Salad is our must order item, I ordered my all time favourite deep fried soft shell crab salad. The presentation was beautiful, there were quite a lot of crab; they were hot and crunchy! The crab was fatty and seasoned perfectly. We were surprised to see some crab paste as well! The salad was fresh and yummy with the special Japanese dressing.

Our other appetiser was the "Great amberjack sashimi and scallops with black truffle". We were amazed with this appetiser! The presentation was mouthwatering and it tasted fantastic as well. There were three layers of seafood in one mouth full, amberjack sashimi, scallop and shrimp. The amberjack sashimi was in very thin cut; it was fresh and sweet. The scallop was soft and melted in my mouth after a few bites. The shrimp was sweet and slimmy. This combination tasted quite good with a bit of black truffle.

Eel roll with cucumber and cheese was delicious! The eel was tasty and soft to eat. I really like the sauce that they used to cook it, it really helped to make the eel flavour stand out. The cucumber was cut in very thin stripes, I really like this texture with the cheese. The cheese was in big cube and the whole combination tasted so good!

We ordered some yakitori since we saw everyone else getting some.
👉chicken with plum and perilla sauce: the chicken pieces were tender and juicy! The sauce was plumy and fruity.
👉chicken wing:
The chicken wing was stretched out nicely so it was easy to eat.
👉Japanese mushroom:
The mushroom smelled so nice, it was juicy and tasted wildly.
👉lady finger:
The lady finger was soft and greenly. I didn't know it actually taste quite good with salt and pepper.

To finish off our dinner, we ordered two desserts which were the Japanese rice cake with red bean and mango sorbet. The Japanese rice cake is our favourite! Not a lot of the places has this dessert so we take our chances. The rice cake was heated up so the outside is crispy whereas the inside is soft. It tasted so good with the red bean paste!!!!!!!

Overall, it was a great dining experience, but the restaurant could manage the order of the food to amp up the customer experience. I had my food in the order above, and they taste great. However, since the most anticipated dish was the sea urchin sashimi rice, and it was a cold dish, it should be served right after the appetizers, then the yakitori and end with the filling udon bowl to get a more satisfied customer!

之前係沙田食過呢間"穴"覺得環境同食物都好好, 今次來到銅鑼灣無意中係西貿見到原來有分店, 3個朋友即管再試下, 打開餐牌見到呢碗海膽飯真係好精彩, 不過要5百幾蚊, 嘻...我未至於鐘意食海膽食到呢個情度 其實佢D飯類都唔算好貴, 如果LUNCH TIME只係食個飯都係百零蚊, 一個女仔絕對夠食今次朋友由加拿大回來講明想食刺身, 店員就介紹食呢款日本和牛刺身, 有幾個唔同的牛位置作為刺身, 食落都重牛味, 點埋酸汁食, 作為前菜都好開胃, 但我覺得厚身左少少, 同埋$298得幾塊, 2啖食晒唔係幾化算 再來一個雜錦刺身, 有8款不同刺身乜都可以試D, 好豐富, 全部刺身都好新鮮, 好鮮甜, 相比起呢個雜棉刺身雖然貴DD, 但多款式好多, 鐘意食刺身唔可以錯過.上次去沙田分店食左好多壽司, 今次相反無叫到壽司改為食卷物, 軟殼蟹牛油果卷, 軟殼蟹炸得好脆, 牛油果入口即溶, 做成外軟內脆, 好好味 個名唔記得, 上面係用D甜蝦打成容再加少少黑松露, 一咬落去超香黑松露味, 甜蝦容配埋壽司再加埋入面有D生菜蟹柳, 好多重層次, 必食推介加洲卷雖然普通, 但朋友就係鐘意出面D蟹子咬落口卜

最後來個海膽加吞拿魚蓉卷物, 我成日覺得海膽+吞拿魚蓉係絕配, 2種味道都好重, 但夾埋一齊食就非常之覆雜, 非常之好味, 我覺得比起夾青瓜或紫菜, 咁樣放D海膽落吞拿魚卷物上面一口食入口, 係非常滿足的.

近排忙到顛左,lunch time想對自己好d,來到世貿食日本料理,呢間鰻魚飯我食過咁多間我覺得佢可以係三名內,石頭鍋上食咁耐熱咁耐,個燒汁超濃郁,味道帶少少甜配飯食認真一流,好香,鰻魚無骨入口即溶,仲有蛋絲可以配埋一齊食,超好味。忙碌的一天,食到呢個值95分既鰻魚飯,真係好開心,食完再加油啦。同事肚痛話食個清湯烏東,見到個樣都覺得真係勁清,無野講,哈。炒雜菜都好味,有幾種不同菜同菇炒埋一碟,賣相唔靚但味道都ok
