主菜黎喇,個海鮮,好新鮮個汁好好味,用D包包點黎食起正呀!個意大利飯無得頂呀!有一舊舊蟹肉架!超鮮甜呀!

甜品有意式奶凍同古古力蛋糕,雖然細細件,但好好味呀,MANAGER仲送多個生果比我地!HAHA

飲品,我叫左杯Ginger Latte,朋友叫左ICE 古古力,兩杯都好好飲呀!好鬼滑!

同朋友一路食一路傾,望一望錶,嘩!三點幾,快樂不知時日過!服務一流呀,因為冇趕我地走HAHA

I read the previous reviews and visited this supposedly "excellent" restaurant today with high expectations - only to come away from the building having had one of my worst Italian food experience.


I tried the tasting menu which offered around 7-8 courses and to be honest none of them have any taste. To be fair, the presentation was good and the service was alrite - but the food itself has absolutely no taste. The food was just so bad that I asked the waiter to skip my dessert (my friend had the 3 course "deluxe dinner" and her dessert came before mine did - she's a big dessert fan but it only took her a few small bites to stop eating the rest...). We would then leave the restaurant early and swore that we will never ever come back here. I'm not sure about all the good reviews listed above but if those are true I suspect the restaurant may have changed chef...

Anyway, this is an utter disaster.

唯一扣分之處,是冷冰冰的麵包籃,要求把麵包熱一下,換來另一個微溫的,唉,算了吧。反正頭盤選擇多的是,唯有放棄平常最愛的麵包包。


媽仔記和B仔記奉行“慢食”主義,游走上下兩層嚐遍滿桌的 Appertizers,可喜的是,經理看似漫不經意,其實挺細心的留意每桌客人的情況,肯定我們吃完頭盤以後才上主菜。媽仔記最討厭某些餐廳胡亂上菜,頭盤湯主菜甜品咖啡奶茶,通通一氣呵成,令人吃得喘不過氣。

名副其實的 long lunch,吃得悠閒,吃得自在,加多幾分。


B仔記在 buffet table 巧遇廚師哥哥,B仔記說還想多要一點 Parma Ham,廚師哥哥當即回到廚房重地準備。B仔記回到座位,正囑咐媽仔記下樓“搏殺”時順道給她看看加了 Parma Ham 沒有,Waiter 弟弟已經手捧一盤新鮮 Parma Ham 送到我們面前,“小姐,你的 Parma Ham。”雖然不知道廚師哥哥用什麽形容詞讓 Waiter 弟弟能從衆多食客中快而準的找到我們,
但貼心的服務,實在令媽仔記讚讚讚,又再加分。


主菜點了 Risotto 和 Spaghetti,超讚,上菜時間顯然配合得宜,新鮮燙口。Risotto 軟硬度剛好,濃濃的芝士味道,淡淡的豆香,絕配。Spaghetti 韌度十足,跟平常吃的大不相同,猜想這就是“al dente”吧!完全意式風味,分量大小適中,加到滿分!


最後,本想試試意大利咖啡,但媽仔記量度不足,肚内委實不能再撐一只咖啡杯,唯有改為玫瑰花茶,茶清、花香。B仔記則點了薄荷茶,加上誠意十足的自家製蜜糖水,替代了一般砂糖或糖漿,別有滋味。

滿足度已經達到頂點,不想浪費食物,忙不迭告訴經理只要一份甜品即可,但話音未完甜品已然送上,小巧味美的 Tiramisu 和精致非常的西瓜杯,經理力邀我們再試 Cheese Cake,還說分量很小云云,可惜確實心有餘而力不足,唯有留待下次。

款客之道,見微之處,加分已然加到爆燈。。。


一家有誠意的餐廳,水準食品,貼心服務,一定會再回來喔!!!

(離去時,經理體貼的陪伴我們等候電梯,閒聊間才知道原來這家餐廳真的來自意大利,在當地已有多家分店,難怪有如此水準之作,更難怪在各種美食當中出現毫不協調的冷冰冰麵包。媽仔記去年有幸到意大利一遊,發覺當地餐廳的麵包,通通都是硬如石頭,冷若冰霜。唯望餐廳話事人有天入鄉隨俗,為香港食客奉上“新鮮熱辣”的麵包籃吧。)

Very fresh and well-presented appetisers - not too little and not too much. Just the right portion.

