I ordered a smoked salmon cream spaghetti. It comes out very creamy but not smoke salmon it is well cooked salmon. It has mushroom. I am very disappointed because I expect it is smoke salmon slice. The dish name doesn’t say it has mushroom. It is not what I want. However the angel hair taste good with cream. Not so thick and not so thin. The mushroom is thick and tasty. continue reading

這個舖位之前是茶餐廳還記得枱面上的彩色階磚現在還是一樣晚市套餐加$29還有餐湯、炒雜腸和香蒜炒野菜聖安娜安格斯封門柳$158上碟時大約只有三成熟可根據個人喜好放在熱石上燒切成細塊比較容易熟牛肉味濃郁充滿肉汁又不會太韌200g的份量也不算少卡邦尼煙肉温泉蛋天使麵$78配料非常豐富除了煙肉、溫泉蛋還有巴馬火腿忌廉汁融入了整個天使面而且比意粉更易入口整體而言,食物質素不錯但環境較擠迫尤其是捧著熱石相當危險令人擔心 continue reading

經朋友推介今天來到荃灣一間食店, 主打石燒、蛋包飯, 還有珍珠米丼。 看看餐牌,當然要一試聖安娜 安格斯封門柳,我們只叫了200克, 但原來分量已足夠有餘,因為附上一碗白飯,還可以選擇升級套餐,加29蚊可配濃湯、香蒜野草和蟹子沙律。店員送上封門柳時已經香味四溢, 石頭燒溫度很高,所以要把握時間燒至你喜愛的熟度, 把肉燒至外香內嫩,非常美味。封門柳本身 牛味濃郁,絕對適合牛魔王。另外 我和朋友還叫了一客蒲燒雙層鰻魚忌廉滑蛋珍珠米丼,鰻魚份量多,而且非常肥美,加上嫩滑的蛋,這個配合相當完美。套餐還有飲品附送,這個價錢性價比相當高呢。 continue reading
