One of our colleagues made a booking for this poplar restaurant. The restaurant is situated on a slope inside an old Chinese style building. We had to walk three levels、take off our shoes and walk into a tatami room. The whole restaurant is decorated with Chinese motif with a modern twist. The whole restaurant is decorated with Chinese motif with a modern twist. It is pretty chic and comfortable.

We all ordered a lunch set at HK$108 with Beef x 4 pieces, Chicken x 4 pieces, Pork x 4 pieces, sliced Green Pepper x 1, 1/2 a piece of sweet corn and 1 piece of Chinese mushroom. The set also came with a salad and a bowl of miso soup. The miso soup was with tofu and some onions. A bowl of rice and a small dessert, apple vinegar sherbet .

Two coal stoves were provided to nine of us; which I have to say was not quite sufficient. Not enough space for everyone.

Having said that, the chicken was really tender. The pork was fine but a bit thin. Make sure you use their specially prepared yakiniku sauce. . It's excellent with everything.
I didn't try the beef (I changed it to pork). But my colleagues seemed happy with it.

Friendly service despite demanding customers.


Although a bit pricy in view of the relatively small portion of the set (compared to Iroha), I realize part of the price was for the decor. Nevertheless, a pretty good experience. Should be a cool place for dinner as well. Definitely presentable.

BUT the DVD was on shuffle mode I guess keep skipping to random scenes which is a bit weird. The service - good, they are very fast. They occasionally would miss a drink but probably because they were very busy. Usually after we let the waiter know, he would bring it right away so it's OK. They offered to help us grill, so this waitress just helped us grill everything, that was VERY nice service!

The food - excellent. I don't eat beef so I can't comment, but my friends seem to like it a lot. My favorite dishes were the Butter Chicken Thigh, Sweet Potato with Cheese, Chicken Soft Bone.
Butter Chicken Thigh was grilled to perfection w/ the skin almost disappeared, then dipped into melted butter.
Sweet Potato with Cheese was wrapped into an alluminum foil and grill. When done, the waitress would open up, stir it, then give us each a big spoon full. It's very cheesy with a bit of sweet potato, very yummy!
Chicken Soft Bone not what I expected, I thought it's just grilled soft bone maybe we some sauce marinate. But to my surprise it's marinated in garlic, so when you eat it, you can taste the bits of garlic flavor in the soft bone.

Other food we ordered that's also quite nice: Soba Noodle with Sesame Sauce and Pork Belly.

I normally do not write any food critic, but I have to post this on the web. The service of this restaurant is far from being acceptable. This male waiter had very poor attitude. I ordered a fruit juice and asked for ice to be served separately so that I could adjust the temperature of the drink myself. And it ended up the juice was only 1/3 of the small glass. Also, for a number of times, I tried to ask this waiter to take our order and he simply YELL back "OK" with a very reluctant tone.

就是以上幾款,不算太多,但可能全是肉的關係,也挺飽的,不再追加了。服務方面,個人認為是太好了,反而吃得很不自然。凡是都是適可而止。

打去訂枱時,店員都好有禮貌說地下full咗,建議坐樓上bar始。天台亦有位,但因天氣太熱同埋D野食要係樓下燒完先拎上去。所以最後都係bar枱吧!

辣味噌魷魚 : 夠辣,好香口,唔會燒得太乾!

飯團 : 不過不失!可以加D醬汁去燒食更香!

雜菜盆 : 有粟米、青椒和大雞脾菰, 食咗咁多肉都要食少少蔬菜消化一下!

唯一美中不足嘅係泠氣同抽風不夠,食到出汗又成陣燒味。

作為食客,食物重要之餘服務都好重要。當知道叫五個餐都俾一人一份前菜一碗湯個刻真係好BUY佢,不過之後既一切都係一場鬧劇。算,發洩完畢。多謝觀賞。

點解話佢係山寨店﹖ GOOGLE下或者去過台北既朋友都會知……引用某個BLOG︰「我們也被山寨了。」再睇下佢個LOGO同手上張績分卡的LOGO...........明白了。難怪會俾人話張卡係假既。

PS 其實我地都無可能換番張卡,佢根本無俾番張正單我地……哈哈哈……可能張單未「山寨」到!

& 1 green bellpeppers (if you like everything spicy, don't waste the sauce; dip the vegetables into it 1st before grill

and a few more.

For drinks it was soju for my friend and 2 beer for me. (I preferred soju served in Teapot!)

It was a good switch to this place, it's cosy, private, person room for 4people to 6people w/ TV and very down to earth services.

Will definately come back.

