銅鑼灣真的是美食天堂,高質的餐廳特別多,今晚就來了這家主打西、日料理的U IZAKAYA。餐廳有吧枱也有室外座,裝潢時尚帶高級感,室外還有相當可愛的無臉男在織衫公仔,很可愛的打卡位~餐廳雖有吧枱但今天不想喝酒。叫了兩杯Mocktail,【LOVE FIRE】【SWEET LAND】都是以果汁為主打,鮮甜又清爽。先吃前菜,【橄欖油帶子沙律】新鮮帶子配清新沙律菜,底層還有一些醬汁,味道像蛋汁,但又帶一點點香橙味,挺特別的。【生蠔】來自西班牙和美國的生蠔,一款甜味較重,另一款則是爽口帶鮮海水味,同樣美味。【意式雞肉丸子】肉丸熱呼呼的,還混了一些雞軟骨,吃起來口感十足,蕃茄醬特多,酸酸甜甜十分開胃。看到餐牌有很多海膽菜式,所以叫了【鱈魚柳海膽醬意粉】試一下。海膽完全融入了意粉。整盤意粉都是鮮橙色,濃濃海膽味配彈牙意粉,吃起來幸福感十足。鱈魚柳肉質雪白,點沙律醬也很好吃。餐後到戶外坐坐,看看街景,整個人也感覺很放鬆~

檸檬香草烤春雞配意粉
烤出嚟既春雞肉質嫩滑,配上有味道既意粉,每一啖都鹹淡得宜,仲有蔬菜,比較色彩豐富同埋感覺上較健康。

醬汁味道剛好,不會太酸或甜,最主要係本身煮得足夠淋,唔需要大力切或者用手拎住食,輕輕用刀叉一拉就叉好放入口品嚐。

意粉份量雖則唔多,但兩個人食啱啱好,勝在貴精不貴多,因為真係好好食😂意粉,用咗好彈牙嘅意粉條,而且都唔算好辣,配上新鮮嘅蝦同埋帶子,兩個人好快清哂😂

精選串燒六款配白飯
一上菜嘅時候已經覺得好吸引😍賣相好靚,好細心係佢嘅白飯都已經調咗味。串燒方面,每個食材都好新鮮,特別係羊架,唔會有騷味。同埋推介紫蘇葉配豚肉串,味道新奇又好夾👍🏼

總結而言,呢間居酒屋一定會有下次😋👍🏼絕對是高質素之選👍🏼特別要稱讚的是,服務員的服務也很好,每次上菜都會為你介紹菜式👍🏼非常有禮及細心👍🏼
