今日去咗海港城買太陽眼鏡,順便喺埋海港城食,行到過嚟呢一邊近海,有兩間餐廳,我們選擇了食片皮鴨。我們兩個人叫咗半隻鴨,但是其實都很大份,吃不完。最喜歡這裏的特色是有三部曲,分別是鴨皮,鴨肉,和傳統片皮鴨。配上藍莓醬,爆炸糖,山楂,可以解去油膩感覺,亦都甜甜地,另一種食法,是這裏獨有的。叉燒王一定要叫,因為入口即溶,但又不會全部是肥膏,煙燻嘅味道令到叉燒旁邊少少脆口,配上蜜糖,仲有芥末醬,真的是上等叉燒。三色蒜泥白肉少少辣,但是因為有配合蔬菜絲,鮮咗成碟都非常之清新,以蔬菜為主,蒜蓉整得非常香。秋葵整得非常之入味,就算平時怕食秋葵的潺潺感覺,這間餐廳亦能夠去除,反而令秋葵更加脆口,更加朔盡醬汁。黃扒魚肚湯底非常入味,大大隻魚肚,飲完暖笠笠。小肉餅是手工菜,食落有啲似上海鍋貼,入面有肉,出面就輕輕煎過。仲有上海醋配合,不會覺得很油膩。紅棗桃膠非常之補身,糖水帶有香濃的薑汁味,熱辣辣上枱。

我地叫左半隻羲和烤鴨,有師傅即刻係面前切,傳來陣陣烤鴨香味,仲會介紹唔同部份有唔同食法!

鴨胸皮本身已經夠香脆,再配上藍莓醬,再加上爆炸糖,口感好fresh, 而且好特別!

至於鴨胸肉皮脆內嫩,就咁配芥末醬已經好好食,入口酸中帶甜!

鴨腿肉配上包薄餅,加入青瓜條,京蔥絲同埋甜麵醬已經好好食!

另外仲有種食法係配上包薄餅,加入山楂條,紫洋蔥同埋藍莓醬,好fresh好醒胃。

來到尖沙咀海港城當然要食望到海的餐廳,今次中午和朋友選擇了吃中菜羲和雅苑,因為大家很久沒有吃片皮鴨了羲和雅苑最馳名的片皮鴨當然一定要吃 $268/半隻這裏的片皮鴨半隻的份量已足夠二人吃,鴨的皮處理後變得非常香口鬆脆,而且肥瘦適中,肉質非常柔軟,配上羲和雅苑獨有的爆炸糖吃別有一番風味。另外點了一份點心拼盤 $188這個點心拼盤非常特別,其中包括有黑松露煙燻鵝肝,冰鎮鮑魚,海蜇花等等其中本人覺得最特別的是海蜇花,口感是脆脆的之餘又帶點甜辣味,十分特別點心拼盤的份量也不算少這裏的風景真的非常好,可以望到尖沙咀的海,而且環境非常舒適,非常適合一班朋友來聚會。

之前去過覺得好正. 今次再同媽咪去食午餐, 一鴨三食保持一貫高質, 點心多寶格夠晒精緻又好味, 尤其嗰個海蜇花, 一流😋!!! 要讚一讚個廚師團隊, 整得好好味. 餐廳好好, 比咗個海景位我地坐, 望住個靚境食飯, 兩個人食到好飽好滿足. 職員們服務態度優良, 不停幫我地加茶, 尤其服務員"華女", 好貼心好細心, 教我地點食嗰個壽桃甜品, 又同我地換蠟燭保持D茶夠熱, 又同我地傾下偈, 媽咪好開心. 好多謝佢😍. 今次埋單兩人食咗5百幾, 每人都係二百零蚊左右, 期待下次再去食~