Then it comes the middle course (never expected so...it surprised me a little bit as normally I'd expect a simple 3 course menu. Didn't take pictures of it since it all looked too yummy we just rushed to eat. I'm particularly into the creamy risotto and also the homemade pasta. These 2 dishes could've made the restaurant famous enough I thought!

Excellent beef (I'm not a beef lover but the texture gave me an impression that it's good beef?) - there are 2 portions on the dish - 1 stewed and half a steak - and thumbs up as I saw the beautiful potato mash in the middle!

Took a birthday cake to Tubino and they sang a birthday song tailored for us (singing our names). The great thing is they don't charge you for cake-slicing and they never forget to make the dishes look beautiful regardless of the $0 charge on the bill!

入正題... 食物方面當然保持水準... PRESENTATION 跟味道都合乎期望~ 值得一提的是, 最近TUBINO LUNCH SET 提供的包包都改用了蒜茸包, 美味又香口... 讚...! 餐湯本來是意大利雜菜湯, 但我轉了磨菇湯...! 這個廚師製作的磨菇湯跟從前些不同, 就是磨菇是BLEND到很碎很碎的, 但口感CREAMY了... 雖然我偏好有一點點磨菇碎, 不過這個磨菇湯味道都很不錯呀...

黑松露野菌湯 - 這個有十個GOOD呀, 男伴亦讚好! 跟我平常喝的磨菇湯差太遠, 這個香很多, 一定是因為加了黑松露的緣故! 才五十多元, 很合理的價錢!

露荀 (跟餐前菜) - 擺放很簡單, 灑了黑胡椒在上面, 這個我本身放棄了, 因為我很怕吃露荀的"草青"味, 不過男伴吃過後叫我放心進食, 那我便試了半條, 果然很甜亦沒有草青味, GOOD!

總括餐廳的環境, 服務和食物質素都很好, 而且價錢算公道, 會再來試食其他食物!

***後話, 到我寫了食評才知道, 原來我的家人在餐廳開業不久已經來過這裡吃飯, 之後都來過好幾次呢... 只是沒有告訴我... @@ , 太過份, 有好東西不是要公諸同好嗎?

I have been to Tubino many times already! You will love the food and love their services (especially Rich).I prefer to sit downstairs as I like it's setting better. Must try items including their chicken, very very juicy! Their pork and lamb are also good. Also must try their coffee. I always go there for lunch because it's at a reasonable price and great location.

21-11-2010銅記日本餐廳多的是, 但似樣的意大利餐廳卻好似比灣仔仲要少, 知道呢幢新商/食廈內開了間新的, 星期日 lunch 捉了同樣喜歡意大利菜的朋友上嚟試試. 銅記日本餐廳多的是, 但似樣的意大利餐廳卻好似比灣仔仲要少, 知道呢幢新商/食廈內開了間新的, 星期日 lunch 捉了同樣喜歡意大利菜的朋友上嚟試試. Set lunch 有 soup/salad, main, dessert 及 coffee/tea, 當然一人一份各自食:-

Table bread 係法包, 邊位幾脆, 但中間乾得很又幾韌, 勁隔夜 feel
好在 serve 時已烘熱少少, 不然算得上難以入口.


Soup of the day 係 carrot soup: 幾杰身, 飲落無預期中的 carrot 甜味, 反而幾重雞湯 (?), 味道好 creamy, 雖然唔多似 carrot soup
, 不過都幾好飲.

Main 揀了 chicken steak with porcini mushrooms, 賣相一般, 不過雞扒肉夠嫩, 皮亦算脆亦煎得香, 仲好似有陣陣 rosemary 味, 幾好食
Porcini mushrooms 亦夠香濃, 不過醬汁幾鹹吓, 有點敗筆. 旁邊的 veggies 燒 (煎?) 過, 不過我只食了薯仔... 薯味幾香又粉粉的, 可惜無牛油汁同吃啦.


