上面充滿有蟹肉絲,有蟹羔,蟹籽,蟹腳肉兩枝,三個小蟹鉗。
蟹肉吃得出海水的味道,有鮮沒甜。
蟹羔很濃郁,個人喜好,如果可以甜一點點就好了
之前去日本吃的是有甜度的,這樣就可以中和羔的咸香。

The set consisted of salad and appetizers. Salad was fresh and crunchy, with the salad dressing sauce helping to enhance the taste. The presentation of the sashimi don was colourful, covering almost the whole bowl. Rice was fragrant and chewy, not too sticky either.  There were fatty salmon sashimi, kajiki sashimi, toro sashimi, flounder sashimi, salmon roe, ebi sashimi, razor clam sashimi, crab meat and crab miso in it. Fatty salmon and toro sashimi were buttery and fat, almost melting in my mouth. Kajiki sashimi has a firm texture, with high fat content. Salmon roe was vey flavourful and soft, going well with the rice. Flounder sashimi was thin in texture and almost tasteless, enhancing the taste by dipping in wasabi. Ebi sashimi was fresh and juicy. Razor clam sashimi was chewy and flavourful. Crab meat was fresh and smooth, with crab miso enhancing the taste as well.

今日收工相約朋友到銅鑼灣食飯,好多同事都介紹呢間日本丼飯刺身新鮮好味,所以今日過黎試吓🤤店舖雖然細小但裝修都有日本店鋪特色。圖中有大約15款刺身因應個人喜好,自由配搭做丼飯,加$20亦可轉為套餐,多了一碗湯,沙律及小食。熟食定食都有六款我個人比較喜歡選擇三文魚,海膽,牡丹蝦三文魚是魚腩的部位來的,入口很肥美。海膽份量不少大大份,味道超甜的,入口即溶,口中還留有甜甜的餘韻。海劍魚腩厚切-水準極之高!魚油豐溢,入口細膩。👍👍👍甜蝦很鮮甜,我連蝦頭都吸乾淨了。

今日去左銅鑼灣食飯,主打魚生刺身飯的豊勝手丼係我首選。餐廳已經有設計好哂既餐牌,魚生刺身飯有套餐,都可以比食客自選刺身飯,選擇自己鐘意食既刺身,組成一碗岩自己口味既刺身飯。我就叫左一個廚師發辦既魚生飯。食材由師傅設計,安排當天最時令最新鮮既魚生。飯底用上日本米,飯粒微暖有咬口,充滿米香,加上芝麻粒增加香味。魚生飯有油甘魚、三文魚腩、深海池魚、三文魚籽、蟹肉、北寄貝、赤貝、牡丹蝦,滿滿的魚生非常吸引啊!魚生肥美好新鮮,食得出是高水準貨色,食新鮮食味值食產地。三文魚腩油脂肥美甘香,超喜歡爽甜的牡丹蝦,油甘魚魚香濃郁突出,蟹肉絲絲鮮甜。另外仲有麵豉湯、前菜和鴨胸沙律,飽足滋味的lunch啊!

這次和男朋友被門面的menu吸引進來,店內的裝潢簡單而充滿日式味道,而且坐滿了食客,最後我們點了海之幸丼,不僅刺身鋪滿整碗飯,味道亦非常不錯,尤其是比目魚的的味道,更是讓人一試難忘,海膽亦非常新鮮,吞拿魚腩肥美非常,而油甘魚亦是讓人回味無窮,三文魚籽亦非常多,配上壽司飯更是一流。重點是這裏的壽司飯不僅温熱煙韌,而且可免費任添。唯一要嫌棄的是這裏的座位較少,很容易就碰到旁邊的食客有點兒逼,不過整體還可接受