服務:一流,真係冇野可以挑剔。爆哂燈。

1) 我地七個人其中三個身形比較大件,所以被安排到四人tatami枱時有少少微言(其實多過少少既,hehe…)。可能見我地未齊人都坐得真係有D困難,老板就好客氣,幫我地安排調去最大嗰張有兩個爐既八人枱到,真係好感動。我地調枱期間重幫我地搬哂所有野,包括我地d鞋。
2) 落單既時候好仔細介紹所有食物,有問別答,有求必應。
3) 因為我地好驚食物一窩蜂咁黎,所以千叮萬囑要慢慢上。佢完全做到我地既要求。張枱唔會好似韓式燒烤咁堆積如山。
4) 我地燒野食期間到咁上下佢會自動幫我地換網,保持網既温度同乾淨度,有時重會幫我地燒埋。

5) 我地飲酒既速度係幾驚人既,所以經常要加酒,換水,換冰。因為佢人手夠,所以絕對冇問題。我地唔洗叫,佢都會不時幫我地換埋碟。唔讚唔得。
6) 我地走既時候除左帶我地周圍參觀,重叫我地小心慢行,驚我地滑倒。佢地發自內心既誠懇同細心真係想加多佢幾分。好少見到後生仔女咁有禮貌,咁有耐性,同咁好笑容。


衛生:
1) 好乾淨企理。淨係睇佢成日換碟,換網都感覺到佢對衛生既要求高。
2) 佢選擇唔用餐巾係正確既,因為會好難清潔。佢擺放左兩盒紙巾比客人自己攞。紙巾好細張,而且係任用,我個人覺得比較唔環保,因為有好多人會好浪費。佢可以選擇用韓式既紙口水肩加一人一張大紙巾,其實都好方便。

味道:基本上滿分。
 和風salad:菜夠新鮮。個秘汁好醒胃,食得出佢有芝麻味,醋味,重帶少少辣,好正。必吃推介一。

 枝豆:$25。第一次食用其他調味料煮過既枝豆,食落都幾特別。枝豆本身甜,佢用黑椒炒過,好有鑊氣,味道唔錯,不妨叫一碟黎送下酒。必吃推介二。

  葫同特製既帶子蟹膏刺身:$78/兩件。openrice 既食評們真係冇介紹錯
。帶子好嫩滑好鮮甜,中間夾左好濃味既北海道蟹膏同wasabi,簡直係絕配,正到難以置信。(如果唔受得wasabi可以落單時叫佢唔好落。)必吃推介三。

不同燒物有不同醃料比大家選擇:椒鹽,燒烤醬,味噌醬(miso),蒜蓉。落單時老板已提醒味噌醬同蒜味兩款味道比較濃,所以如果客人怕,佢地係可以輕手d去醃。叫完餸,每人會有碟新鮮既青檸汁比大家點d燒物。枱上亦有BBQ汁比大家自己倒黎用。

 厚切醬燒牛舌:$238/碟,每碟約十一塊。因為有心黎試葫同,所以打黎訂位既時候已經問定有咩食物要預訂,其中一樣係厚切醬燒牛舌。牛舌一早幫我地切好,一口一粒,肉質爽,BBQ味醃得咸甜適中。必吃推介四。

 “逹拉斯”: $198/碟,每碟六塊。葫同特式牛扒,同厚切牛舌一樣要預訂。黎既時候已經幫我地切好,每份只有六塊。見到d肉咁靚咁marble都已經好滿意。咬落口發覺肉味濃且鮮甜,肉身嫩滑鬆軟多汁,爽呀。BBQ醃料唔會蓋過肉味,做得非常好。因各人口味不同,燒到幾熟自己控制,我自己就比較喜歡生D,個皮熟我就食,mmm… 好食到暈。必吃推介五。

 一口雞翼:$48/碟,每碟約十一件。好少見食市既雞翼係咁少毛既,真係好意外(肯花時間去毛係另一個為衛生架分既原因),讚。皮光肉滑,好嫩口。個味道甜甜地又唔會太熱氣,而且容易煮到熟,所有女士都要encore。必吃推介六。

 牛油去骨雞腿:$58碟。哥哥仔好細心地講解特別既燒法。先燒雞肉到六七成,跟住再溶左個錫紙dou既牛油黎煮到雞肉十成就食得(雞肉唔可以好似牛肉咁生生地就食)。雖然咁煮法會肥d,不過真係好香。個肉身同雞翼一樣咁嫩,不過佢地醃料唔同,連燒法都咁多種,真係帶比你不一樣既享受。必吃推介七。

 鹽葱牛舌:$68/碟,每碟六塊。依個牛舌同厚切嗰個完全唔同食法。哥哥仔嘗試教我地煮,不過佢見我地個樣比較迷茫,所以提議幫我地燒。原來我地可以用陰力慢慢拉塊舖滿鹽葱芝麻既牛舌放喺塊網到燒。因為牛舌好薄,所以燒一邊就好快熟,認真皮薄餡靚。平時喺其他餐廳食薄燒牛肉卷d牛肉會好老同過熟,個餡又黐牙。葫同個鹽葱牛舌完全冇依d問題,牛舌本身好靚好薄,所以唔刃,好夠葱而且鹽既份量又唔會太咸所以好啱我地口味。必吃推介八。

