Tasted Jacky Yu's "私房菜" before. We found that dishes are unique, ingredients are special, taste is outstanding. Outlook and presentation is modern.Learnt that he opened a restaurant at Wanchai. I am eager to try. Restaurant interior is stylist and mood of lighting is relaxing.We ordered a few dishes same as the ones in Jacky's "私房菜" which are:- 柚子沙律- 豬頸肉- 馬六甲西米Other dishes include:- 上湯溫室豆苗冬瓜- 湯飯- 黑白布丁(芝麻豆腐布丁)- 榴槤糯米<柚子沙律>Rich ingredients but the coconut inside is not fresh, pomelo is not

<柚子沙律>
Rich ingredients but the coconut inside is not fresh, pomelo is not well dashed, and cannot be mixed well. Taste is too mild because of the souces. Overall does not meet expectation.
<豬頸肉>
Over cooked, so make it too dry. Skin is over-burned.
<馬六甲西米>
This one is OK. Syrup is special, it is made from cane sugar.
<上湯溫室豆苗冬瓜>
This one is soso. No expectation and no special.
<湯飯>
This like a fusion dish. It has 油炸鬼, 紫菜, 柴魚, 肉碎, 上湯. 紫菜and soup do not match. Soup taste VERY salty.

<黑白布丁(芝麻豆腐布丁)>
Texture is not soft and smooth enough which is the fatal point of pudding.
<榴槤糯米>
This is recommeded, especially if you are into durian. Durian favour is strong enough. Anyway, if the sticky rice hotter is better.
The portion is a bit too small.
Considering what's we've got, i'll say it's overpriced. Not worth for money.
