前晚幾個朋友由加拿大飛返來指定話要食大閘蟹蟹膏,我食開呢間會館都唔錯。所以就同佢一齊試吓!首先要講下個蟹粉小籠包,非常足餡又多膏。另外叫咗個蟹粉扒豆苗~都好多蟹膏同蟹肉,豆苗又新鮮。最後個蟹粉砂鍋菜飯,蟹膏撈飯一留😋~總之一個字:正💯!

今日同同事食午市,呢度有啲午市套餐但我地覺得唔啱食所以散叫。首先前菜我非常欣賞啲花生,除左粒粒粗鹽仲係有紫菜架!蘿蔔酥。幾足料,好多蘿蔔絲。牛肉餡餅。一切開係爆汁,好有視覺效果。糖醋排骨。有咬口,酸甜可口。上海粗炒。炒得唔油膩非常難得。蟹皇炒飯。非常好,蟹肉幾多。火腿津白。唔會太奶,上面係風乾火腿,頓時有fusion感覺。每人仲叫左隻小籠包。皮都夠薄。點埋醋就perfect。呢度環境幾適合傾計,枱與枱隔得幾開。而且可以容納好多人。

相約友人在中環吃午餐,朋友公司剛在附近,佢話這間餐廳坐得幾舒服,咁就試下。裝修簡單不浮誇,坐得舒服。 兩個人點了招牌上海小籠包、萵筍炒肉絲和砂鍋雲吞雞。小籠包雖則不是皮薄,但也多汁好味; 萵筍炒肉絲亦炒得夠鑊氣,沒有萵筍的噏味; 砂鍋雲吞雞湯底濃味不油膩,雲吞亦恰到好處,雞肉還拆好骨上碟,非常窩心,肉質鮮嫩且滑,都好味。

今晚同屋企人食飯,星期五中環好多大酒家都滿座,難得呢到有位就試下啦!頭盤叫左雞絲粉皮同糖醋排骨,細細碟好開胃呀!上海野必食嘅松子魚($488),好大條桂魚,賣相好靚,大碟到五個大人都食唔晒!時令豆苗($188),豆苗略為老左少少,呢個價錢應該比豆杯客人食啦!灌湯牛肉餅,餐廳推介食品,小心燙口呀!入面牛肉汁好多,不過皮就厚左少少。小籠包我無份食,所以未能評論🤣之後叫左麵食,擔擔麵好辣,食得辣就會覺得好好味;另外青菜偎麵,老人家話湯底幾濃幾好味;至於銀絲卷,17個月大嘅女女食到停唔到口呀!

朋友話同我慶祝生日,但佢話近排熱氣,咁..... 我問翻佢想食咩,佢話想食上海菜,於是乎去咗中環霞飛食晚飯。霞飛都係第一次去,好,上去睇睇咩環境先。上到去,環境好有中國 feel,因為唔太嘈,唔錯,而且服務員態度好好,招呼唔錯。點咗個 set dinner, 費事煩。set dinner 有花雕醉雞,花雕蒸龍躉,雲吞雞,鮑魚,花膠,夾餅香肉,小籠包,蘿蔔酥餅。花雕雞同花雕龍躉花雕酒味重,兩款菜肉質都好滑,由於雲吞雞位置係雞胸,肉質當然唔夠滑。鮑魚同花膠個汁超濃郁超好味,單睇哩個汁已經知淆制心機不少,哩個汁已經可以送兩碗白飯,花膠炆到超冧,反而鮑魚唔夠冧,但仍可接受。小籠包失色少少,皮厚咗少少,蘿蔔酥口味比較粉,好熱,小心!點解落中環食飯?因為食完方便落老蘭慶祝生日囉!感恩有你陪我慶祝生日,感恩,謝謝!

大家都很不滿意啊餐牌上兩人餐係per person⋯⋯小籠包味道也不如南小館鼎泰豐 很一般 價格貴 環境還可以吧但真的不會再來了⋯要去的話樓下千兩一風堂吃一吃吧建議哈哈哈
