飲品方面,我點了檸檬威士忌梳打($38),我覺得要是到燒肉店點可樂汽水就太沒有意思了,如果酒量淺的話不妨點梳打或汽酒,酒精含量都會較少﹔以檸檬威士忌梳打,淺茶色但威士忌味頗濃,幸好算易入口,而乳酸汽酒($38),帶乳白色味道會較甜,酒精濃度輕似飲果汁,適合喜歡淺嚐酒類的朋友﹔

這晚也有食客來慶祝生日,餐廳氣氛好還會一同唱生日歌,要是喜歡熱鬧的話定必喜愛這餐廳獨有的氛圍,而食物和服務質素而言,每人大約$320多便可以享受到和牛燒肉,我認為是物有所值的,還有最重要是壽星也十分滿意他這頓生日飯,總算心滿意足。

頂盡得3-4成飽,但埋單已經過$1000

我諗要食到叫飽飽地起碼要過$2000😫😫

品質唔差,味道也不錯,會讓人不禁一叫再叫😊

但!整體份量好細喔😗😗

感覺似食法式料理咁既份量唉,我地咁大食邊夠飽呢

所以之後需要轉場繼續食其他醫肚

然後出場的就是讓人血脈沸騰的牛小扒啦! 除了外形夠大非常吸睛之外, 在燒製這塊肉的時候Futago更有一系列小小的「儀式」 -- 必定是大鑼大鼓的, 全店都知道你要準備吃這個牛扒了! 倒數、歡呼、拍手之聲此起彼落, 氣氛極端熾熱。不論是食客還是店員, 感覺都是非常high。

先是把牛扒放在爐上稍稍烘烤解凍至柔軟, 然後店員會為你把牛扒剪開, 並向你介紹4個組成此扒的部分。分別是牛肋條、背蓋肉、肋眼芯、包肋肉。當中包肋肉最由柔軟, 但那些肥肥的牛肋條才最香呢。

老實說, 配著白飯把那大得驚人牛小扒吃完, 還真的有點膩。滿口油脂的感覺雖是豐腴油潤, 卻也會減低作戰的能力。這時候最好就是點菜吃吃, 而我的選擇是, 一條青瓜。

真的, 就是一條青瓜!

清爽冰涼的青瓜極好吃, 又多汁, 冰冰的清擦口腔, 實在是解膩的妙藥。腦海之中也不禁想起盛夏之時在京都清水寺, 坂道兩旁的小店, 都放滿了一根根的胡麻青瓜。比雪糕冰條更受遊人歡迎的降暑良品! 不過在Futago這裡配的是比較濃香的味噌, 也是的, 否則滿口牛香都吃不出味來。

心中不滿足, 乃又再次追加兩味。海膽牛肉, 配搭當然是有趣的。店員會幫你把牛肉在爐上拖兩三下, 燒至半熟, 然後包在紫蘇葉紫菜里, 入口鯨吞! 海膽解和牛香真的頗夾, 只是紫蘇葉的香味實在不是小妹的那杯茶。

另外還有一款"海膽他他牛肋肉", 4件HK$98。分別在於牛肉是生食的。噫, 有趣。不過只能留待下次試了。

吃烤肉絕不能少了酒精。我所點的Highball很淡(即是一般所說的, 淡出鳥來), 沒有甚麼味道, 幾乎似是飲水。但得到飲飽食醉酒杯見底之時, 雙頰還是會變得火紅。不太懂飲酒的女孩子要留心囉, 不要見它沒甚麼味道就猛灌! 至於靚仔啤酒嗎, 就是大裝的Asahi, 不是飲了變靚仔, 各男士不要自作多情啦。

埋單之後更奉上酸奶和粟米茶作消滯之用, Futago的細心, 在此可見一斑。

香港的烤肉店不少, 日式的韓式的, 任君選擇。而小妹覺得Futago的肉類未必是同價錢之中最好(至少上環的 298 nikuya 比它的來得更佳), 但優勝之處是在這裡吃烤肉, 不只是口腹之慾, 更是一個歡樂的體驗。說Futago把關西人的豪邁之氣帶來了香港是一點都不諱過。

吃得開心最重要! 不是嗎?

