今日晚餐黎到食泰國菜。一直係vwalk都唔知有咩好食,又唔想食大企業。第一次見有pad thai 配海南雞😂😂 幾特別,金邊粉配達芽菜,同埋橋頭。海南雞份量算多,仲配醬汁。另外叫左個泰式肉碎煎蛋飯,夠辣,太陽蛋煎得唔錯。 有basil!加配左個春卷,同埋蝦餅。 出黎熱辣辣。另外叫左個凍泰奶。餐廳環境坐得舒服,服務都好, 會貼心提醒奶茶係少甜,想甜d可以提出。 見到隔離檯叫個火鍋set都幾大份,下次可以試下。 continue reading

平時去呢頭,好少入商場食嘢,啱啱出糧,都可以對自己好少少嘅。食完間裝修咁靚嘅舖頭,每個地方都色彩繽紛,原來一個人唔會過百,算係咁啦!睇餐牌食咩豬扒撈金邊粉 走辣 $68呢度出名船麵,不過見到撈金邊粉好吸引。顏色同一般炒金邊粉一樣,都係橙紅色,酸酸甜甜,最大嘅分別就係無左豆腐乾,同埋餸放一邊。原本想食豬頸肉,午市都好多人叫,豬頸肉原來要醃三個鐘,所以賣曬無咁快補到,所以我就改食豬扒啦!豬扒煎得幾香,點埋個泰式醬汁,酸酸甜甜,少少芫荽子,雖然口感唔同,但味道係平時食豬頸肉嘅味。香茅雞翼 +$22呢個賣相除左單骨之外,賣相都符合我地對香茅雞翼嘅期望,上面好多炸香嘅香茅。不過因為另外再加左炸蒜,又有魚露調味,味道比我地食開嘅濃味。外皮炸得乾身香口,都有保留少少肉汁,非常收貨。凍泰式奶茶 +$8非常足夠煉奶味,配紅茶好適合,唯一一樣遷就香港口味,就係甜度減低左,所以又無需要好似泰國咁多冰。合計 $98 continue reading

見到好多好評,平日lunch去食下,人唔多 order 完好快到,好似一分鐘就到真係太快左啲,所以野食都果然唔夠熱,野食最緊要夠熱先係架嘛,豬手仲要好多毛,見到呆左,失望。。應該冇下次了,野食味道都普通冇咩特別,唔明點解咁多好評🥲 continue reading

首先是跟餐的青木瓜沙律,青木瓜不是爽脆的,沙律酸味淡得近乎零,辣味也欠奉,不知是否要自行咬碎在碟邊的辣椒再自行調味。海蝦撈金邊粉,對伴碟的海蝦數量及質素也沒有什麼期望,作為主角的金邊粉感覺是放落滾水滾到幾乎變麵糊撈起再用茄汁上色,什麼味道都沒有,常見的撈金邊粉會有的花生碎都不見。原意是想食冬陰功豬頸肉湯粉,但落單才聽到店員跟隔離枱講轉了香茅豬扒,因為豬頸肉剛剛才到,要幾個鐘溶雪。落咗單的我詢問時店員表示「一樣啫~」 continue reading
