因清明節假期,照顧爸爸的姐姐放假。晚飯一於幫襯屋企飯堂。一行三人叫了半隻炸子雞,清蒸龍躉、海鮮豆腐煲及豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜。海鮮豆腐煲豆腐非常滑、海鮮份量多,有帶子、螺片、蝦仁等,味道做得非常冶味。炸子雞亦做到皮脆肉嫰,雞件份量亦算多。豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜亦不俗。油麥菜算爽脆,師傅落油亦算輕手,整碟菜不算油膩。清蒸龍躉size非常大。雖則肉多,但由於屬飼養龍躉,味道淡,蒸魚豉油份量亦少,普通之作。埋單價錢約$500,不算很貴。以食物水準來說,雖未至於有驚喜,但以屋企飯堂來說,合格有餘。

跟住我地話佢頭先問佢,佢唔覆野,佢又死唔認佢唔覆野,話佢只係公關,佢都唔知,要問經理。
問題係我唔追問佢都唔講呢句嘛。

最後攪左一大輪先知原來套餐都有味餸係左鮮竹魚腐浸勝瓜,應該係廚房攪錯左。

其實我唔介意廚房攪錯野,我地亦都係食晒先問酒樓。問題係唔好當d客係仇家咁囉。
我唔期望有好服務,但唔好咁差態度又話無鬧人囉。除非拍晒枱先叫鬧人啦。

結論係永不光顧!

補充一下,8個人食埋單計9個人,要改返單。
當然,梗係唔好意思都無句啦。

五怕比人坤 推藍田海港 本人去魚缸找了只長腳蟹約四斤半 本人仲打其中一只腳拆斷 還要原只清蒸上 其實做開食市都知 這樣食法的人 已知不簡單 最後上臺的 全只蟹冇斷腳 但是只有三斤多些 單點只蟹都近千三 之後個經理還叫我捉只象拔 我知這店出名偷龍轉鳳 算吧 最後加多個408餐同三個甜品 算賬後$2031 四個大人 一個小童 這價$ 現場叫一席也是千六蚊有找 算吧只是吐吐氣 冇下次。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

海港其實屬於集團經營,不同的海港都有嘗試過,味道其實無問題, 包括這一間的味道我都覺得無問題, 可以正常食用!!今天中午午膳時段來此, 午膳時段一般都比早茶和下午茶貴, 但午市仍然是很多人!!但侍應就得幾位!!! 叫侍應加位無人應,叫侍應加餐具無人應, 叫侍應加水無人應!叫侍應落單要不繼才有人應!!!!其實都知客多, 要召孚不容易, 其實自己都體諒, 所以最後都是自己動手做!!!不過幾個點心加一個伊麵, 收3百幾元又不是很便宜, 只是覺得服務/人手需要改善!!!

今日收工就去咗藍田啟田商場嘅海港酒家同親戚食飯。一行六人就叫咗一個蒸氣石鍋全包餐。入到去坐低就先去個魚缸嗰度揀阿拉斯加長腳蟹。 隻阿拉斯加長腳蟹蒸之前廚師已經切開咗。超級多蟹腳同蟹膏。左邊係紅棗雲耳蒸走地雞。 蒸熟左之後嘅阿拉斯加長。好甜好多肉! 鮮甜沙白蜆。非常鮮甜同好味, 最緊要係完全無沙。 蒜蓉蒸貴妃蚌。好食! 而最後其實仲有其他菜不過就冇特別影到。食完蒸物之後就係重點嘅海鮮粥出場。所以蒸海鮮嘅蒸氣水就倒流咗去個鍋嘅下格。個粥簡起級鮮甜, 好濃嘅海鮮味道。 價錢黎講都算抵食。推介想食蒸氣海鮮嘅朋友。

孕婦和老人家因為要成日去洗手間,所以揀了這間飲茶,我孕婦和婆婆先去拿四人位置,佢比左一個卡位我,一坐上去冷氣超涷,吹到正一正,媽媽來到,也覺得冷氣很強,找了一位黑衫女侍應生轉枱,不知那個女人發生什麼事,大聲罵我地,態度十分 惡劣 , 眼神是(麗)著你,嘴唇是( 秒 )又要拿走新枱的碗筷,說如果我們洗了碗筷,就要自己拿去新枱,當時位置比較遠而且有樓梯,我們要求他不要收,她罵我們不可以轉枱,難道要一位孕婦和一個老婆婆為了洗過的碗筷已走來走去換來跌倒的風險嗎?我媽媽已經很有禮貌唔該 叫佢轉枱 ,但她沒有幫助,反而罵她,媽媽自己再拿新的碗筷,需要開心心飲茶來受氣嗎?食物大部份也正常,但這位黑衫國內侍應生的態度令我 對本集團刮目相看,懷孕中第一次這樣想罵人。