 燒烤醬牛五花:$78/碟。顏色肉紋都好靚。薄薄既牛五花唔需要燒太耐,不過每個人口味唔同,爸爸話煮耐d熱d重好食wor。我地所有人都覺得咬落口好軟熟,肉味濃郁且好juicy,所以又encore。必吃推介九。

 味噌醬豬臉頰(面豬登):豬臉頰肉身好嫩,不過味噌醬太濃,所以覺得比較咸。(有少少後悔冇聽佢意見叫佢落少d味噌醬,下次再去食會叫佢少醬或用第二種醬。)如果喺落單時老板冇提果我地,個味道分係會因為依味餸而比我減分。


 蒜味上等豬五花:$68/碟。勁多蒜,成碟豬五花比蒜蓉覆蓋住,一路燒d蒜香撲埋鼻,正呀!不過大家如果唔係蒜頭既fans最好叫佢少蒜。豬五花本身冇牛五花咁多汁,不過一d 都唔乾,口感算軟熟,只不過採用蒜味就蓋過左本身既肉味。大家可以用椒鹽或燒烤醬試真d。

 法式羊小排:$78/兩件。個人唔係好食羊,因為怕蘇。同行叫黎食既人就話好夠肉味,有羊本身應有既蘇味wor,用黎醃既香草又唔會太多,好味。

 芝士蕃薯甜品:個人都唔係蕃薯愛好者,不過都覺得好特別。因為我地d炭都燒到七七八八,所以姐姐仔提議幫我地喺樓下燒埋。上到黎佢就幫我地打開個錫紙慢慢搞,然後用匙羹派比我地食。酸酸甜甜煙煙刃刃,第二到未必食到,必吃推介十。

色香味俱全之餘,最難得係五星級酒店好多時都比唔到你既優質服務,今餐食得真係好開心。

其他:
1) 開瓶費:不論大細,每枝$150。
2) 因為同行既人食完咁多肉想食返碗熱辣辣既麵,所以就問老板有冇,佢話下個星期開始先會有熱既烏冬,而家只係有冷麵食。

以前每次去親台灣都至少去胡同燒肉食一次~呢間野同台灣果間有冇關係就唔再講啦見之前都有人講左D野一樣~質素一樣就好了香港既葫同燒肉入面既店員好似台灣咁~個個都好有禮貌~會幫你燒埋~(當然自己鍾意玩可以自己燒因為我都係咁)有人話呢間係冒牌~冇台灣果間咁好~我自己就唔係咁認為雖然呢D既價錢比台灣店貴少少~但其實份量都多D~(例如鹽蔥牛舌~台灣有4塊~香港有6塊~)(例如鮮淮山台灣有6塊~香港有8塊~)所以咁計落其實都差唔多~台灣店我都食過幾次...今次黎本身都冇抱太大期望~但事實食哂成餐之後...論肉質今次係香港食~反而係我食過咁多次最好食既一次自己係個好大食既人~剩係自己都食多左3碟淮山1碟牛舌仲有2-3碟豬同牛~今次6個人食左1800$~每人300嗌左好多野飽哂HAHA滿足

有人話呢間係冒牌~冇台灣果間咁好~我自己就唔係咁認為

雖然呢D既價錢比台灣店貴少少~但其實份量都多D~(例如鹽蔥牛舌~台灣有4塊~香港有6塊~)(例如鮮淮山台灣有6塊~香港有8塊~)所以咁計落其實都差唔多~
台灣店我都食過幾次...今次黎本身都冇抱太大期望~
但事實食哂成餐之後...
論肉質今次係香港食~反而係我食過咁多次最好食既一次


自己係個好大食既人~剩係自己都食多左3碟淮山1碟牛舌仲有2-3碟豬同牛~
今次6個人食左1800$~每人300

灣仔聖佛蘭士街最近開了一家新的日本烤肉店。台灣朋友應該會想...這店的名字怎麼跟台灣的那家這樣像...

聽說店家最初跟台灣的胡同洽談在香港辦一家直資店,生意最後談不成...老闆還是決定自己在香港辦一家燒肉店!

西打覺得不論是食物種類,還是服務態度,葫同真的比甚麼盛八和和幸..好太多了。

葫同隱身在短短的聖佛蘭士街,還記得幾年前...西打在這街裏吃過一次重慶辣雞煲

在當天下午,店員便打了通電話問西打,如果安排一張八人桌,跟另外兩位食客分著座好嗎?西打覺得八人桌坐四人也不會太擠...

