翻開餐牌,內裡圖文並茂,紅噹噹充滿著不同的辣椒菜式,由涼菜到小炒,水煮到主食,點心到甜品,都有著不少的選擇,讓人眼花繚亂,選擇困難症瞬間發作,筆者思考良久才能決定點上什麼菜式,可惜最終也犯上了眼闊肚窄的毛病,吃不下要打包回家收場。

紅油抄手,大大粒漲卜卜,皮薄滑溜,餡料鬆軟有肉汁,醬油的濃淡度亦剛好,抄手沾滿醬汁和蒜蓉,濃甜中帶微辣,但不會蓋過雲吞的原味,吃完那股淡淡的蒜辣味和肉香仍在縈繞在味蕾間,讓人慢慢的細味著,十分不錯。

孜然羊肉,薄薄的羊肉份量頗多,肉質炒得稍嫌較乾身,但仍不失肉汁,入口鬆軟沒有羶味;而孜然味不算太濃,配上大量的芫茜碎,兩種香味十分搭配,調味適中,鹹中帶甜,慢慢還會感到微微的辣,味道很有層次。

水煮牛肉,店員一端上來賣相已十分吸引,面頭一層亮麗的紅油伴上大大小小的辣椒乾,望落已尋到那股麻辣惹味,值得一提這店還加入了新鮮的辣椒,加強了鮮香辛辣,縱使如此其實辣度也不算太強,入口先是一陣紅油香和微微的辛辣,慢慢地花椒那股麻勁徐徐滲出,滿腔麻香甘甜,刺激過癮,牛肉厚切帶點嚼勁,入口肉質鬆軟,尚算嫩滑,唯肉味不太突出。其他配料還有萵筍、菇片、大豆芽和紅薯粉,吸滿了醬汁的精華後,味道麻辣鹹香中帶微酸,惹味刺激。

最後來一客豆沙窩餅作為結尾的甜品,一端上來熱辣辣,入口有點燙嘴,外脆內軟滑,紅豆蓉做得綿密順滑,甜度剛好,只是外皮略嫌有點韌不夠酥脆,不像預期中的口感,但其實仍算不錯,讓人也不自覺吃完一片又一片。

整頓辣宴的質素都很不錯,尤其是那道紅油抄手,肉餡鬆軟中帶肉汁,活像上海菜獅子頭一般的口感,筆者仍在回味至今。當中的味道雖不能說十分正宗,某程度上大廚應該是為了遷就港人的口味而減低了原本的濃烈,但其實反正也不理正宗不正宗,總之好味道就是王道吧。印象中一般的川菜店大都是裝修比較地道,通常也不會坐得很舒適,反觀此店環境舒服,枱與枱之間很有私人空間,環境亦算寧靜,加上店員招呼親切有禮,適合兩口子來撐撐枱腳,又或三五知己相約談天,大家如果下次來到灣仔辣癮起的話,不妨可以到來一試。

最近天氣凍,想食多啲辣野,係openrice揾左一陣,就決定食呢間湘蜀人家!!去到既時候係11點50分 附近既office食晏大軍尚未殺到坐低見到裝修都幾有風味連隻碗都有面譜公仔做裝飾睇完menu之後揀左口水雞餐(88HKD)個餐跟飯 連埋一杯飲品侍應冇問我幾多辣喔!搞到我有啲期待 會唔會好辣辣味夠重 而又夠香係真係辣架~而啲雞件又滑又夠雞味廚師應該有將啲雞件起左好多骨省卻好多功夫去整走啲雞骨有啲驚喜~埋單連加一係97HKD食lunch黎講有啲少貴 但真係好食我會再黎食既!

呢間我覺得服務唔錯, 店員ok nice, 但係野食係偏辣, 食到辣先好叫辣野食, 如果唔係叫佢少d辣應該ok無謂食到胃痛啦.擔擔麵本身都係得花生醬為主, 呢到既擔擔麵其實都係偏辣, 但係辣得黎我就接受到唔會食唔到先啦, 麵身比較軟身, 麵都幾吸得d湯, 食落味道幾濃幾好食!水煮牛, 都係驚人地大碗, 仲要都ok辣, 同一般d水煮牛既材料我覺得分別不太大, 底部都係有d粉絲, 牛肉量都算多, 比其他水煮牛黎講我覺得比較辣, 基本上食完我要係咁飲茶, 我食辣程度係正常啦~ 又唔係話特別好食得辣,自己衡量啦. 成碗就好大碗基本都一定飽嫁啦如果食晒, 所以注意份量. 辣得黎呢間味道唔錯, 所以佢既辣又香又好味, 所以印象都幾深, 我覺得辣係咁飲茶但又好想食~

聽到好友介紹灣仔湘蜀人家好正宗,即刻急不急待去試下,見門口都幾多大排隊而且裝修富地方氣彩,餐具精美,已經加左分。食得湘川菜,點可以少左水煮魚,而且係桂花魚,一上台見到紅噹噹一片辣椒海。由新鮮辣椒即炸加花椒,所以辣味十足。桂花魚冇骨之餘,簡直係嫩滑鮮甜無比,辣之外仲有少少麻既感覺,但又唔會搶左魚鮮,相輔相成,欲罷不能。配菜有菇,毛豆粒同薯粉等,吸盡辣味同魚鮮,正到飛天。賽螃蟹同樣出色,得魚肉同蛋白,竟然鮮到有如蟹肉般,魚肉同蛋白火候掌握岩好,所以好滑嘟嘟,加上少許醋吊味,更突出其鮮,依家好少鋪頭做到甘正宗既賽螃蟹。全人手製作既染糧窩窩頭點可以錯過,附上一小碗仔青椒肉碎,窩窩頭下面有個凹位,方便放肉粒,設計好貼心。窩窩頭好鬆化,又有彈性,而且健康。湘蜀炒飯,飯粒分明,竟然有蝦,帶子,肉,蛋同毛豆粒,好富貴既感覺。鑊氣足,所以好香,忍唔住食晒成碟。
