黎緊母親節,諗住食返餐好少少,今日黎到尖沙咀海港城既羲和雅苑,知道呢度既片皮鴨都幾出名,就點左1份試試。店員響上鴨時,特別為客人介紹佢地片皮鴨既3種糅合左傳統同新派既食法,分別是鴨胸皮蘸藍莓醬同爆炸糖,微酸中帶甜有咬口,第2種食法是鴨胸肉蘸藍黃芥末醬,我覺得個醬搶左鴨本身個味,第3個食法是食鴨腿肉,建議包薄餅,夾住京蔥絲,青瓜絲,甜醬或薄餅,夾住山楂條,紫洋蔥,藍梅醬,我比較鍾意係爆炸糖同夾山楂條,食到配菜味道同時,亦食到鴨本身既原味,肉質鮮嫩多汁,好味。總括而言,羲和雅苑係一間位置好,店內外風景優美嘅餐廳。佢哋服務都好專業。

除咗室內嘅用餐位置之外,室外亦都有望到維港嘅用餐位置,相信遲啲天氣冇咁熱嘅話,食飯嘅氣氛亦都會相當之好!

一份四件,每件蓮藕餅都很厚身,入口時肉汁爆發,且加入馬蹄粒在蓮藕餅中,口感更爽脆;
可惜略嫌肉香味不算突出,而且黑醋也非我喜好,因此未能細品蘸上黑醋後是否更提鮮。
