2nd: Oyster

4th: Threadfin

食呢舊嘢唔可以講嘢,因為入面有濃郁既薑糖水+丸子,一咬裡面嘅嘢就爆出,幾特別

總結嚟講,呢個set幾款食物都食到D幾特別嘅sauce配搭,而店員都會每道菜解釋返個煮法,所以食嘅時候會有concept。而食物既味道亦非常唔錯,餐廳嘅用餐氣氛都幾chill同開心。

萬聖節跟朋友來新開的船街fusion吃飯頭盤點了刺身蝦佐酸黃瓜及番茄,底配草莓調製醬。刺身蝦挺新鮮,但是綜合上酸黃瓜番茄及草莓醬的口感並沒有讓人覺得很清新或者凸顯了甜蝦的鮮甜。混合的有點不知所以然。6/10第二道菜上的是燒乳鴿,燒乳鴿唷用了低溫慢煮的方式再進行烤製,表面上淋了熱油。醬料分了兩個層次,一層是耗油醬油膏,一層是果味。口感層次分明多元,鴿肉新鮮好吃。炸的羽衣甘藍酥脆可口。略有不足的是果味的醬汁混合蠔油汁沒辦法拔高乳鴿的香味。如有優化的建議,那就是增加孜然辣椒粉的鹹香做幹碟,另一側用檸檬汁+蜂蜜增加清爽感,可能會更好吃。8/10第三道菜鴨肉沙拉不知道沙拉為什麼在熱菜之後上,這個順序也是讓人感到不可思議⋯⋯不過沙拉中的芋頭脆片口感層次很好,酸甜的味汁很可口,鴨肉也很入味,跟凱撒沙拉味道相似,是很好的前菜8.5/10第四道菜西班牙海鮮飯西班牙海鮮飯增加了臘腸,雖然說有些鹹香和海鮮融合的創意,但是西班牙海鮮的鮮完全沒有凸顯。建議還是增加海鮮高湯用於烹調。7/10份量不大,適合小聚約會,喝酒,純吃好吃的不推薦,環境有點吵,放很多韓國流行歌。

萬聖節跟朋友來新開的船街fusion吃飯

西班牙海鮮飯增加了臘腸,雖然說有些鹹香和海鮮融合的創意,但是西班牙海鮮的鮮完全沒有凸顯。建議還是增加海鮮高湯用於烹調。

而第二道菜都係看似平凡但勁高質既炸雞(柚子味/麻椒味)我當日食到佢好鬆脆,同樣都係勁crispy外皮但入面佢保留到肉質多汁同雞肉鮮味,我個人更喜歡「麻椒味」,因為真係好驚喜,先係香料既麻味勁突出(四川風味既辣味)麻香後係一陣微酸既辣味,外面沾醬真係為呢款炸雞提升左好多,無諗過食炸雞會有味道既唔同層次感(脆,麻,酸,辣,多汁)柚子味就比較清新同開胃,有韓國炸雞🍗既感覺。

主菜suckling pig係絕對精彩嘅大作,本身係呢個Menu我想揀另外一個菜式,但好彩有人阻止我,朋友話食燒豬先可以試咗呢個廚嘅功夫。特別推介要坐喺吧枱,因為你可以欣賞廚師點樣整呢個suckling pig,佢嘅工序非常繁複,咬落去非常之脆,而且用上八珍甜醋,加上新鮮嘅蘋果蓉兩個醬汁,今次仲有個真刈包,夾起來不得了,呢個一定唔可以錯過。
另外一個主菜Samgye Chicken Breast ,呢個都令人難以忘懷,佢嘅雞胸肉質雖然唔係好嫩,但係佢嘅皮就好薄好脆,旁邊你以為係risotto,但係其實就係薏米,再加上好清新嘅醬汁,令人十分驚喜。

When all our guests finally arrived, we informed them that we have all arrived but they said we needed to wait till our booking time which we were ok with, when the waitress finally took us to the table, the waitress said “we weren’t late with your table, u guys were early”.

When we were still having our dessert and wine, one of the waitress took away a couple of wine glasses, when I asked for another wine glass, the waitress repeated twice “wine glass!? Wine glass!?” As if I didn’t know what a wine glass was.

To say that they were rude would be an understatement. Absolute disgrace to the F&B industry.

前兩天中午經過船街,看到熟悉的面孔(只係我識佢哋)-陳展鵬伉儷-揸車到此歺廳光顧,我本來從未想過去呢度吃,但見到佢兩公婆似乎「專登」到訪,我今午1️⃣行2人去試吓,果然有驚喜,味道好、賣相也不俗,只係價錢略貴和分量少咗啲,尤其龍蝦湯、濃淡適中,只是太細腕,個main course蟹肉麻婆豆腐飯好特別、少辣、炸豆腐粒奇滑,值得推介,反而另一主菜溫泉蛋肉碎闊條麵略,失色、本人口味覺得濃咗少許和麵質靭咗啲,但尚可接受,個甜品「鬼佬版楊枝甘露」好美味,不似粵式的太甜!侍應態度好好、我哋兩個share食物,她們主動給我換鍱及加腕筷、不斷加暖水水,這個時勢實難得我應該下次會試吓晚飯!
