第一次食新榮記,聽講好難book,今次係有朋友邀請先食到。果然真係有驚喜,完全值得米芝蓮一星每道菜都好食,而且出面冇乜點食過,幾有新意,食中菜食到悶的話,絕對要試吓新榮記,係食海鮮為主。成個menu第一次食的話都會覺得幾新鮮,個人十分滿意。環境同服務都好好。食完一次我已經好想再返去食第二次😂必食菜式推介:冰醉六月黃酒味好香、每一啖都好正又甜,但唔會太漏👍🏼魚子醬腐皮黃魚春卷好酥脆,肉質實淨,食落唔會太油膩。蟹粉花膠扒最晚最正,花膠係炸左然後淋蟹粉。要即刻食!花膠好淋,外脆肉軟。沙蒜豆麵食到後面,味道比較濃,都有驚喜👍🏼佢地嘅名菜之一,好多人推介。紅糖糍粑好好食,又係有少少脆。個人覺得佢比冰粉好食,冰粉太甜。

中午來到享負盛名的米其林餐廳 - 新榮記,訂了一廂房與朋友共聚午餐。餐前小菜除了兩款魚乾和香口花生,還有香甜蜜瓜,在炎炎夏日先打開各人的味蕾。30年花雕酒泡製的“六月黃”,蟹膏的香加上老酒的甜,果然是餐廳的名菜。豆乾很嫩,韭菜和筍絲很爽口,口味比較像南方的炒法。黃金脆帶魚為餐廳另一名菜,炸得香口但入口鬆化,魚肉保持鮮嫩,十分驚艷。乳鴿肉質香嫩多汁,不想浪費一滴肉汁和油脂從指尖流走。天麻魚湯的藥材味濃郁,一口落肚感覺滋補全身。蛤蜊不會太老,蘿蔔令湯頭非常清甜。鯧魚鮮嫩,微辣的湯汁進一步刺激味蕾。甜品杏仁茶的杏仁味比一般餐廳的濃郁,為午餐畫上完美句號。

Definitely worth the calories! The portion was so big🙈 I couldn’t stop myself from getting another bowl even though I was so full already haha. I like the bits of Chinese sausage on top of the rice.

💫 Roasted Peking Duck with traditional condiments (8/10)
Pre-ordered this and didn’t disappoint. I love that delicate peking duck skin dipped in white sugar. It melts in your mouth🤤 But other than this part of the duck, the skin wasn’t as crispy as I imagined.

💫 Braised Sea Anemone with Sweet Potato Noodles $368 (8/10)
The noodles…a bit too salty for me. The texture was alright and I still find it okay~

至於服務其實都貼心
我地有自備左酒黎
有兩支香檳仲有一支紅酒後來朋友再追加一支甜酒
換杯開酒等安排都算順利
見到酒櫃都有不少名酒呢
應該是有受過不錯的訓練吧

是夜吃了七千多吧
以這個菜單這個水準也很滿意了

名字充滿着詩意的望潮,學名短蛸,是浙江一帶著名的海鮮。望潮雖然是章魚(八爪魚)的一種,但比較袖珍大約只有雞蛋大小,肉質脆嫩彈牙,價錢也比章魚貴上數倍。

📍新榮記______疫情肆虐,本應去年11月的新榮記訂位已改期數次,再光顧之日遙遙無期🥲圖為招牌沙蒜燒豆麵,沙蒜屬於海葵的一種,外表呈青黃色,外形極像蒜頭,因而得名。沙蒜在五六十年代還是沿海居民隨手可獲的家常食材,之後隨着捕量劇增,價格也無限飆升。但沙蒜貴得名副其實,其鮮美程度超越螃蟹,營養價值也極高。配搭的豆麵其實是紅薯粉條,吸附鮮香濃郁的湯汁一流。沙蒜加入菇菌和老鴨烹調,取其菌香醇厚,食時脆嫩有致,濃鮮滿口,下飯一流!再次期待再訪!______沙蒜燒豆麵 約HKD 300______📍新榮記 (灣仔)灣仔駱克道138號中國海外大廈地下及一樓

圖為招牌沙蒜燒豆麵,沙蒜屬於海葵的一種,外表呈青黃色,外形極像蒜頭,因而得名。沙蒜在五六十年代還是沿海居民隨手可獲的家常食材,之後隨着捕量劇增,價格也無限飆升。但沙蒜貴得名副其實,其鮮美程度超越螃蟹,營養價值也極高。


配搭的豆麵其實是紅薯粉條,吸附鮮香濃郁的湯汁一流。沙蒜加入菇菌和老鴨烹調,取其菌香醇厚,食時脆嫩有致,濃鮮滿口,下飯一流!