試了少少朋友的 pan-fried sole fillet, 外煎得好香, 唔油, 肉嫩滑, cream sauce 就夠香夠 creamy 但唔膩, 好食喎


差不多食晒 main course, 侍應奉上一件 brownie 及一「楷」strawberry mousse cake, 原來就係 "Italian desserts of the day"? Brownie 食落朱古力味夠, 但比預期中更甜更硬, 內亦混了好硬的唔知乜嘢 nuts, 唔太喜歡; strawberry mousse cake 係兩層 "mousse" 中間夾住一層薄薄的蛋糕, "mousse" 層質地「魚膠」/「啫喱糖」得很, 食落就係奶 + 天然士多啤梨的味道, 都唔難食的. 不過 on an absoluate scale 呢兩件餅絕對唔得, 可以不試.

餐飲叫了 caffe latte: 聞落幾香, 飲落咖啡底幾濃亦苦, 奶味 ok, 不過奶泡密得來唔幼滑, 而且有唔少氣泡, 可以更好吧; 旁邊塊 almond cookie 就甜得似 meringue
, 送苦咖啡剛好, 不過我又唔太喜歡強勁的 almond essence 味...

朋友的 jasmine tea 飲落「香片」feel 得很
, 不過既然係 Mighty Leaf 牌
, 衰極有個譜的.

坐了 16 樓最近門口嗰張檯, 極近門口又喺正樓梯下面, 不過都叫自成一角, 可惜冷氣唔多夠, 愈坐愈焗又愈坐愈眼睏


連加一每人約 $110 埋單, 唔貴, 整體亦覺得係似樣的意大利餐廳, 銅記嚟講可以一試的.

另外有牛肝菌意大利飯,菌一樣爽口好吃,米飯不會太濕,圓潤有咬口,唔太淡口,我也吃了不少。

咸點不俗,對其甜品自然滿懷期待,看有店方送的兩件芝士餅,可惜芝士味道絕不及濃郁,質感欠實在,不是我心目中的水準,但係送的,也無謂要求太高,把注意力集中在我們點的兩款甜品仲好。

杏仁朱古力餡餅,靚到絕,不料完全吃唔出杏仁味,甚至毫無朱古力味的,中間的那層是朱古力餡嗎? 還是豆沙餡來的? 總之怎樣也是沒有味道的,是我的味蕾出問題嗎?

最後的甜品,拿破崙,比杏仁朱古力餡餅更加漂亮,我們見到都不禁「嘩」了一聲。原來,又是金玉其外,酥皮是稔稔的,缺乏鬆化口感,吉士未及幼滑,吃起來層次感不足。反而,旁邊的士多啤梨甜美,比主角出色。

餐飲就要杯Latte,是有拉花的,視覺率先得到享受。咖啡尚算香滑,奶的份量做得對,起碼飲得舒服,滿足到我要求了。而伴咖啡的小曲奇,很重杏仁味,喜歡與否,見仁見智。

跟朋友悠閒的吃個午飯,永遠是舒緩壓力的最佳方法,期待下次再一齊食飯。

平心而論, 當日出餐的時間的確比平日慢了一點, 因為人客真的很多, 每個員工都忙得團團轉... 或許真的如食評人所說, 當日是有不足或缺失得地方, 但我覺得是可以理解的... 人客多了order多了, 廚師自然要花更多時間去烹調菜式... 而慶幸的是... 大家看看當日廚師做出來的食物, 和平日的賣相和味道根本沒有兩樣, 証明即使多忙碌, 廚師亦堅持不會粗製濫造, 仍會保持食物的質素... 這不是值得加許嗎? (留意, set lunch 是risotto, 厚切芝麻豬扒這類形食物, 本身製作已經需時, 畢竟Tubino的食物都是即叫即製, 不是先做好, 有人order才預熱上碟的... ) 以我當日所見, 的確有客人追單, 但員工已盡本份, 根本沒有停過手! 至於只禮待熟客這問題... 我有見到員工和某兩檯客人特別熟絡... 但我覺得要是那人是熟客, 聊兩句打個招呼都是正常的基本禮貌吧...! 談不上特別待慢或優待某些客人... !

