早兩個星期成日落雨,落到人都悶。釣唔成墨魚,便約埋一大班朋友去食番餐好,cheer up大家。在openrice一早看到呢間餐廳啲comment都幾好,咪試試真偽。一坐下便點了南非生蠔一板海膽、蟹粥、Toro脆脆、海鮮沙津、刺身等。南非生蠔係必食之選 超級肥美!Toro脆脆都ok,幾特別。海膽都ok,雖然唔算甜,但唔腥。其他刺身,壽司都好好味。蟹羔燒大蝦好惹味,蟹羔好多。窩燒烏冬係用稻亭鳥冬,又彈牙又滑,好好食!甜品就試咗燒年糕,因為唔係間間日本餐廳都有,所以咪試吓。上面有花生醬同少少砂糖,外層唔夠脆,但裏面都軟,都ok啦。整體都算ok,朋友們覺得有驚喜,讚不絶口,大家都食得開心。

南非生蠔係必食之選
超級肥美!
Toro脆脆都ok,幾特別。
海膽都ok,雖然唔算甜,但唔腥。其他刺身壽司都好好味。
蟹羔燒大蝦好惹味,蟹羔好多。
窩燒烏冬係用稻亭鳥冬,又彈牙又滑,好好食!
甜品就試咗燒年糕,因為唔係間間日本餐廳都有,所以咪試吓。上面有花生醬同少少砂糖,外層唔夠脆,但裏面都軟,都ok啦。

整體都算ok,朋友們覺得有驚喜,讚不絶口,大家都食得開心。

仲係食緊生日飯…唔得咩?? Heehee


之前gloria bb介紹我去哩度,咁岩亞琪又同我講話不如請我去哩度食我餐生日飯,一於咁話啦!!

本來約左7點,但因為亞琪開左陣OT,所以就改左做7點9,又改到o番。

上到去,無人晌門口做接待,要我自己晌度”拱下拱下”先有人見到我,哩方面要改善一下。

安排了窗口位給我們,yeah~ (雖然其實無咩景色睇)

我地食左:
1. 蟹粥 – 食到尾時仍然有餘溫,個煲保溫都幾好;份量亦夠大,料亦足,不過我個人就覺得不算太突出
2. 牛肉稻庭烏冬 – 哩個我都覺得普通,但亞琪就覺好好味,大家口味不同呢
3. 燒左口魚壽司 – 本來我話唔食架,但係亞琪話好好食,咁就試下啦。嘩,估唔到…真係好好味呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 我連豉油都無點呀,左口魚被輕輕燒過,當中的油分滲晒出黎,真係好味到震!!!
4. 燒三文魚腩壽司 – 其實都好食,但相比起左口魚就遜色了點~
5. 燒玉子 –又係好好味…見到裡面其實仲有蟹柳啦,冬菇啦…比較焦個舊我反而覺得仲好食呢。
6. toro薄脆 – 嘩哩個又係必點!!! 好好味呀~~~~~~~~~~toro入口即溶,滿口油香,加上點點的蔥花,配上脆脆的米通…唔…正呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

食到咁飽,折左都只係$384(用DBS有九折) 唔可以話好平,但咁o既食物質素,絕對值哩個價!!!

服務方面可接受,侍應有定時加茶,點菜後又會覆返一次俾你聽~~

今晚和朋友來食生日飯,因為睇了這間食評都不錯,所以就來一試!一到門口,沒有一個待應來招呼,已大叫了,才有一位貌似經理的人叫我們等一會,但那時餐廳裡不是有很多客人,我們等了良久才有人幫我們帶位(已book了位)我們叫了四款東西--什錦次身- 味道都不錯,但份量太少虾反卷- 等了三十分鐘,吹了兩,三次才來,不知道是否壽司司父和熟客飲紅酒(我位置對住壽司bar)所以遲到咁耐才來?但味道不外如是,一夾起壽司即散......燒芝士年糕- 味道普通餃子鍋- 也是等了好耐,但當時不是很多客,不知道為什麼要做這麼耐????已吹到話要埋單唔等,他才做出來!這個鍋味道都可以,但食完成日想飲水> <基本上還以為自己去咗食法國餐,食一款東西都要等咁耐,而且貌似經理的人只招呼熟客,當我們無到,叫極都唔應,搞到這餐生日飯食得十分不愉快=_=一定不會有下次!!!!

Been there twice just recently to try out the myriad of choice they have on the menu, and my conclusion is I'd very recommend the cooked food (but not saw the raw ones).Let me start with the acclamations. Let me start with the acclamations. All the cooked items were sizzling hot and fresh fresh fresh. The flavours they mixed and matched were just perfect! For example, the very ordinary grilled salmon "shoulder" was made extraordianry with the perfectly blended soysauce + vinegar sauce. The salmon obviously was grilled just right, fully bringing out the succulence and flavour of how salmon should be. Another one recommendation is their deep fried thick ox tongue accompanied by a miso sauce. Either of them on its own (yes, we tried) was not particularly stunning, but together, wow! I don't know why they blended so well. The sauce made the ox tongue so smooth and melting-in-the-mouth, and the ox tongue made the sauce so fragrant! We also tried the crab congee, which was quite good, the rice patty, also quite good.

The sashimis and sushis were so-so. Just that the cooked food was so good and at such a reasonable price that made the raw foods rather pricy and not worth the money. It tasted ok, but just as the quality of those chain stores.

