最近好像食神上身,有機會嘗遍德國,法國,意大利菜! 今天心思思也想品嘗一間有水準的日式料理! 秘書小姐說宏在銅鑼灣世貿中心開了分店! 所以今天决定獨個兒食日夲菜!我是日夲痴,所有日夲菜我都略知一二,所以我首先叫了一個章紅魚薄切黑松露帶子,這個菜真的很考刀工,章紅魚切得很薄,加上帶子厚粒十分鮮甜,配上甘香的黑松露,口感一流,而且真的很有心思!辣味吞拿魚腩卷物很新鮮, 原來所有食材每天空運到港,我覺得這個吞拿魚很辣但也很鮮,真的食出新鮮!我要了一個香味脆炸池魚仔,熱辣辣的池魚真的外脆內軟,陪清酒一流!另外炸物我要了雞腎串和燒銀杏,炸得剛剛好,尤其是銀杏真的很清香!季節雪葩我選了熱情芒果雪葩做甜品,一口一口的吃,甜中帶着清香,好像把整個炎夏也融化了!最後我要了一杯茘枝梳打作為今天的終結,亦為今年夏天帶上無窮的思念! 原來嘗過一頓好的日菜,就像為自己人生打拼中打氣! 難怪最近也很流行獨自吃飯,原來一個人吃飯的感覺是很正的,我今天終於嘗到了!

壽司最反映一間日本餐廳的質素,不試不可喔(藉口😛😛😛)!
和友人在海膽壽司($78)和火炙拖羅壽司($110)掙扎,
結果因為早幾天已經吃了海膽丼,還是豪氣地點了後者。

火炙拖羅壽司質素當然非常不錯啦,用火輕輕地燒了吞拿魚腩一層,
外熱內軟,入口即溶,那種感覺確是美妙。

燒白鱔($58)有點驚喜,質感很爽口,同時仍然juicy,感覺有點像吃燒鰻魚。
燒鴨舌($48)則燒得有點過了,吃來比較乾。

表面一層燒得脆脆,包住軟軟的鵝肝,兩層口感,

成品足有四大條,一咬就食到入面軟腍的牛脷,
而且牛味很重,散發陣陣羶香,

甜品不但是以冰陣形式出場,更是原個蘋果和原個菠蘿上!
未吃已先聲奪人!!!!!
兩個味都是先挖出果肉,直接用果肉弄成雪芭,
再放回去,所以兩杯雪芭都是用上新鮮水果,味道絕不是人工那種,就像是喝果汁般。
雪芭質感滑溜,味道清新,完全消滅了之前食鵝肝或牛脷的膩。
兩款味道各有千秋,我就較喜歡菠蘿味,因菠蘿味更突出和搶,
友人就鍾情蘋果味多點,味道清雅,放入口中味道越來越出。

不過賣相對於"相機食先"的我就有點失望,上菜時明太子早已沉底。
如果可以先一堆放在飯上面,讓顧客自己搞拌,賣相會更好。

我們還點了白桃梳打($32),則味道普通,白桃味未見突出。

今晚仍然是十分滿足的一餐,不論胃還是口都非常開心xdd
而餐廳服務同樣細心,侍應不時會添茶,
見到我們分享食物也會細心地主動給多一個碗,而且笑容滿面,樂於協助。

筆者則要了一客特上刺身,內含刺身八點,分別有三文魚、油甘魚、呑拿魚、吞拿魚腩、左口魚裙邊、帶子、海膽及牡丹蝦,另有數片鱆紅魚薄切。

比較欣賞的刺身款式有油甘魚、帶子及海膽,油甘魚肥美一甘香,近邊位置則爽口,層次豐富。帶子透白清甜,爽中帶脆。牡丹蝦更是筆者至愛,鮮甜度滿分。

左口魚裙邊經輕輕燒過,油份被充份迫出,確是香口,但魚塊本身的味道則沒預期般濃,稍稍淡了少許。海膽食味其實幾甜,只是顏色賣相上還是差一點點。至於呑拿魚腩,本質上確是最肥美的選擇,美中不足是刺身帶少許筋影響了口感,可惜!

鱆紅魚薄切吃的是刀功,刺身製作當然越薄越好,成品還有進步空間。

整體而言,雖這碟特上刺身算不上完美,但質素上已有交代,食味亦算新鮮。以百餘元的定價來說,選材更算落本合理,值得一試!

因為唔中意食刺身,揀左個滑蛋吉列豚肉飯! 蛋唔會全熟,呈半生熟既狀態十分好,好可以利用食鍋既熱力令佢煮食,隻蛋就唔會老了!!
豚肉每口鬆脆,炸得好金黃,賣相十分吸引!!食落又唔會好油,十分抵讚!

Went for lunch today at around 1, the restaurant was pretty full and we were told at the door that only bar table seats were avaialble, which is fine for us (party of 2). 
We ordered a grilled mackerel set and some skewers to share. We were given 2 sets of  salad and pickled starter which was a surprise as we only ordered one set. The pickles was a little too salty for my liking.
Some of the skewers arrived as we finish the starter, and then the lunch set. The grilled fish was a generous portion, and again was a touch too salty if i have to be picky but it was overall pretty good. For the skewers ,we ordered beef ribs, ginko, sweet corn, chicken cartilage, and asparagus with kurobuta pork. They are all tasty and nicely grilled. 
The staff were pretty busy and we have asked for refill a few times, but our cups were empty until we have finished the meal. The tea was quite diluted as well. But the staff were very nice when we get to talk to them. We were also given a mochi ice cream for dessert.
There was 20% off on the skewers when you order a set at lunch hour, so our meal was a little less than $350 for 2. Overall a nice lunch and will come back again.

這里主打的串燒,每串份量頗多,可多點幾款與友分享。厚身的「鹽燒牛舌」爽口帶汁,擠點檸汁同吃,更感清新;「紫蘇葉雞皮蝦」清香的紫蘇味道,跟香口的雞皮一拍即合,反而蝦肉卻被冷落了;「紫蘇葉魷魚卷」魷魚不會很柴口,若可燒得更香酥一點點,那嚼勁應會更好;「翠肉瓜」爽脆瓜肉香甜,燒物也不一定霸道呢!「雞翼」外皮燒得香脆金黃,雞肉夠嫩滑,大家都讚好!

Conveniently located in WTC, Yaki ANA is an all around Japanese restaurant which HKers tend to love so they can get a variety of Japanese cuisine all in one place. I was recommended this yuzu drink in lieu of my usual umeshu and it turned out to be addictively delicious! I think I ended up downing 3 or 4 of these throughout the night.

We got some dried pufferfish jerky to eat which is one my favorite Japanese appetizers to munch on and perfect with drinking alcohol.

The sashimi platter with toro, sanma, kinmedai and amaebi was really fresh and flavorful especially the sanma which is in season now!

The yakitori was also decent here but the items that stood out the most were the prawns and squid which incorporated shiso leaves in the grilling which lent an extra layer of flavors to the ingredients.

The apple sherbet dessert here was so cute as it had arrived in a frozen apple bowl with a lid while the sherbet was refreshingly sweet as the ending of our meal!
