我們二人就叫兩set $580. 門口侍應很有禮貌告訴我們食物的份量,是一件生牛肉sushi,5片肉、一份菜、第5片肉有蛋有飯咁,似乎都夠食,就決定坐低試吓。

肉一:misuji, 半生熟,放有一小cube soy sauce foam 及即括wasabi, 正!好味。

肉二:Maru shin, 外脆內軟,juicy, 點辣粉吃,yum!

肉三:daisankaku, 大大片卷起,點甜soy sauce, lean texture but no chewy, so good!

菜:兩條露荀,味道正常。

肉四:tourgarashi, 屬於lean texture,有一壺dashi 湯,滔入小杯內,肉燒光再放入湯一起吃,湯味salty, 可以食完肉再飲。特別!

肉五:signature of this set. Kimurayaki. 大大片,燒好後放在熱飯上,面頭再加隻温泉蛋,滔上醬油,嘩,見到已經流口水!味道當然一流!

以上全部是侍應燒俾你食,服侍周到,肉質高質,無論霜降定lean,全部唔chewy! All tender and juicy!

Havnt haf the oppurtunity to visit this resurtant in person but notice they offer takeaway so I ordered it via the openrice service for self pickup.Taken the yakiniku great don set which is offered at $168. Therr is two style of yakiniku beef and comes with a can of coke, pretty great value for lunch.

得知平時只開晚市的YAKINIKU GREAT SOHO開始左午市,即刻過嚟試下。嚟得一定係食豪啲啦,叫左牛肉之中最貴個餐:GREAT WAGYU賣點係3個稀少部位,聽店員講係每日唔同既部分。出到嚟份量都相當唔少,每個部位有2塊咁多,驚喜。自己燒,薄既每面都係燒3秒左右。經我呢啲燒肉冇咩sense既人燒完,肉質都依然係多汁細嫩。厚嗰塊配合埋白飯真係大滿足!除左燒牛肉之外,都有前菜、沙律、牛肉壽司同湯,加埋跟餐個白飯。好味之餘,絕對係會食飽飽既整體嚟講係CP值十分高,希望下次帶埋朋友嚟試下晚市!

最近受疫情影響,難得約了同事去中環食飯,所以我們特別選了一間高質素的餐廳,以解這幾天來的悶意。之前一直都很想來香港這一間很出名的日本燒肉店,名為Yakiniku Great,可惜之前只有晚市供應,由於主打日本和牛不同的稀有部位,所以平時晚市每位最少$1000港元起。最近發現她在SOHO的分店提供午餐套餐,價錢由128港元至298港元,所以當日我們就點了3個套餐,套餐包括稀有部位,一件和牛壽司,漬物,沙律,飯,湯,和飲品。平常這一個部位一件和牛也差不多要超過100港元,但這套餐已包括左兩件,所以真的非常划算,很高質素,加上蛋黃醬油,入口即溶。另外,加了一個premium牛舌,利用和牛牛舌心,特別嫩滑。

今次來到香港高級的日式燒肉店,YAKINIKU GREAT的SOHO分店。這裏以牛肉的稀有部位聞名,坐落便會一會他們看門口的OMAKASE (師傅拍板)。前菜、甜品以外,總共有8道不同的牛肉料理。一來便是先聲奪人,以生磨WASABI配以豉油小粒。陸續送上不同的牛肉部份。幾乎都是聞所未聞的部位,侍應哥哥拿著牛部份的圖片熱心的解釋給我們。全程由侍應哥哥掌控節奏、一手包辦。不用擔心燒得手忙腳亂浪費了上好牛肉。坐好看伙計們專業的手藝,又是另一種享受。連吃幾道牛肉,途中加入冬菇和帶子,類似於懷石料理HASHIYASUMI的概念,讓舌頭輕輕休息一下,免得審美疲勞,十分聰明。最後是震驚的壓軸好戲,厚燒牛肉配海膽。所需時間較久,侍應哥哥中途離開了一會,我還暗暗擔心會不會過了火候。怎知一切開來,肉質熟度恰到好處,佩服!整體來說,這是一個用牛肉做主角的魔術SHOW,由買手和師傅在背後精心設計出不同機關,再由熟手的專業侍應當面炮製。可說是一個處處有驚喜的大表演! 全部十幾道菜,平均一道價錢不過一百元左右,比起街上動輒幾十元一串的偽日式料理,這裏可說是物超所值。推薦需要哄人開心時來這裏,不會失望。

不用擔心燒得手忙腳亂浪費了上好牛肉。
坐好看伙計們專業的手藝,又是另一種享受。

連吃幾道牛肉,途中加入冬菇和帶子,類似於懷石料理HASHIYASUMI的概念,讓舌頭輕輕休息一下,免得審美疲勞,十分聰明。

精緻的omakase 日式燒肉,由前菜至皇牌海膽燒肉飯,每一道菜都是令人回味無窮。每一道菜都有專人講解,不怕自己技術未夠,浪費上等和牛。值得在紀念日與及見客光顧。王牌海膽和牛飯,海膽鮮甜與和牛肉汁互相襯托。將和牛漢堡燒完之後,再加蛋汁同埋朱古力汁,出奇好味😋。靚嘅和牛稍為煎數秒,就可以上枱啦。