表達意見對餐廳當然是一件好事, 可給予改善空間, 但單看這件事, 個人認為並不需以一個"劣評"作為重罰...! 因為只要你多光顧Tubino幾次, 你就會知道員工們都是有heart去serve每一個客人的... 不單止我, 我介紹過去用餐的朋友亦有同感...!

各人有不同見解, 或者其他人認為我偏坦Tubino亦不足為奇... 但再客觀一點, 再看看劣評之前那一篇以全英文書寫的食評, 用餐時間同樣是十一月六日... 寫得相當仔細和中肯的... (而且那篇是編輯推介的食評) , 食評人都有提及員工因為忙碌而有錯漏的情況, 但大家都明白忙中有錯是可以體諒的, 有時候去判斷一件事的好壞, 是要CASE BY CASE 的... 犯人有錯, 法官都會了解原因, 傳召証人聽取口供和証據才決定判刑多少... 給予評語, 是希望餐廳有改進... 但以單一次的個別事件而劣評, 抹煞了員工的努力, 未免太過吧...! 劣評的標題亦令我感到對之前給過Tubino好評的人仕有點不公平... 坦白說, 我並不覺得前面十篇好評是開玩笑... 他們都是真心讚好的, 包括我...!

入正題... 談談食物吧...! 這星期set lunch 有幾款都很吸引, 我本想選擇risotto 和大蝦牛扒的... 但員工推介我吃芝麻豬扒, 我就接受意見, 選了牛肝菌意大利飯和芝麻豬扒兩款主菜...

老友遲到, 我先order一杯cocktail 邊喝邊等... 這杯飲品很特別, 第一口嚐到的是益力多味... 之後再細味一下, 又出現蛋黃的味道... ! 聽起來好像怪怪的, 不過taste good, 很特別... 而最令我驚訝的地方是... 原來這杯飲品的材料並沒有益力多, 而那種味道是調製出來的... ! 我再問了員工蛋黃的味道從何來, 他告訴我飲品加了蛋酒...

主菜時間到了... 先上場的是牛肝菌意大利飯... risotto的口感剛好... 有咬口又不會有太生的感覺... 這個飯餐牌上可以單點, 沒記錯的話, 平常order要over $160元, 而今次把這道菜放在lunch set 就非常抵食, 因為只需$98... 價錢平了, 份量卻沒有減呢~ 很讚... !!!

緊接上場的主菜是芝麻豬扒...! 坦白說, 本身我對豬扒是沒有什麼大期望的... 因為豬扒是很難煮得出色... 外面吃的豬扒, 要不是肉質太"鞋", 便是煎得太乾...! 但這次Tubino又給我驚喜了... 厚切的豬扒口感很爽軟... (不知這樣形容是否恰當... 我想說的是, 不會像加了鬆肉粉的林, 是有點咬口的...) , 而且肉質仍很juicy... 以厚切豬扒來說, 是很難掌握到技巧煮出這個效果的... 所以我吃了第一口已覺得很驚艷... ! 難怪員工推介我選這道菜, 真的沒有介紹錯... !!!

主菜吃完, 又到了甜品時間...! 我order了兩款甜品, 第一款是心太軟... !!! 甜品的賣相簡直令人眼前一亮... 光是看那精緻的presentation, 未吃都覺得很滿足了... ! 喜歡心太軟是因為那內層那暖暖的朱古力醬... 吃罷有種開心的感覺, 或許這就是朱古力本身的成份在我的腦袋和身體產生了化學作用吧... 哈哈~

怎樣才算完滿的午餐呢...? 對我想說... 吃罷甜品再喝杯咖啡就最滿足了... Tubino 的咖啡很香濃, 我的老友每次都會點cappuccino, 而我就比較勇於嘗試... 我不會有特定的選擇, 我只會告訴員工要冷的還是熱的咖啡... 味道是隨他發揮的... (其實不去選擇是因為對咖啡沒有研究, 而且之前我喝過的都合我口味, 所以我就不用花心思去想了... )

