如標題一樣,味道像港式餐廳之不正宗越南粉麵。但要讚的一定是服務態度,可能集團訓練有素,會善待客人。食物方面 - 雜菌湯檬粉 (菜湯)︰清,很清淡!雖然素食系列,也是偏淡口。檬粉爽口,雜菌份量比想像中更少生牛肉湯河︰薄片牛肉肥瘦均勻,到餐熱湯將肉質浸至3成熟,吃時剛好半生熟。肉湯底算不濃郁,但也不過油。飲品方面 - 凍青檸茶 (走甜)︰看似簡單,卻有驚喜。茶味雖濃郁但不苦澀,青檸新鮮,酸味開胃。走甜能喝到茶底原來功夫,冰塊也不會把飲品沖淡。總結︰其實附近也有不錯的餐廳,我不會選擇翻桌。

份量算多
裡面有魷魚 蝦 帶子等海鮮
唯一不太喜歡的是它家金邊粉的口感有點硬而且沒米香
可能浸泡時間不夠

這個比想像中大份
糯米飯超飽的
芒果也很香!
只是它附的椰漿竟然沒有"椰"味
沒什麼味道 最後我直接不淋椰漿吃還比較好吃

那天是晚市時間去的所以價錢不算太便宜
總括來說其實不太差
但下次如果要再來 應該會選Lunch或Tea的時段就好了

「囍越」午餐飲品「凍奶茶」裡面雖然是有濃度尚可的「淡奶」甜味,但是「凍奶茶」裡面給我的「紅茶」實際濃度感覺只是一般程度而已,至少我享用完「凍奶茶」之後不久,乘坐巴士感覺很快已經感覺飯氣攻心和疲倦。

至於「咖喱牛腩」裡面的「牛腩」實際口感不算韌,但是「牛腩」的口感軟腍程度,感覺餐廳廚房可以把「咖喱牛腩」裡面的甜味「咖喱」汁煮辣一點點,「牛腩」肉質也可以再煮腍多一點點。

今日因為工作開係去左將軍澳站,又想食清清地,咁見到到呢間What the Pho (囍越)就入左去打算食碗河粉啦。 咁坐低左就叫左一碗WTP 火車頭湯粉加杯凍奶茶少冰少甜。WTP 火車頭湯粉應該就係佢地的招牌河粉,配料有牛柏葉、牛腩、牛丸、牛筋、生牛肉,另外附左一碟配菜,有青檸、芽菜同九層塔(好似係) 講講碗粉先,粉底我就轉左做金邊粉,湯頭清甜好飲, 唔會太咸,帶點鮮甜味,恰到好處。 牛丸,好有牛味,而且咬落有肉汁。 但個人有一點唔係好喜歡,就係丸內有一粒粒牛脂肪,應該係為左增加香味同肉汁。不過咬落去口感比較奇怪同咬唔爛。 牛筋炆得好腍滑,但冇咩味道,比較可惜。 牛柏葉都係爽口,唔會好難咬,不過都係比較淡。 生牛肉,應該都係呢一碗河粉的精粹之一,有肉味,肥瘦適中,上菜時仍然係粉粉嫩嫩,因為放係粉面唔會浸到熟哂,好食。 總括黎講,成餐$92,唔算好值得食,算係可以。

今日因為工作開係去左將軍澳站,又想食清清地,咁見到到呢間What the Pho (囍越)就入左去打算食碗河粉啦。

咁坐低左就叫左一碗WTP 火車頭湯粉加杯凍奶茶少冰少甜。WTP 火車頭湯粉應該就係佢地的招牌河粉,配料有牛柏葉、牛腩、牛丸、牛筋、生牛肉,另外附左一碟配菜,有青檸、芽菜同九層塔(好似係)

