落雨濕濕,見很久也沒有來這裏食過,就再來試試。我們叫了一碗燒肉切雞飯和一碟乳豬叉燒飯。燒肉切雞飯- 燒肉幾入味,但就比較凍;切雞有點點雞味,肉質都算幾好。乳豬叉燒飯- 乳豬外皮幾脆,但就過,肉質就比較一般;叉燒幾入味,但就唔夠肥,肉質比較韌,飯過多水,令部份飯腍在一起,口感麻麻。一早已聽說,這裏的燒臘比以前變差了,不能保持當年的水準,實在太過可惜了。環境都算幾差,地下又滑,外賣會比較好點。

之後再買過2次, 一次拎到入上水, 所以淋左我唔怪佢。第2次即買即食, d皮太鹹, 同埋冇乜幾舊有皮!但整體而言, 肉尚算多汁。仍是好吃的。誠徵外賣唔淋之法。

落旺角探朋友的班,原本兩個人想去飲咖啡,行過這裡見有燒豬剛燒起,幾靚,就買兩條骨送啤酒。兩個人就在店內即吃,燒肉還是微暖的。這裡的豬肉潔白,是新鮮豬肉,皮是芝麻皮,卜卜脆,聽聞還是用炭燒遂隻燒,在香港而言都算難得,難怪這麼多人排隊買。燒肉80蚊一斤,燒腩就90蚊,幾貴,不過佢好食,都要番咁上下價錢。題外話:見下面的食評,說燒肉內找到不潔的東西,看樣子是那些搭來的頭頭尾尾,多數不會潔淨到那裡,所以買燒肉,我多不要那些東西,寧願吃少一點。

今年年廿九食團年飯, 姨姨話lee 到d 燒肉好食, 就三人行由尖沙咀買完雞, 再搭地鐵到太子行過來, 來到已有一條長龍排緊, 期間條長龍一度無郁過, 結果等左大約9個字, 差不多到我們時條長龍又停左, 原來係無o西燒肉, 要等另一隻新既豬, 又等多十幾分鐘, 終於出來喇!!我地買左兩斤燒腩骨, 合共好似係$180, 因燒腩骨係比燒肉貴, 我們上的士即刻開盒, 每人都拿來食, 真係好香炭燒燒肉味, 熱辣辣, 脆卜卜, 雖然肥, 但好好味。連我個揀飲擇食的小弟弟都話好味道!!回到家, 皮已不再脆卜卜了, 亦看到骨多過肉, 計埋我地三人在的士上偷食的, 燒肉量真的不多, 還被爸爸話唔抵呢! 噢!但這次的燒肉(在的士上偷食的那兩三件)是我食過最好味的燒肉啊!!雖然冷了既燒肉不再皮脆, d肉亦實左, 但都很有味, 都不太差呀!!

好耐無食過, 男友決定斬料做餸 . 買左1條骨燒肉+ 1/2 斤X 燒. 嘩! 非常失望, 而且無下次. 小弟今年40有兩,但都從來冇食過咁好味的乳豬。比起酒樓的乳豬, 好未十倍。一層脆口的乳豬皮+ 一層薄薄的肥膏, 最下面還有一層燒到好似叉燒的甜肉,非常美味可口。比起燒肉更好吃。這裡的侍應全是上年紀的阿伯, 做開街坊生意, 最搞笑的係, 由我坐底、落單、上菜、到埋單都冇出過一句聲, 難道在冇聲抗議~?

睇見佢地止跌回升, 我也很高興, 希望有日能夠回復返1987年的水準.

今日又去太子,突然想吃燒肉就走黎呢度。好細個時同老豆黎過,好有童年回憶;呢度應該裝修過,企理過以前但都係一般燒臘店一樣---地下幾扇。食左燒肉叉燒飯+例湯。燒肉脆卜卜唔太肥,叉燒都幾靚但又唔係太入味咁,最正係d黑媽媽豉油! 搞到非洲飯咁,正!!例湯永遠係菜乾豬肺湯!!味道同以前一樣,呢間既例湯好似味道特別香,唔知點解?? 食完呢餐飯都幾有感觸,食物同以前一樣,只係食野呢個人已經唔係以前既細路女,好懷念以前既燒腸,唔知而家邊度仲會有??

Too much ingredients will spoil the orginal taste of the Roast porks ............. and these people knows whats "Right to do". Although it's a little expensive compare to others , but it really worth a try......... a simple Roast Pork Rice.
