位於油麻地M1 hotel 1樓嘅慢理牆城,真係一間好特別嘅餐廳🌳。佢哋嘅設計以森林為主題,採用原木同綠色嘅主調,感覺好自然同埋舒適🍃。餐廳入面仲有巨型嘅環保樹同架空嘅環保橋,真係好有心思🌿我哋嗌咗斑馬2人餐,真係超豐富😋。首先係前菜,牆城小食拼盤配自家製蛋黃醬,入面有美式甜辣香脆雞翼、德國腸、脆炸薯條、甜蕃薯條、Mozzarella cheese sticks同埋三角流心芝士🧀。每樣都好好味,特別係雞翼,外脆內嫩,配埋蛋黃醬真係一流👍主菜係慢落豬,係慢煮西班牙冰花酸梅黑毛豬串配甜蕃薯條🐷。串烤豬肉好嫩滑,酸梅嘅味道好特別,唔會太酸,反而帶出豬肉嘅鮮味。甜蕃薯條亦都好香甜,配埋豬肉一齊食真係好滿足🍠意粉方面,我哋揀咗明太子蟹肉扁意粉🍝意粉煮得啱啱好,唔會太硬亦唔會太軟,明太子嘅鹹香同蟹肉嘅鮮味完美結合,真係好好味🦀最後係甜品,西西里的檸檬向日葵🌻。呢個甜品真係貌相一流,酸酸甜甜嘅檸檬味道好清新,食完之後感覺好舒服🍋飲品方面,我哋試咗熱情果冰茶同士多啤梨接骨木花乳酸梳打🍹。熱情果冰茶好清新,唔會太甜,飲完好解渴。士多啤梨接骨木花乳酸梳打亦都好特別,士多啤梨嘅甜味同接骨木花嘅香味好夾,飲完之後感覺好滿足🍓總括嚟講,慢理牆城真係一間好值得推薦嘅餐廳,無論係環境定係食物都好有水準,絕對值得一試👍

今晚終於黎左呢間一直bookmark 左好耐的餐廳食飯啦,見到佢個Xmas Menu幾吸引,就一於趁聖誕節前先感受一下聖誕氣氛先。美式甜辣香脆雞翼點了四隻,每隻都大大隻,入口脆卜卜,入面仲keep到好juicy,個汁辣度剛剛好,好惹味🤭🤭青醬帶子扁意粉有三大粒煎香左的帶子,意粉煙韌度做得剛剛好,每條意粉都沾滿左青醬。香煎三文魚配香橙忌廉芝士汁三文魚煎到個皮好香脆,魚肉仲keep到嫩滑,忌廉汁好香濃,帶少少甜味,上面配的香橙仲用焦糖再燒過,好香。薑餅咖啡個拉花拉得幾靚,入口先係咖啡味,再飲真啲會有好香的薑味,冬天飲真係好暖笠笠😍😍烏龍茶慕絲蛋糕配焦糖蘋果粒一上枱就feel到好濃厚的聖誕氣氛,整到好似棵聖誕樹咁,佢個cream超香滑,又唔會過甜,配上好香的食完烏龍茶蛋糕,真係會想食完一啖又一啖,呢個大推呀。👍👍呢度環境好舒服,而且職員非常主動又有禮貌。

慢煮鴨脾配肉桂紅酒,蘋果有肉桂味、微酸開胃,浸得夠耐所以好淋,係其中一個優點;至於鴨脾,色澤誘人,油脂豐富,肉質結實,份量都好夠兩個人分享。黑松露薯蓉作為伴菜,實在令人驚艷。濃郁的黑松露香氣與綿密的薯蓉口感完美融合。這兩者的搭配簡直係絕配,令人回味無窮。如此精緻的伴菜,提升了整道菜餚的層次,真心推薦大家有機會一定要品嚐看看。菠菜大蝦扁意粉,用料豐,份量十足,煎得恰到好處,鮮嫩多汁唔會乾身,大大隻;幾大碟意粉,有濃稠嘅菠菜醬,味道幾特別。另外嘅烏龍茶慕絲蛋糕好有節日氣氛,外面係一層好厚嘅慕絲,係聖誕樹造型,入面係鬆軟嘅烏龍茶味蛋糕,茶香濃烈,令人驚喜嘅係入面嘅焦糖蘋果粒,甜味出眾,毫不吝嗇焦糖。餐飲試咗杯薑餅咖啡,薑味濃郁,咖啡風味唔錯,欣賞佢送上薑餅,為呢餐飯再添節日氣氛。

大學聚會嗰陣已經嚟過呢間酒店Cafe,入邊裝修好靚,森林系cafe🌳🌳環境舒服優雅,食物都幾大份同朋友仔過嚟一齊share食就最啱!出咗聖誕餐牌,三文魚超正,一定要試吓!香煎三文魚配香橙忌廉芝士汁 三文魚扒好吸引,超厚身好大件,三文魚皮煎至脆口,忌廉芝士汁食落好香,個汁太出色,基本上配咩食材都會好正,側邊有我最愛嘅澳洲西蘭花👍🏻嗰兩片橙加咗糖,然後用火燒過形成焦糖!全日早餐一定係最豐富,三文魚花花、烤大啡菇,炒蛋勁香滑又大份,多士同薯餅大大份😎多士烘得脆,🧈煙肉會唔會太肥,夾麵包好好食😎仲有沙律菜中和一下。薑餅咖啡 鍾意濃味嘅朋友仔就最啱,姜香料味道香濃,拉花超靚,側邊做嘢好可愛嘅薑餅曲奇😌天氣凍暖暖哋就最岩。烏龍茶慕絲蛋糕配焦糖蘋果粒超靚超靚,上枱嘅時候隔籬枱都忍唔住大叫好靚!粉紅色同白色忌廉色彩斑斕,上面仲有彩色嘅糖果同金箔👍🏻超級有誠意,切開入邊有啲焦糖蘋果粒粒,整體味道好夾,側邊個雪人超可愛用嚟打卡!📍慢理牆城 (油麻地)油麻地砵蘭街28號M1酒店1樓
