我只食到一舊,淨低晒,大腸彈牙,有厚有薄,蘿蔔無渣爽甜,豬皮唔爽口,最好味嘅係啲橙色醬,唔辣但好惹味,整體好一般!狗仔粉:($20)好咸嘅湯,有菜甫蝦米!好濃但混濁!條條狗仔粉彈牙!但因為啲湯太咸,所以唔好味!牆上嘅介紹話辣菜甫好味到要偷,但因為啲湯太咸,已經唔想再加菜甫!風味嘅嘢,可能只能回味!以前一檔街邊檔食一種食物,呢間食店要做好咁多種類嘅食物,所以做得唔夠盡善盡美!