講講碗粉先,粉底我就轉左做金邊粉,湯頭清甜好飲, 唔會太咸,帶點鮮甜味,恰到好處。

牛丸,好有牛味,而且咬落有肉汁。 但個人有一點唔係好喜歡,就係丸內有一粒粒牛脂肪,應該係為左增加香味同肉汁。不過咬落去口感比較奇怪同咬唔爛。

牛筋炆得好腍滑,但冇咩味道,比較可惜。

牛柏葉都係爽口,唔會好難咬,不過都係比較淡。

生牛肉,應該都係呢一碗河粉的精粹之一,有肉味,肥瘦適中,上菜時仍然係粉粉嫩嫩,因為放係粉面唔會浸到熟哂,好食。

總括黎講,成餐$92,唔算好值得食,算係可以。

呢間餐廳星期六都有午市餐牌,包咖啡茶,特飲加錢,又可以加錢再追加小食,我覺得感覺良好。質素方面,咖喱雞飯,啲雞有骨嘅,分量正常。至於火車頭,質素都唔錯,我見好多食客都係選擇呢個餐,分量亦適中,叫杯特飲加$20,我再追加左個烤肉串,烤肉串唔係串燒,所以冇得揀豬牛雞,係特定嘅肉,個烤肉串就比較失色,因為係肉餅feel,又冇醬料配,正正常常。 咁樣加下加下,其實個午市套餐已經唔平,不過開心嘅,因為有啲選擇,中規中矩啦👌🏻

據聞越南話pho 發音應該係”fer” (要用低音讀)。讀得啱音固然重要,但更加重要係餐廳啲嘢好唔好食。今次叫左牛丸生牛河。一上枱當然即刻試吓個湯底。湯底味道不錯,不過同香港大部份越南河一樣,湯唔夠熱!尤其是近排天氣比較凍,湯唔夠熱食到尾嗰陣時碗河粉已經涼到roomtemperature。牛丸彈牙有牛味,牛肉質素唔錯。河粉軟身但唔太淋。算係一碗唔錯嘅pho另外再叫咗份扎肉拼蒸粉包。扎肉應該係外來貨。粉包皮非常厚。下次都係淨食pho算了

Went there for lunch today. Was seated immediately upon arrival and served with water while browsing the menu. Our order was ready within 10-15 minutes. Lemongrass pork chop with vermicelli was delicious and portion was good. We were served with water multiple times. While we were eating, we saw their staff busy wiping the menus and sanitizing the perplex screens. The entire restaurant was kept very clean. Priced reasonably.

繼續外賣放送,之前食過囍越,食物質素唔差,朋友話我知最近做緊6折外賣自取,真係平到難以置信😝《燒肥牛配燒豬耳扎肉酸菜凍檬粉 $72》份量好足!肥牛唔乾唔老,豬耳爽脆,扎肉3塊口感紮實。撈埋一齊,再加魚露,酸酸甜甜好好食。《燒香茅豬扒湯粉 $68》目測香茅豬扒有7-8件,本身亦好大塊,醃料香而且好足,肉質唔會整到又乾又硬。《菠蘿海鮮炒飯 $98》菠蘿另上幾細心,香甜多汁,忍唔住偷食左2件😝海鮮亦不少,飯粒有煙靱咬口。《馬拉盞豬肉鬆炒飯 $84》好重鹹香味,帶有少許微辣,醬汁均勻包裹著每粒米飯,加埋豬肉碎、香蔥、九層塔,味道豐富得來好有層次。《香茅雞翼凍檬粉 $78》呢個係咁多款裡面最普通既一款。雞翼3大隻,但炸漿有d厚身同淋左,幸好肉質嫩滑,算多肉汁。

見仲有少少時間,又想食越南野,search到將軍澳中心有What The Pho,一於獨自一人去食下生牛肉湯河先☺️湯頭鮮味,生牛肉分量充足,食極都仲有!本身唔鍾意食芽菜,試咗幾條,味道冇乜特別,不過切得好靚仔咁啦~😆 午餐配熱檸茶,個茶底麻麻地,有啲苦澀。不過之前去越南旅行,佢哋啲檸茶都係唔好飲,識飲檸茶一定飲香港嘅!☺️☺️☺️室內環境好好,限最令之下所有人都坐得好鬆動。我坐梳化位,每個位後面仲有箍臣,格局都唔錯!望到枱面張野先知係LUBUDS集團旗下,食物質素不嬲都有保證,價錢偏貴不過affordable!