So, please go try the cooked foods!!

奶湯雪場蟹腳鍋- 好多雪場蟹腳架,又粗又多汁,奶湯有蟹的味道,朋友仔忍不住喝了很多~

北海道燒帶子- 肉質彈牙、烹調後仍保留帶子的鮮味。

原先仲有order黑豚肉薑蔥燒,但真的飽到不能再吃了,所以就cancel,這間餐廳十分有水準,值得一讚的係他們的服務真的很細心。

裝修唔錯,環境主要用木,黑,啡,好有神秘感覺跟住d野食~基本上去到都唔會食三文魚,因為三文魚太大路,到到都有得食,我會選擇食Toro,油甘魚,左口魚邊,生蠔,海膽,其實如果你問佢地有d咩特別新鮮好食既,都會有得介紹畀你,再推薦既係Toro薄脆,同牛尾煱!!服務都幾多,待應都幾nice,出菜都唔叫慢,當然如果你唔係諗住食3,4個字就走個d啦~~星期五,六店內氣氛唔錯的,因為多都人客都同侍應都熟,有傾有講~價錢約每個人$200~$300左右,間唔時去下幾都好

這裡從裝修到食物質素走的都是居酒屋路線,價錢大眾化,招呼不太差。點了一個$90的刺身套餐和$65的黑豚生薑燒。作為一家居酒屋,相比銅鑼灣其他的店,整體來說相比其他主打日本料理的店一點也不遜色,帶子雖然小,但味道鮮美,油甘魚樣子極美但味道一般,魷魚的食感有點奇怪,好像下了太多的鹽,赤身甜蝦都是一般。黑豚生薑燒,前菜是三小塊三文魚,但黑豚的份量少得令我有點愕然,跟來兩條沾了茄汁的薯條令人失笑。寒冷天氣下,飯後只有雪糕沒有咖啡,有點失策。只能說居酒屋就是Dining Bar,人家賣的是氣氛,不是食物。中午不能作準,找晚過來再試多一遍。

最後上的是蟹粥, 我想由於次序安排有點問題, 以致這次的蟹粥味道稍遜. 因為之前喝了湯和汁浸多士的關係, 不能嚐到蟹粥的味道. 感覺差了點.

因這牛尾汁多士, 已足夠給一個笑臉了!

Just went there for dinner last week and I think the sashimi are excellent and fresh! I really love their "crab congee", yellowish color and good taste. I believe this is the only shop in HK that I can taste this good congee. Also, that night is my friend's birthday, they specially made a sushi birthday cake for her and is very nice!! The staffs are very friendly; although some are a little slow. I will keep going to this Japanese restaurant! Give it a try!! :-)

08.11.07又有機會試下新的日本料理店, 很開心!係門口見到黑漆漆一片, 周圍用竹, 木和以黑格調為主, 很有神秘感呢!二個人, 點了:1.三文魚卷: 味道一般, 細細份, 唔太抵.2.蟹粥: 初時以為黃色粥是加了旦做成, 但吃下全無旦味, 反之有濃郁的蟹膏香味, 更大的發現係頗多有蟹肉和冬菇….這個係必食之選!3.海鮮茶壼湯: 第一次係香港飲, 之前係日本食懷石料理才試過. 不過, 這也不錯, 清清地, 而海鮮也算頗多, 有蝦, 冬菇, 蜆…4.燒醋鯖魚: 這一直係我的至愛, 這個燒得皮脆肉香, 正!5.牛肉鍋+烏冬: 這個也不錯, 因我一向都頗喜愛甜甜地的湯底. 加上烏冬, 實在很飽!二個人, 因為是日沒點剌身和壽司的緣故, 才二百多, 很抵呢! 我想…下次下次…該不遠吧!

3.海鮮茶壼湯: 第一次係香港飲, 之前係日本食懷石料理才試過. 不過, 這也不錯, 清清地, 而海鮮也算頗多, 有蝦, 冬菇, 蜆…
4.燒醋鯖魚: 這一直係我的至愛, 這個燒得皮脆肉香, 正!
5.牛肉鍋+烏冬: 這個也不錯, 因我一向都頗喜愛甜甜地的湯底. 加上烏冬, 實在很飽!

二個人, 因為是日沒點剌身和壽司的緣故, 才二百多, 很抵呢! 我想…下次下次…該不遠吧!

昨天晚上跟男朋友一齊去吃...第一次來到這家店...環境很舒服呢!!!坐下來...打開manu...很多款不同菜式的日式料理丫...只是看到也很開心了....我點了一個"素菜壽司併盤"這種菜式安排真的不是很多店也有的!!! 日式素菜壽司...很特別呢!!!!

Have been coming to this restaurant for over 2 years, finally, would like to share my comments. Everything is good, except they are always very full. Remember to make reservation!Japanese restaurant in hk are either expensive, featuring fresh sashimi, or cheap popular sushi bar. Japanese restaurant in hk are either expensive, featuring fresh sashimi, or cheap popular sushi bar. This one is in the middle but at the high quality side. u get high quality food without those so-call high class style. Friendly server and nice decor, a relax and fun dinner. they have fresh sashimi and creative cooked japanese food. u must ask for Alan to take order for u! he truely think for his customer without hard selling.

If u r tired with those boring expensive place ONLY sell fresh sashimi, or you are sick with those not expensive but fake high quality jap food, then u must try this one!
