難得星期日唔洗返工, 同屋企人去飲個早茶先。 10點去到拎飛要等50個籌, 都預左呢, 海港都比較多人飲茶。週圍喺商場行下先, 等左45分鐘, 都算係甘。叫左幾樣點心同自選孖寶。叉燒腸皮薄, 叉燒餡唔算多, 但都ok, 唔係得肥膏。其他點心唔記得影喇, 牛肉球差左呢, 望落個色好淡, 食落冇咩牛肉味, 份量都正常。雞扎就唔錯, 正常配料而且芋頭都幾粉。香煎芋絲餅就好味左, 可能啱啱煎起, 個皮脆, 有少少五香味。叫左西施蝦球$38, 諗住平平地試下, 上菜見到有啲伏。見到只是幾隻炸蝦加少到虛無縹緲嘅沙律醬。炸蝦皮都脆但粉漿過厚, 蝦肉都彈牙, 但下次都唔會叫。自選孖寶揀左一個飯一個粉。炒安格斯牛河份量都多, 牛肉應該係用左火鍋用嘅牛肉片, 肉片唔算少, 而且加左茄子, 第一次食到牛河有茄子都幾特別, 可惜同普遍乾炒牛河一樣都係偏油。菜"普"海鮮粒炒飯都幾好味, 海鮮粒有蝦同貝柱,加左翠玉瓜粒, 都幾有口感。望落唔見有菜"普", 食落都feel到嘅。另外飯炒得乾身, 唔太油膩。

本來是一個開心快樂的晚飯約會!卻遇上了一群服務態度差勁的侍應生,把整頓晚飯的氣氛澈底的破壞了!我18:35剛到達酒樓由部長分配了枱號,那時她隨即對我說要20:00結帳交枱,當時其部長的態度都頗為難以接受,算了入座……!点菜落單了,這位侍應又再重複地說要20:00結帳交枱,當時我再感覺到很難接受,所以我找到一位主任反映!但令我一次又一次的憤怒,連一位主任都不會處理一宗如此簡單的投訴,那位主任竟然視我透明,完全沒有跟進及處理,真的氣壞我!我再找到酒樓的店長投訴,最可惜的是最高級的店長都給我一個十分十分敷衍了事的處理手法!叫客人怎樣會再次光顧呢!12/11/2016

呢間啲招呼係我有生以嚟未見過咁差嘅,成日見啲侍應鬧客,我都領教過,一次就話我好轉枱,佢以為我聽唔到,點知我全部聽到; 另一次仲衰,個侍應就企喺我側邊,但就同對面搭枱位先生打牙較,隻手喺我面前揮來揮去,差啲發到我,我於是同佢講「你傾計講嘢行過對面啦!」,點知佢發惡,話企喺度有乜問題,仲同我嘈起上嚟,大佬呀!我倒緊茶你突然攝入嚟企喺我隔離,仲傾計傾到唔捨得走,對面阿生隔離大把位,你大可以過去同佢慢慢傾丫,仲要隻手喺我側邊揮來揮去,望住佢呢,佢又當睇你唔到,迫住要開聲話佢,佢又唔話得,卒之要經理叫佢唔好嘈至肯罷休,海港請啲咁嘅伙計,認真係好招呼。 其實佢地啲伙計咁巴閉,根本就係管理層有問題,佢地根本唔怕比人投訴,管理層嘅縱容應計一功。

話說今天下午2:09分取票等入,等佐十幾分鐘入到去竟計我三個人茶钱,我只有兩大人一bb,竟說不搭台要計三個人頭,我問why?佢話公司係甘計?除非搭台,我說一般酒樓不搭台也不用計bb人頭啦,只是最多等耐少少啫,你地甘做法都得嘅?以前都係呢間分店飲過都無計過bb茶錢,一般車費船費等都是3歲前吾計钱架啦,你地呢間酒樓甘樣呃人钱都有嘅,真無良,bb錢都計,好穷咩?的服務員態度散慢,叫佢加個水等甘耐,又吾是爆場呀!如吾够人好心就請多的啦!飲餐茶都激鬼氣!!!!點叫人再帮襯呀!!!

星期六、日都很多人排隊,但想不到今個星期日都可是等到很久就有枱,4人就入去食食dinner。上湯蝦球伊估不到蝦球都有好多隻,雖然都知道是急凍蝦,但估不到很入味,而且蝦肉彈牙。配上上湯麵,而麵中都很入味。咕嚕黑豚肉黑豚肉很多又鬆軟而且肉汁都好豐富嚐起來口感軟嫩,酸甜醬汁更酸酸甜甜的味道,好醒胃。仲有波蘿同蕃茄仔。惹味鴨舌這碟是小食,原來份量都唔少而辣味十足都助食慾,送啤酒真係唔錯,三五知己來一齊食。蒜片牛柳粒牛柳嫩香調料滲透充分,份量都算適中,洋蔥及甜椒都好爽口 上菜時間十分之快。花膠螺頭煲雞湯4人份量飲用已經十分足夠入面有半隻雞,螺肉,飲一口咸味都很重味精相當多,如果帶小朋友老家人少飲就好0的。甜品一黎到就食,所以等唔到影相呀

上湯蝦球伊

估不到蝦球都有好多隻,雖然都知道是急凍蝦,但估不到很入味,而且蝦肉彈牙。配上上湯麵,而麵中都很入味。