今次同屋企人去食晚飯,我地想食日本野所以去左大阪燒。今次order了雞蛋沙律,帶子,芝士壽司。雞蛋沙律所用既菜好新鮮,雞蛋上面既魚子唔腥,反而好入味!帶子好厚好有質感👍而芝士壽司有濃郁既芝士味😍服務態度都好滿意,waiters 好有禮貌!餐廳環境都唔會太嘈吵,總體來說,都好滿意!

今次order了雞蛋沙律,帶子,芝士壽司。雞蛋沙律所用既菜好新鮮,雞蛋上面既魚子唔腥,反而好入味!帶子好厚好有質感👍而芝士壽司有濃郁既芝士味😍

中午12點一開鋪就打電話順利預約晚上6點4位!點了牛舌,Hamideru牛肋肉,石鍋飯,冷麵等。如果點了Hamideru,會有店員幫我們燒,燒之前會全店店員講“Yoisyo~”,完全就是大阪人的豪邁。第一樣的食的總會覺得比較好食,牛舌很彈牙。似乎無論任何地方的牛舌都唔錯。Hamiderukarubi一整塊就鋪滿成個爐,油脂部分相當多。燒之前望落仲好似好大件,燒熟之後只剩薄薄一片。而且店員幫手分的時候沒有將油脂部分一起切,一塊油脂真係好滯。飲品方面,酒類很多,燒酒,cocktail等。softdrink就只有平時的橙汁可樂。試了一份蜜桃乳酪,酒精味比較淡,乳酪很厚身,幾特別。亦有試食石鍋飯和冷麵,中規中矩,不建議在此食烤肉以外的菜式。最後非常周到,食了很膩的燒肉后,會有一小杯乳酪和熱茶清清腸胃,乳酪和調酒用的一樣,是日本的乳酪。不過乳酪配熱茶很奇怪,食完凍乳酪不會想飲熱茶。

Hamiderukarubi一整塊就鋪滿成個爐,油脂部分相當多。
燒之前望落仲好似好大件,燒熟之後只剩薄薄一片。
而且店員幫手分的時候沒有將油脂部分一起切,一塊油脂真係好滯。

飲品方面,酒類很多,燒酒,cocktail等。
softdrink就只有平時的橙汁可樂。
試了一份蜜桃乳酪,酒精味比較淡,乳酪很厚身,幾特別。

亦有試食石鍋飯和冷麵,中規中矩,不建議在此食烤肉以外的菜式。

最後非常周到,食了很膩的燒肉后,會有一小杯乳酪和熱茶清清腸胃,
乳酪和調酒用的一樣,是日本的乳酪。
不過乳酪配熱茶很奇怪,食完凍乳酪不會想飲熱茶。

I admit again I am not thrilled AT ALL for whatever kind of veggie. The potato salad did taste nice but not as nice as those we tasted in average restaurants in Japan. Something was missing which I couldn't tell, perhaps just the choice of the potatoes themselves.

No comment at all for the whole slab of cucumber as well. It did look fresh and crunchy.

Then came the meat part ~~ Different kinds of meat were featured on the menu, with different price tags and from ordinary to premium grade . It was such a simple enjoyment to taste from the inside - assorted "internal organs" to outside - karubi, karubi.. and more karubi.. well other parts such as ロース, ヒレor  バラ, which are quite common in Japan seemed to be missing.

Luckily there were quite a variety of my favourite tongue and ハラミ, and they outshone other meat with flying colours (perhaps due to my personal preference). I never understand why ハラミ (meat from the diaphragm) was categorized as "internal organs". They taste just like normal meat but with strong (in a good way) beef flavour.

Not to be missed of course are other internal parts like liver or beef cheek.

