原本我和屋企人想去志記海鮮飯店吃晚飯,但是沒有位。我們中途行過永合隆飯店見到很多人排緊隊,原來細看之下發現之店最出名炭燒燒肉的,於是我便立刻排隊,原來此店的燒肉平均要成80元一斤的,我當日一口氣買了三條燒肉骨和20元半肥瘦的叉燒,全部承惠 $220,這是我人生第一次買了那麼貴的燒肉。我和屋企人立刻去附近的石岐佬開餐。燒肉皮脆,肉吃入口便知道是新鮮貨色,不是雪藏貨色,而味道沒有很咸的情況出現。因為有些燒肉的味道是很咸的,而該店的燒肉吃時還是熱騰騰的,真是貴得有道理。

那天同一位舊同事來這裏食午飯, 選擇來這裏最主要係要來試試這裏出名的炭燒燒肉, 而我那個舊同事其實係不知情, 只係為左食餐飯.

環境方面, 可能間鋪比較細, 加上中午比較多人, 所以坐在這裏吃午飯的話會有點兒擠迫的. 如果可能的話, 我覺得到這裏叫外賣會公司食的話, 會比較舒適一點.

我地叫了兩碟飯:
1. 叉燒燒肉飯
2. 燒餓燒肉飯

在賣相和份量方面, 我覺得都不錯, 有很多餸, 但係如果可以多D飯就更好.

在味道方面, 我覺得個叉燒同燒肉都好味的. 個燒肉一啖食落去, 我就食到佢那種炭燒的味道. 總體來說, 這裏的燒味飯, 比起一般十五, ,六蚊的燒味飯和快餐店的燒味飯好味一些, 但未至於十分好食.

而我那個同事, 則覺得這裏的燒味飯只是一般, 而且佢覺得很貴.

說到價錢方面, 在旺角來說, 都不是便宜的. 因為一個雙併燒味飯都要成$32元, 但係沒有飲品或例湯送的, 全部都要另叫.

中午一個人食飯,老遠由沙田到旺角去幫趁好矛盾面對永合隆食我燒肉拼燒飯。因為佢燒肉非常之好食。但地方就污糟到不得了,尤其是後巷燒爐附近,如果大家幫趁要唔影嚮胃口,就唔好走去後門啦。佢亦就咁將匙羹同筷子放幾污糟面,同埋曾經好幾次發現匙羹上有飯粒,所以伙記比杯茶,只好用洗匙羹同筷子。如果唔叫例湯或者飲品,咁就要乾骾啦。我食燒肉飯要拼埋燒,因為試過多次剩叫燒肉飯,發覺碟面上全頭尾同下欄搭夠,可以食都無幾件,故叫定拼燒買個保險,佢燒水準就差啦。

睇到有關呢度嘅劣評,有D surprise,係唔係真係水準差咗呢? 反正有一陣子冇嚟過,今日就來驗證一下...有時候覺得,嚟幫襯往往不為什麼炭燒火腩或化皮乳豬,目的只求一喝嗰碗無添加嘅菜乾豬肺湯...水準依舊,喝得極過癮...乳豬賣清光,就叫义燒。一時唔記得叫半肥瘦,師傅就切咗個全瘦嘅,食味大減。好在肉質算不俗,絕冇食柴皮feel,還可以;反而燒肉就差了點,皮頗韌,肉偏硬,係有點退步了...臨走前睇見金錢雞出爐,晶瑩欲滴,睇到流晒口水...還會再來,只為例湯...還有...金錢雞...

這間惡店,本來已發誓不再幫襯,它的可惡法請見在下以前的食評.想食好燒肉,就要委屈點,用農婦食友的方法,在柜面指定要腩的部份,待他用發泡膠盒裝好,付款後,才行入鋪內吃.這樣才可以得心應手,不用吃砧板面的頭頭尾尾食料.敬告各食友,這店專把外賣人客不要的頭頭尾尾燒肉供應碟頭飯的顧客,不想吃垃圾,千萬不可吃他的碟頭飯.

可能食懶屋村十幾蚊一盒燒味飯,原來太子區貴咁多,呢度一碗叉燒飯都要廿六蚊,灣仔再興食一碟雙拼燒連例湯都係廿五蚊,不過呢度講味道可以話同再興有得揮,叉燒偏瘦而且又淋,飯都算煮得好。但講其他野,地方真係好差,成間鋪都好多烏英仲要好大隻,我碗飯個碗仲要崩o左兩忽,廿六蚊黎其實真係唔多抵食......

係大記訂完糕之後,順便係永合隆外賣半斤燒腩($60),話就話係想孝敬下屋企既老人家,其實咪又係自己胃食。燒腩:皮是燒得香脆的芝麻皮,皮下肥肉厚薄適中,肥肉再下一層的瘦肉夠嫩滑,最底層的連軟骨瘦肉夠鬆化。四層的炭燒四層肉,可借真的吃不出什麼炭香。不過這已經是吃過最出色的燒肉之一了。連不嬲食野超高要求既公公都大讚永合隆既燒肉,需然貴是貴一點,但是我都覺得十分值得了。

So called..正宗炭火燒豬..but so what?

炭火, by itself, is not and should not be the winning card, people are not trying to 燒炭.
燒肉is always a multi-dimension thing..

Admittedly, 永合隆was good, but no longer. 燒肉and 叉燒were good.

