今天去銅鑼灣拿團購的東西之後順便在附近找東西吃今天想吃海鮮丼在網上看到照片好像不錯所以決定來試試了日式的裝潢十分簡㓗丼的種類很多呀心思思什麼都想吃的我也想了好一陣子結果還是選了什麼都有一點的海之幸丼$338點了之後很快便上菜了賣相好漂亮呀!還附上了味噌湯、沙拉和醋漬車厘茄沙拉菜很新鮮、車厘茄很甜很開胃主角的海之幸丼看上去就非常的豐富有油甘魚、拖羅、左囗魚群邊(上面還配了黑松露醬)日本海膽、牡丹蝦、蟹肉、三文魚子和白飯魚全部都非常的新鮮肥美而且是很大方的份量(都是厚切的)拖羅沒有辜負作為吞拿魚最肥美的部分、真的是入口即化的感覺太幸福了日本海膽一點腥味都沒有、十分濃郁鮮甜醋飯也煮得剛好謝謝款待ご馳走様でした🙏大満足

點了之後很快便上菜了
賣相好漂亮呀!還附上了味噌湯、沙拉和醋漬車厘茄
沙拉菜很新鮮、車厘茄很甜很開胃

主角的海之幸丼看上去就非常的豐富
有油甘魚、拖羅、左囗魚群邊(上面還配了黑松露醬)日本海膽、牡丹蝦、蟹肉、三文魚子和白飯魚

全部都非常的新鮮肥美而且是很大方的份量(都是厚切的)拖羅沒有辜負作為吞拿魚最肥美的部分、真的是入口即化的感覺
太幸福了
日本海膽一點腥味都沒有、十分濃郁鮮甜
醋飯也煮得剛好

仲要大大粒三文魚籽,呢個食丼飯連飯一齊食真係無得輸,好鮮好鮮。。。。呢度有樣野都好正,可以加飯

佢連本身應該最唔超眼既比目魚邊都可以揀到D咁肥既,真係只能夠話佢好有心機去揀料,將最好既野,應該話係精品放曬係呢碗丼飯度

連松葉蟹鉗都做得好好,露出兩支鉗仔好得意,一拎出黎已經可以好輕易食到好飽滿既蟹鉗肉,梗本唔使任何工具,海膽根本就係成排咁放上黎,我真係第一次食到咁正既丼飯

食到尾先醒起有個麵鼓湯,一打開,好足料,好淋既羅白,不過已經比唔上我仲食緊既刺身啦,所以建議真係食曬所有配菜先好食個刺身

蟹更加係鮮甜濃味。

Had a Friday dinner there tonight. From all the good reviews, we went in with high expectations, but it was not up to the hype. The overall experience was good, good service, side dishes were nice, and the sashimi were fresh, but ultimately, everything was ruined by the rice. It was soggy, and not seasoned enough as sushi rice. The overall experience was good, good service, side dishes were nice, and the sashimi were fresh, but ultimately, everything was ruined by the rice.

It was soggy, and not seasoned enough as sushi rice. The lack of vinegar allows the sweetness of the rice to remain in your mouth, which covers all the flavors of the sashimi, and it even overpowered the fresh hand made wasabi with soy sauce.

The restaurant allows for unlimited rice refill, so in the end of the meal, we felt like we ate $500 plain rice with some fish on the side.

If the restaurant improves on their rice, then I will highly recommend.

I first came to this restaurant when they just opened. The food and seafood was really good back then. Since the owner changed, the quality hasn't seem to have kept up. We were sat at the restaurant beside it , which was all bar tables and very crowded. Every time the staff walks behind me, they would have somehow managed to nudge or shove me a slight bit. Wasn't the best environment. I'll suggest eating at the actual restaurant with tables. 

Anyways, we ordered the uni and onion tuna don, salmon with fish egg don  and grilled egg with eel.

The food came fast, which is good because I was hungry. 

The uni wasn't  that fresh. but there was a lot of onion tuna. Its great that the restaurant let you refill the rice. The salmon and fish egg could be colder. Nothing too special to mention about. The grilled egg with eel, we expected it to be hot or at least warm, but it was cold ... not really what I was expecting. But the taste was good.

Overall, the quality and quantity wasn't what it was before. I guess I'll need to find myself another japanese don restaurant.

好友即將結婚,自己一個到銅鑼灣為好友挑選一份有紀念價值的禮物。今次時間不趕,所以決定多去一次一間令我很難忘的丼店--豊勝手丼在十多款丼之中我選了雲丹丼滿滿的海膽丼分別來自三個地方,分別是韓國,日本及加拿大。雖然大家都是海膽,但味道各有特色,我個人最喜歡是加拿大的因海膽肥厚,質感較實淨爽身,滑不溜口。而日本和韓國都輕盈順喉。另外還點了一杯柚子梅酒,酸的味道令我胃口大開。這個丼份量十足,除了可以供我們拍照打咭外,味道亦十分突出,可以直説(又睇得又食得).值得推薦給其他朋友。

在十多款丼之中我選了雲丹丼
滿滿的海膽丼分別來自三個地方,分別是韓國,日本及加拿大。雖然大家都是海膽,但味道各有特色,我個人最喜歡是加拿大的因海膽肥厚,質感較實淨爽身,滑不溜口。而日本和韓國都輕盈順喉。另外還點了一杯柚子梅酒,酸的味道令我胃口大開。

當你好想食蟹, 但又懶得拆肉的時候, 最好就是食一碗全蟹丼了。餐廳店面不大,當晚客人也不多。其實店內每款丼式都十分吸引, 旁邊小情侶的海膽丼都很足料, 下次要試試。我點的北海蟹丼上滿滿是餸,蟹肉未算最鮮味,但也不錯吃。味噌蟹膏份量多,即使配上飯也有點越吃越鹹的感覺,如果淡口一點應該會更美味。不過我對這裡的壽司飯有些失望,口感太硬不好吃,有點拖低了分數。整體感覺是食物味道未至出色,但勝在份量搭夠,令人滿足。

每次路經銅鑼灣,都留意這間小店人氣旺盛。這次湊巧可以早點外出午飯,二話不說立即前往這間餐廳。有多款丼飯選擇,每款丼飯都跟,前菜,配料及味噌湯。米飯更是無限量添加,保證吃得飽。先來沙律,沙律菜清新,雞肉嫩滑。配菜是車厘茄,酸酸甜甜很開胃。味憎湯新鮮熬制,豆腐嫩滑,充滿日式的風味。蟹丼很有特色,有松蟹蟹肉,松葉蟹腳,松葉蟹鉗,味憎蟹羔及蟹籽,蟹肉非常新鮮,大部份已去殼,食起來很方便,蟹羔很鮮甜,吃得很滿足。