There were some specialities unique to the place. One is the "surprisingly-big" karubi (yet again! Though I doubt if it was the same part but was simply given the same name). Whenever one was served, all servers would cheer in joy. A little embarassed (haha! I am old) though quite fun for young people.

We were served with tea and yogurt wine (?) as an end to the BBQ evening. The service was friendly (though a bit "clumsy" at times). The ventilation was good but the place was still a bit too packed, hence a bit too noisy and smoky. Overall it was a yakiniku place worth visiting again though on second thought, nothing was quite memorable and there was no stand-out dish for me. Even for high grade meat the meat flavour was not too outstanding. I will prefer Gyu-kaku (for cheaper price) or Iroha (for better meat) to this for BBQ meat honestly.

Anyway, considering the price, it is a place worth going every now and then if you fancy a warm and lively atmostphere.

Verdict: We loved it. We had to order some of the dishes twice (beef tongue, wagyu karubi)! Great to go with friends who have big appetites! Most of the beef dishes were flavourful enough and didn't need the dipping sauce provided. I can't wait to go again. Futago not only offers delicious food at reasonable prices, but also friendly service and a fun environment. I liked how we were able to cook our own food but also sit back and relax while our server cooked the specialty dishes. FYI you receive a stamp for each visit, and when you get 10, you receive your very own gold tongs for use at Futago.

李純哲、李純峰雙胞胎兄弟,「大阪焼肉ホルモンふたご」的創辦人,1980年相隔15分鐘在大阪出生,是在日韓國人第3代,母親經營定食屋,二人自幼關係良好,長大後一起到東京讀大學,畢業後哥哥李純哲留在東京發展,23歲加入60年歷史老店「焼肉トラジ」,而弟弟則回到大阪。
李純哲很快就在公司嶄露頭角,26歲呼召弟弟李純峰加入公司成為黃金拍檔,27歲李純哲成為分公司社長,把一直赤字的分店轉虧為盈,成為明日之星。然而30歲時他決定和弟弟二人一起自立門戶,在東京開設「大阪焼肉・ホルモン ふたご」,店名中「大阪」是他們出生成長地,而「ふたご」即「双子」,代表他們的雙胞胎關係。
集團本店2010年5月開業,1年後已經開分店,現時在日本有13家分店,當中8家直營5家特許經營,2013年10月首度進軍海外落戶台灣,名為「大阪燒肉雙子Futago」,現有大安、忠孝、林森三店,香港方面沒有用「雙子」之名,叫「Futago HK 大阪焼肉ホルモンふたご香港」,2014年4月在銅鑼灣開首家分店。海外店全部都是用特許經營模式。
一家集結東京、大阪、韓國三地風情的店,令人十分好奇會是怎樣。進一步讓在下感興趣的,是早前《孤獨的美食家 Season 4》第4集「東京都八王子市小宮町 燒牛柳及牛排」的這部日劇,劇中五郎用的燒爐和「大阪燒肉 Futago」接近一樣,而且劇中的燒肉店「大幸園」也有具韓式風味的菜,於是在下就懷著去試「香港版孤獨的美食家燒肉店」的想法行動。

店在銅鑼灣伊榮街,其實就在咖啡弄的對面,TIGER CURRY (食評)的旁邊,對面街是Via Tokyo (食評),從SOGO步行過去只是5分鐘而已,是旺中帶靜的好地方。

懂得燒肉的朋友都會知道第一道吃的肉必須是牛舌,因為由淡到濃是最佳的順序。這一客厚切特上牛舌原來有4件,店員見到我們5人說可以另加一件,價錢就是一碟的1/4非常均真,不用額外另點一碟的靈活點菜手法,又是必須稱讚的地方。
放上燒爐,為什麼在下可以悠閒地拍照?
因為有店員負責燒。很多人覺得自己燒肉很好玩,但其實不是。在下十多年前在關西吃神戶牛時,親眼看見有人把貴價牛燒焦印象深刻,自此判斷專人燒才懂控制帶出肉的最佳質素,所以有機會都會由店員代勞。