雖然是日出餐時間比平日慢... 但對我而言根本並不是一個問題, 因為平常吃一頓正宗意大利菜(dinner) 動輒都要花上數小時... 慢工出細貨... 我寧願慢但給我有水準的菜式, 總好過要快而忽略了食物本身的品質... ! 這次我只給服務四分, 是因為我覺得員工仍可做得更好... 例如上麵包籃時不要忘了給客人olive oil 或butter... 哈哈! ^^

食, 對我來說是享受, 是應該細味品嚐的...! 喜歡Tubino其中一個原因, 就是從不趕客, 不會為求"翻檯"而快快出菜...!! 當然, 我亦覺得Tubino有改善空間的, 例如像之前另一篇食評提到, 餐桌的擺位可以改善一下... (不過我剛才翻看照片後發現, 原因餐桌的擺位是會因應時間和客人的數量而改變的... ) 不過以用餐當日而言, 是有點擠迫的感覺, 所以環境我都給了四分... 至於其他方面水準保持... 至少我和友人都感到滿意... !! 我仍然會繼續光顧的... 期待下次菜式上又有新驚喜!

The decor is OK but the tables are very small and are set too closely together which make us feel like 搭枱. The decor is OK but the tables are very small and are set too closely together which make us feel like 搭枱. Especially for the price they charge, this is quite unacceptable.


The three of us shared a beef carpaccio, a squid ink risotto, a linguine with seared scallops, and a pizza with proscuitto. The beef carpaccio is quite tasteless, may be because it is sliced too thinly. We could only taste the parmesan cheese shaved on top.

The squid ink risotto is OK but too salty. I find it so so but my friends said that it is good. However, the squid rings are definitely tasteless.

Linguine is good, cooked al dente, with garlic and chilli. But the three scallops are worse than tasteless; they are defrosted and therefore have the taste of the freezer.

The pizza is the worst of all. The base is like a dry thick biscuit (doesn't feel like the pizza dough has fermented enough!) and the toppings are no good.

For dessert, we only shared one portion of panna cotta which is good, but very very expensive for such a small portion.

For coffee, expresso is too bitter and has no other characteristics. Cafe Vienna and Cafe Toffee are unremarkable.

Overall this is not a particularly good place for dinner, for food, comforts or price. I would not recommend any of my friends to try.

經男友同事介紹,便來小試這間意大利菜我們早一天預定了台去到,侍應只是問男友姓氏說罷便沒再問聯絡電話只是叫我們等待10分鐘我們心想__ __ __? 幹嗎兩位都要用十分鐘時間準備我們看看reservation list發現有位同姓氏,但七位,才發現他們弄錯請下次記緊問清楚聯絡電話,免得浪費相方時間坐後,我們又充當了『空氣』等了很久都沒侍應給我們餐牌到麵包藍,又再次充當『空氣』別台那對情侶連沙津都快吃完,我們張台還是空空餘也不是每次都要叫,才懂理會我們麵包藍沒有牛油,果醬或醋, 只有口水配麵包簡稱『乾啃』而且麵包味道很一般黑醋沙津途中,落錯單,算罷味道一般後期上菜速度好了,主菜是大蝦配牛扒賣相確實幾精緻,蝦沒有雪藏味配上蕃茄,幾香口牛扒看肉身的紋理,雖知不是什麼上等貨但總算淋,沒overload而那杯latte奶味都平均其實給劣評,主因是服務態度我見有數台客人,都要吹單,看見侍應們只是殷勤招待那幾台熟客但忽略其他客人,這是什麼服務態度? 我當然是用這個價錢來評價要變成熟客就請別忽略所有potential clients!!!!!!!!!

其實給劣評,主因是服務態度
我見有數台客人,都要吹單,
看見侍應們只是殷勤招待那幾台熟客
但忽略其他客人,

這是什麼服務態度? 我當然是用這個價錢來評價
要變成熟客就請別忽略所有potential clients!!!!!!!!!