Back 20 years ago, they used fresh pigs for 燒肉.
then they switched to ..probably because their business was too good and, even they used frozen pigs, people DID NOT NOTICE!!!~! GEEZ~!

To put it short, they don't use heart to make their stuff, people won't have heart to come back.

N.B. their 叉燒燒肉飯today wasn't impressive. Appeal dismissed.

工作順利,可以提早收工,主人與奴隸獸決定晚飯斬料加。途經『永合隆』,見到有我們期待已久的金錢雞,可惜只剩少量,給我們全數購買(HK$20)。燒味師傅告訴我們,他們是用瘦肉疊著豬用蜜汁串燒。每天只燒一串,賣完就算。怪不得我們經常買唔到喇!叉燒肉質爽滑,煙韌有咬口,口感好似豬頸肉,加上肉邊燒得地,好惹味。豬雖然結實,但有質感,不黏喉,味道甘香。我們一邊津津有味地食著金錢雞,一邊津津樂道另一種食物–金銀。

今天是中秋節,家裏一早己造了節,是以各散東西,兩點半來到,只見買外賣的人龍有十人八人但店裏郤只有兩三個客.入店裏時差點給地上的油水滑倒,幸好己有心理準備,步步為營,小心坐下之後,叫燒肉乳豬飯,阿姐泠然說沒有乳豬,於是改叫燒肉雞飯,阿姐把單拋下,發覺已加價兩元至32元一碟.五分鐘有得吃,燒肉一定是用火燒的,因為又焦又黑又咸,又沒有肉汁,雞是隨便在坫板面撿的,因為件件都是不同部位; 有雞胸,腿,和不知名的位置.這樣的店,這樣的服務,這樣的食物.我以後都不會再幫襯.

下午2:30一踏進店內, 差點滑倒, 不知是否地面太油.一坐下, 漂白水味擁鼻而來, 也許是剛洗完地吧想叫乳豬, 已賣完. 算了, 不是它的錯.轉叫叉燒燒肉飯(碟).也許已被寵壞了, 期望能送上一條菜心也沒有.叉燒沒有指明半肥瘦, 來了全瘦叉, 一點蜜汁也沒有, 很乾, 趙到牙骹軟.燒肉, 皮不脆, 很韌, 太鹹, 竟也咬不開.目睹一名顧客更有趣, 叫例湯, 已賣完, 一言不發就走了. 難道這店就只有乳豬和例湯能下得肚?以這種普通得不能再普通的叉燒和燒肉, 即使有再多明星光顧也不能叫我再回頭.

尋日同女友兩個食lunch, 本來諗住去和花亭食壽司, 點知都係食同佢試下d新野先, 於是乎咪黎左呢度啦! 呢度燒肉已經係相當馳名, 所以去到門口都幾驚佢冇晒架, 知道有先入去坐! 其實師傅我都係第一次黎呢度坐底食飯, 之前都淨係試過下佢地d燒肉咋! 坐底就二話不說叫左一碟叉燒飯同埋一碟燒肉飯, 叉燒飯首先奉上, 跟住燒肉飯都到, 由於都幾遲下先食lunch, 所以師傅非常肚餓, 等都唔等立即食左啖飯先, 嘩! d飯都真係幾唔得架, 好鬼死濕, 落左好多水下好黏口, 要扣分啦; 叉燒份量都算多, 不過賣相唔靚唔吸引, 而且叉燒比較乾身, 冇用蜜汁黎燒不過都幾鬆下, 可以接受啦; 至於燒肉就真係好得呀, 燒肉皮脆肉鬆, 半肥瘦就咁食又得, 送飯食又得, 真係好得, 一流呀!總括黎講呢度燒肉真係一流架,叉燒就一般啦, 如果兩者要比較的話, 燒肉暫勝一回; 其他就唔敢講住, 不過據聞乳豬都唔差架, 有機會都會再黎試下, 但係d飯真係有待改善! 環境就唔算好架喇, 個地都幾滑下, 好易跌到架, 真係要好小心! 廿幾蚊碟飯又唔算特別抵食, 一般啦! 個笑面係比d燒肉!

其實師傅我都係第一次黎呢度坐底食飯, 之前都淨係試過下佢地d燒肉咋! 坐底就二話不說叫左一碟叉燒飯同埋一碟燒肉飯, 叉燒飯首先奉上, 跟住燒肉飯都到, 由於都幾遲下先食lunch, 所以師傅非常肚餓, 等都唔等立即食左啖飯先, 嘩! d飯都真係幾唔得架, 好鬼死濕, 落左好多水下好黏口, 要扣分啦; 叉燒份量都算多, 不過賣相唔靚唔吸引, 而且叉燒比較乾身, 冇用蜜汁黎燒不過都幾鬆下, 可以接受啦; 至於燒肉就真係好得呀, 燒肉皮脆肉鬆, 半肥瘦就咁食又得, 送飯食又得, 真係好得, 一流呀!

總括黎講呢度燒肉真係一流架,叉燒就一般啦, 如果兩者要比較的話, 燒肉暫勝一回; 其他就唔敢講住, 不過據聞乳豬都唔差架, 有機會都會再黎試下, 但係d飯真係有待改善!

環境就唔算好架喇, 個地都幾滑下, 好易跌到架, 真係要好小心! 廿幾蚊碟飯又唔算特別抵食, 一般啦! 個笑面係比d燒肉!
