今天的串燒bbq已售罄,改了芝士焗青口,厚厚的一層芝士覆蓋著青口,奶香味濃的芝士很可口, 青口也是大大粒的。

香煎奈良手打牛肉餅芝士咖哩蛋包飯
牛肉餅聞著香氣撲鼻,外酥帶點鬆脆,非常厚的一塊,整體油而不膩,咖哩汁濃郁,不帶辣,和蛋包飯很夾,薄薄的蛋皮夠鬆軟,這份量已很滿足。

香煎北海道帶子鮮野菌忌廉意大利粉
雖然火山燒主打燒肉,他家的意大利麵也不錯,忌廉汁夠creamy,帶子兩大粒,口感爽滑,濃郁奶香的忌廉汁,吃下不油膩,鮮野菌吸盡忌廉汁味道又清新,增加了意粉的味道。

彩虹棉花糖焦糖朱古力
朱古力味濃,加cream後入口更順滑。除了香濃的朱古力味,還有淡淡的焦糖香,十分推薦!

之前食過一次火山燒一直念念不忘,今日收工決定再走入去荃灣食多次個石燒牛,做好安心出行同埋量體溫就安排入座了!上次食左個石燒和牛真係好出色,今日就叫左個極黑安格斯肋腰背試下其他部位!一上枱舊石既溫度都係好高而且持續左差唔多十幾分鐘,而舊安格斯牛就外熟內生,我地切細件之後再用石頭既熱力令安格斯牛煮熟煎香,我哋可以自行控制安格斯牛既生熟度,而且過程都幾有趣,係個唔錯既經歷!講番個肋腰背,除左有些少筋位之外,成舊安格斯牛既肉味都好濃郁,而且可以自己控制生熟程度,鍾意食幾成就幾成熟,整熟之後點些少燒汁連埋啲珍珠飯一齊食就係無得頂,牛味濃郁之餘,安格斯牛仲會帶些少牛油,連埋飯一齊食可以互相配合,中和左牛油既油膩感又可以食到一啖啖既安格斯牛👍🏼之後仲叫左個極上燒豬肋骨滑蛋石頭飯,豬肋骨menu有介紹用慢煮36小時,令其骨肉分離,食落口又真係無講錯,肉質唔痴骨,肉質爽口而且汁醬味夠重!另外石頭飯都相當之唔錯,面頭會有好多蛋同埋泡菜,淋上燒汁攪拌後再食,口感豐富而且味道唔單調,再者石頭鍋熱力足夠,從而鍋邊既飯都燒至飯焦,香脆可口!

之後仲叫左個極上燒豬肋骨滑蛋石頭飯,豬肋骨menu有介紹用慢煮36小時,令其骨肉分離,食落口又真係無講錯,肉質唔痴骨,肉質爽口而且汁醬味夠重!另外石頭飯都相當之唔錯,面頭會有好多蛋同埋泡菜,淋上燒汁攪拌後再食,口感豐富而且味道唔單調,再者石頭鍋熱力足夠,從而鍋邊既飯都燒至飯焦,香脆可口!