值得留意是這位實習店員的名牌,上面寫上他的名字,還有「大得驚人牛小排」,原來這裡的員工都要把自己最喜歡的店內食物寫上去,然而在下看到有員工寫上「啤酒」…….難道他覺得店內的肉不好吃?
這位實習店員得到高級店員在他燒肉的時候加以提點,搞得小哥有點戰戰兢兢,然而燒出來的火喉不錯。論肉質當然比不上在下於仙台吃過的「利久」(食評),但以香港來說已算不錯,值回價錢。

這客在另一邊的爐燒,負責的是這店唯一的日藉店員,看她細緻的化妝就能感受到她和香港店員的明顯分別。吃完在下建議大家直接點厚切就好,因為這裡的爐火力頗猛,這情況下比較適合厚切,能保持肉中間部分的嫩滑,薄切的話稍為燒多了就很易變乾。

今次負責燒的是另一位看似是大學生的女店員,她意外地風趣成為是夜最大歡樂之一。在她燒之前要我們一起高呼日文口號,可能有人會覺得很笨很無聊,但為現場熱鬧的氣氛火上加油,外向不拘小節的朋友肯定會覺得好玩。

燒到半熟肉質軟化後,就用剪刀把肉剪開幾個部分,主要是把四周的脂肪剪掉,留下中心的部分剪開兩半,燒好後再剪開5份分給我們吃。
配合山葵莖汁一起,入口感覺充滿油香肉香,但和之前的厚切肉比較嫩滑度有點不足,因為如之前所說,猛火不太適合薄切,特別是這一塊是全晚最薄的肉。整體來說,這一道「大得驚人牛小排」好玩過癮多於美味,第一次去的話可以試試。

入口覺得很精彩,因為是厚切,所以口感出色,而且肉本身已有壺漬入味,故此完全不用點醬油也有香濃味道,和「大得驚人牛小排」同樣好玩但口感更佳,個人推薦。

也就是Harami,有配料的賣相似乎不錯。
今次改由最初那位愛牛排實習小哥出手,在下觀察所得,現場不是每一款肉都有人代勞,似乎是價錢較貴的「特選肉」才會有人幫手,平價的肉就自己來。某程度上這也合理,平價肉就算燒壞了也損失不大。

燒好後,愛牛排實習小哥關火,剪開多份然後把配料逐一放上每塊肉,雖然看他有點戰戰兢兢,但那份細心服務還是令人讚賞的。至於肉本身堅韌富彈性肉汁也豐富,所以還是說厚切最高。

此店只開業約四個月,在下心想會有人一個月光顧三四次晚餐(午餐不計算在積分卡)那麼多嗎?結果在下抬頭一看,發現了編號1-9的黃金鉗懸掛著,果然「重賞之下,必有勇夫」!
結帳每人約HK$320,單以食物來說,尚算物有所值,但考慮到這裡有熱鬧歡樂氣氛,店員也好玩有趣,性價比即時大大提升。在下見過不少網上食評,大部分都因為價錢關係選擇午飯時間來吃,但在下親身感受過午晚餐的分別後,確認要完整感受此店的話,必選晚餐時段。不過現時最少要早四天訂桌才有機會。

但你要留意此店的氣氛不是任何客人都適合。在下親眼目擊旁邊的兩桌情侶,因為現場太吵鬧而全程沒機會細語交流,反而不時把目光投向我們和店員的開心互動。而近門口的一桌更在當晚辦生日會,又唱生日歌又走來走去,嘈吵程度比我們這一桌更甚。
所以建議你找些玩得又豪氣的朋友一起來光顧,情侶的話除非你們是愛唇槍舌劍的冤家,否則這店並非拍拖吃飯的好選擇。事實上這店非常能夠代表大阪人親切熱情直言性急的特色,和東京人凡事冷靜忍耐婉轉拘謹,有極大的對比,而大阪的風情,才是燒肉作為庶民美食的最佳配合。