另外也問了店是用電爐還是炭爐,店員說在地下店面是用電爐,二樓和三樓是用炭爐。西打當然立時說要用炭爐,所以被安排到三樓的座位。

三樓總共有兩張四人桌,一張八人桌。是那種要脫鞋子的座位。

八人桌很寬敞,西打兩人和另外兩位食客分座桌的兩邊,路人甲還可以在座位走來走去....本來是對著座,店員那到路人甲走來走去,就主動提出說替她把座位移到西打的旁邊...

看到餐牌西打就覺得很不錯,價位比一般的燒肉店便宜有兩到三成,口味也很多。

特色帶子(干貝)刺身 HK$78

店員在跟西打討論要點甚麼時,便問了路人甲要不要吃這個帶子刺身,路人甲便問有甚麼特別。店員還沒有解釋,西打便說是帶子刺身中間再包著蟹膏呢。

店員問西打:之前有來這裏吃過嗎?

當然沒有啦...西打吃每家店之前都會好好研究有甚麼是必吃的!哈哈哈哈!
賣相雖然有點醜,但卻是超級好吃。很豪邁的整顆送入,軟滑鮮美的帶子本身已經十分吸引人,再加上中間藏著千萬噸鮮美的蟹膏,真的是鮮上加鮮。在口中嘴嚼時,西打真的很不捨得吞下去!

這時候,之前點了的食材一一的端到桌上。店員看到西打拍照便不打擾西打,還細心的問西打大概會拍多久,因為要等拍好照後才放鐵網在炭爐上,不然燒太久,網會太熱,把牛舌黏住。

鹽蔥牛舌 HK$68
燒這種牛舌必需在網剛放上去不久便開始,因為其中一面放滿了蔥,只能單燒一面,如果網太熱,往往便會一面燒焦,不面還是生的。

烤得剛好的牛舌,還保持脆鮮嫰的脆度。入口除了牛舌獨有的香氣外,當然不少得調味過的鹽蔥的濃烈香氣,超級好吃。連不愛吃牛舌的路人甲也吃了幾片。

椒鹽牛五花 HK$78
味道卻很有驚喜呢!燒個五分熟,入口軟滑無比,雖然油香不算超級濃,下了麻油和鹽花作為調味,添上了不少香氣呢!不是上級的牛肉,也可以成為美味可口的佳餚,靠的就是巧手!真的是好吃的牛五花...

牛油去骨雞腿肉 HK$78
店員很細心的跟西打解釋燒法。先把雞腿肉放在爐邊慢火燒至金黃,再把牛油放到爐上烤至溶化,最後把雞肉醮上牛油便可以吃了。

雞腿肉是西打最愛的食材,肉質嫰滑不會老,帶雞油香又不會膩。雞肉已經調味,單吃不醮牛油已經很好吃,醮上牛油後,更加香口,這種配搭很不錯!

辣味味噌牛肋條 HK$78
口味比較重的一道菜。牛肋條脂肪較多,經過燒烤後,油脂都變得甘香無比!鹹香帶辣的辣味噌在口中越嚼越好吃,齒頰留香。

蒜味牛菲力(牛柳) HK$78
牛菲力肉質當然最嫰滑,燒久了一點也不會變柴。不過西打覺得蒜泥有點過多,口味有點過重,下次還是點椒鹽...這類簡單口味比較好。

椒鹽豬大腸 HK$78

想不到香港也會有這種超級吸引人的菜式
吃這種豬大腸最重要是有耐性的把整塊大腸都燒得脆脆。長時間的燒烤後,油脂都給迫了出來,外皮香脆,帶一點焦香。肥美的大腸中間卻還保持鮮嫰,當然不少得大腸獨有的香氣,愛吃大腸的朋友絕不能錯過。

看價錢好像還不錯便宜,但西打和路人甲可真的是吃到捧著肚子離開呢!而且如果西打不吃最初的帶子刺身,就會差不多便宜一百元!

葫同最讓西打欣賞是那種細心的服務態度,西打安排在三樓的位置,三桌食客有兩個服員,常常過來看西打燒食物的情況。西打燒了一次辣味噌牛肋條後,網都變得焦焦的,當西打在想要不要換網時,店員已經立時阻止西打繼續燒下去,要替西打先換網!

如果要挑缺點的話,西打會建議店家在前菜、甜點和飯類再加強一點。前菜,除了一般沙拉,可以加入泡菜作為開胃小吃。西打當然希望甜點可以加入台灣的燒麻糬,飯類也可以多幾款,西打整晚沒有吃到澱粉,雖然飽,但有點空虛。

最後離開時,店員帶著西打和路人甲下樓,不知是店員還是老闆的問西打會把照片放上facebook嗎?西打笑著答在放在openrice呢!
