嚟到「海膽仔」,當然必食海膽啦。店員講解每日會因應供貨情況,而有可能選用不同之海膽,而今晚係選用來自兩個不同產地之海膽,包括有加拿大和韓國。海膽入口甘香鮮甜,完全沒有苦澀味,加上紫菜和飯,啖啖都咁滋味。

今日嚟到黃大仙返工又share吓有啲咩美食先其中一間就係海膽仔見到佢都有幾多本來預計6點可以收工咁我哋就book咗18:30點知18:25都仲未收到工諗住改遲少少原來下個時段要20:00留位又最多10分鐘咁唯有朋友先去攞位好彩我都只係遲咗十分鐘我哋叫咗兩個set 刺身定食配壽司飯赤🦐係超級好味其他就一般海膽丼啲海膽超級新鮮又好味平時真係好少食海膽今次一試愛上配上沙律同面豉湯活赤貝刺身幾爽口我嘅最愛軟殼蟹手卷店員會提醒盡快食用甲羅燒配法包我覺得有啲重口味熔岩海膽魚餅我覺得好似打邊爐啲海膽丸其實兩個女仔食到呢已經食唔落最後要order多個外賣盒總括嚟講食物質素中上服務good座位比較窄可以再返嚟食

超級高質日本餐廳,性價比極高!燒左口魚邊丼好滿足入口即融,好香濃魚油味,撈飯一流,仲要全部都係壽司醋飯,煙煙韌韌有口感,仲有魚子同黑松露,豉油同芥末都唔需要了,朋友點咗秘制牛舌丼,牛舌爽口入味,咁大件同好食都好少有,雞皮串十分惹味,鹽燒原味必定最好食,香蔥拖羅蓉手卷質感細滑,仲有一定要食既壽司,包括火炙左口魚邊、火炙三文魚壽司同埋松葉蟹膏軍艦,真係幸福感爆滿,好Creamy,燒過係真係勁好食,朋友從未食過火炙,食左就話堅係一試難忘,以前去壽司店都冇食過,仲有最正既係佢地非常大件足料既鵝肝多士,每年都只係48蚊真係抵到爛呀,廚師仲要唔係用平食材,堅係如圖顯示原塊鵝肝上枱,多士香脆,鵝肝種澀甜味係最令人上癮哈哈,呢個都係點解我咁中意食鵝肝既原因,味道之特別係冇其他食物取代到,仲有個熔岩海膽魚餅又係只此一間,海膽漿一咬開就湧出黎,鹼鹹地甜甜地,讚👍👍