The restaurant takes up 2 floors in L'hart, and there's an internal staircase with a chandelier that leads up to the 2nd floor. The downstairs is brighter with the big panes of windows letting the light in, and upstairs the blinds are closed behind the bar which means you could almost be fooled for thinking you're having dinner instead of lunch. The use of fake brick walls gave it a rustic feel, which was balanced by modern lamps and tableware. They put some thought into the water jugs, not the run-of-the-mill ones you get at Ikea / Pricerite. The Tubino logo was printed on the sugar sachets and coffee cups, and their coffee also bears their brand. I guess it must have had some history considering it was "since 1932".

There was an ?Indian/Pakistani manager and another waiter of darker skin colour, and the other 3 I saw were your typical young Chinese dudes with funky dyed hair. It seems they work as 2 separate teams - once I saw the expat waiter bring up a basket of bread in one hand and a pile of dishes on the other (intended for the kitchen), he eyed and gestured the other 3 Chinese staff to help him serve the bread basket, but they were all engrossed in their own conversation and completely ignored him, so he had to put down the dishes and serve the bread himself. Fair enough if it's your job, but it's team work that makes a restaurant run smoothly.
We arrived a bit earlier than our booking, and was seated upstairs. Others started to file in and soon the place was near full but still maintained a quiet and comfortable noise level and ambience. However, everyone else that ordered after us got their bread baskets and appetises before our table! That was quite poorly done, considering I had already asked nicely for the bread (was starving) and they still served the other tables first. The tables were a tad too close to each other, which meant that when the waiters had to walk between two tables to get to the other side, his butt (or his front) would be pushed right against our table. Not a very appetising thought. If only there were 3 instead of 4 tables along the middle of the room, that would have been much better. I hope the restaurant could take this into consideration of their customers' comfort despite a dent in their profits. The toilet was very technologically advanced, you pressed a button the right and it opens the door, and you hit the Lock button on the inside to maintain your privacy, and the sign outside turns from a green "available" to a red "occupied". A novel approach, but I just hope these mechanical things don't break down as often as they do in real life. Would be unpleasant to be stuck inside and have to find a technician/fireman to come rescue you.
The set lunches were very reasonably priced with a good range of options for main courses.

The minestrone was tasty and had quite a lot of nicely chopped vegetables, the salad was fresh but uninspiring, though they managed to get the mix of olive oil vs. balsamic vinegrette right.

We ordered the chicken and the pork for mains, and added a salmon spaghetti (they changed it from fettucine for us to my mum's request) to share. The chicken with cajun spices looked exactly like the pork in presentation and accompanying vegetables, and it seems every dish had a long sprig of rosemary as a decorative piece.

There was a large half-slice mushroom (猴頭菇) where the piece of meat was placed upon, and although I like these sort of mushrooms, the one they served was a bit too tough and rubbery, perhaps blanching it for a few seconds before grilling it would have improved the texture.

Otherwise the green beans, tomato and potato were very fresh and well-seasoned. The chicken was juicy but the cajun spices didn't come through for me. The pork was a much better option, it was of a very good quality and you can taste the freshness from each bite, and there was just enough fat to keep it moist and tender. The salmon spaghetti in tomato sauce was a well executed dish, the pasta al dente and there was just the right amount of sauce to keep it all together. The salmon was pan fried and cooked through but still retained its firmness and juice.

The rose tea was a fragrant infusion of rose buds and sweetened gently, with a girly pinkish hue that shimmered through the glass tea pot. The coffee was aromatic and thick enough, with a thin cap of cream on the top.
A look around the other tables revealed prettily a tiramisu in a glass bowl decorated with 2 kinds of biscotti with a berry selection at the side, a long mille feuille with a light sweep of cream inbetween the layers to hold all the fruit together, and other colourfully made cocktails and drinks. All in all, the food was of an above-class quality for the price, and although the waiters were a bit slow initially, they made up for it by being more attentive in the end. (However, they forgot to lay out a knife for my mum until I got up to ask for one). The waiter gave us another 10% off which he promised to give us again if we see him next time. Gimmicky, but it works on me. Dinner's a "fine dining experience", or so the waiter claims, and for ~$300 a dinner set, that's a bargain. Corkage fee is $200 a bottle.
