在外面吃了那么多,霞飞会馆是第一个让我觉得超出预期,想夸夸它的餐厅。虽然一个人只点了小笼包,马兰头,水晶肴肉,醉猪手,荠菜鱼羹,没有什么大菜,但厨房风格也很明显。味道总体清淡,我喜欢!是空口也可以吃整盘那种清淡,但是不会觉得味道寡。水晶肴肉扎实,醉猪手酒味突出,不过马兰头有点甜了,大概上海馆子不放糖厨师觉得说不过去?十分的话给八分,环境也不错,是很几个盆友小聚,会再来

以會館的名字來代表一間餐廳,給人的感覺更有歷史感,也更有格調,而內進之後也是能夠給人這種感覺。地方寛大,而每枱之間的空間感也十分足夠,私隠度很高。食物質素也不錯。先來不可少的當然就是小籠包,表的厚薄適中,不怕太薄而容易弄破,又或太厚而失了口感。肉湯甜美可口,豬肉也很鮮味。很好。之後就來一碗擔擔麵,麵質不錯,微辣的湯底叫人吃得十分開胃。配上炸肉排更是惹味十足,很美味。

在此看到有那麼多好評,便選擇今日下午2:30 同媽媽2人到此吃午飯,一坐下就先來了一小碟前菜(我們說不要了),餐牌選擇少,價錢貴。最後我們叫了一個糖醋骨($138),一籠小籠包($60 x 4隻),及一碗蟹肉湯麵($98)。吃不夠半小時已經叫我們埋單。食物味道認真麻麻,只有小籠包比較像樣。埋單看到價錢也嚇了一跳。只是叫了三味餸要成$350。一看茶錢每位$18,實在超貴。味道如此普通,一點也不值。睇怕那碟前菜起碼收$30。實在中伏!

误打误撞来到了这个上海小馆。他的小笼包汁很多,肉很鲜,皮很薄。每笼四个,每一个都没有破。就因为太好吃一个不够,整整吃了两笼。 前菜我们吃了螺片。有点麻麻的味道。螺片是他们的冷盘这样的煮法第一次吃,但是吃完还想再吃。他的上海汤很正宗。每人一碗里面有豆腐结与咸肉。这是我吃过很美味的一家。他的菜不油也不咸,味道适中。他的服务态度也很好。碗与筷子都很干净。如果你有时间在附近的话值得一去。还有,今天我们12点去的,没有排队。

話說很久以前已經極恨吃霞飛會館,無他,老字號品牌,有信心。五道前菜都是經典肴肉、燻魚、拍青瓜等,味道很到:酸的夠酸、甜的夠甜,爽而不膩,即使有肉有菜,吃罷亦不會霸著胃的空間去品嚐主菜,單是前菜已顯不凡。小籠包真的有水準,皮有很多摺,薄得來不會一夾即穿,粒粒飽滿,湯汁更是味美,不可不吃。陳年花鵰蒸龍躉酒香盡滲龍躉肉裏,魚肉是滑的,好吃得不能言諭,極盡滋味。清清的火腿津白,為濃厚的肉食帶來一抹清新感覺。金華火腿跟津白是絕配,一剛一柔,互相輝映。甜品同樣精彩,豆沙鍋餅、紅豆沙、酒釀丸子等等都夠甜夠糯,教人回味不已。終於一償宿願,深感名不虛傳是也。

这里的服务都算亲切,不知是不是因为我们朋友之间聊的比较开心,吃饭速度有些慢,部长时不时的来劝我们多吃菜,也是十分的热情。

中環OT係一件好depressing 嘅事,好在咩嘢都有得食,靠著餵飽自己來減壓。不過選擇太多有時都幾煩惱。寒風之中,唔想諗太多,抬頭見到霞飛會館,於是就約朋友一齊食。好明顯嘅花雕味,雞皮與雞肉之間冇肥膏,且雞肉嫩滑,相當唔錯。 外皮煎得香脆,牛肉餡調味適中而且好多汁,不負“灌湯”之名。 皮薄,豬肉餡肥瘦適中,而且多汁。瑤柱蛋白炒菜飯,飯粒夠乾身,配合瑤柱蛋白嘅香味,清淡嘅感覺應該似港式多過上海菜,感覺比較健康。應該係因為用左菜飯,所以係上海菜?

今日同朋友一齊到餐廳慶生,一坐底已受到不太禮貌對待,中途加入兩位朋友,要求加椅子,但第一句回答便是"依張枱夠大,吾駛換枱喎,坐逼少少得啦"最重要係我地都無要求換,只要求加椅。內容吾算大問題,態度先係最重要,成晚周圍的侍應,部長等的態度都吾好。今成班朋友掃興。如果想開心食餐飯或朋友慶生,依個價錢有一萬個選擇,找吾到理由再來重有最細碟的津白。

The vegetarian wraps are covered with glossy sheets of crispy bean curd, but I assume more veggie fillings which only limited to mushroom, whereas the salted pork soup has well-cooked bamboo shoots and yuba knots that soak up the rich and flavorful broth, but it is too salty for my liking.
