Chateaubriand, 呢個真係大開眼界,可以話係成晚入面最畫龍點晴嘅一個cut!一開始見到咁厚切嘅肉,你係真係唔會估到佢入口係可以咁柔軟,所以纖維同油脂都毫無抵抗咁接受咗命運。最過份嘅係,咁正嘅牛肉,佢仲加埋北海道海膽同Yakiniku Great嘅特製醬汁。佢地每一樣野分開都已經係一番美味,合埋一齊食意外地又唔會互搶風頭。最後一道明明已經飽飽地,但係個胃係自動製造咗空位俾個飯。真係好正。6分鐘的等待係非常值得。

第一次嘗試Omakase,已經愛上了這種上菜形式。店員不單會為我們燒好全部肉料理,更會貼心為我們講解每一道料理的奧妙和最佳品嚐方法。Yakiniku Great最令我感動的除了是他提供優質的材料及季節限定的料理(今次食的是限定的燒椎茸),更是他為每一道肉料理都提供全新烘熱好的小碟。將燒好熱騰騰的肉料理放在上面,就能減慢料理變冷的速度,令我們更能好好品嚐新鮮出爐的味道!雖然價錢小貴,但吃過後不但不會感到可惜,還會有想再次光顧的感覺!很期待下次限定提供的料理😋😋🧚🏻‍♀️🧚🏻‍♀️

What an unforgettable night celebrating a buddy’s birthday. Both of us are foodies and it’s quite hard to find a restaurant that provides quality food, decor and friendly service. Yakiniku Great Soho offers all. Different parts of beef—it’s been months so it’s hard to recall the exact parts but just check out the photos!! Definitely going back in the near future. Omakase is the choice to go!!

🥩My second time of re-visiting Great! I’ve been to the new store in Central H code this time, the place is relatively smaller than the one in Sheung Wan. But whatever, it’s still my fav yakiniku🤪Please also lemme know if there’s any good place for yakiniku! They have now started to use lemon to cook the wagyu instead of tallow, found it quite interesting and which made wagyu less oily😊Every piece in the set is just fantastic.

這家雖然是烤肉店,但是沒有什麼油煙味,我到差不多吃完的時候才發現烤爐裡面一圈都有個吸油煙器,吃完飯不怕衣服臭哈哈。這家烤肉店是我在香港最喜歡的烤肉店之一,也是我覺得最好吃的一家
雖然價錢不便宜,但是服務和食物質量成正比,吃完好吃的心情都變得好起來呢

「杓子」就是上腿腱的部分。這部分運動較多,脂肪量適中,帶有中等油花。入口之後,肉質柔軟,也沒有看起來咁油膩,肉味濃郁,混合半溶的泡沫豉油和鮮磨芥末,豉油的醬油香,令和牛更添風味,芥末的辛減少了油膩感,好吃!

這上腿內肩是前腿的一部分,一頭牛可取下的只有五公斤。料理師先用檸檬起爐,輕輕炙一下便上碟。先嚐一口,這霜降和牛有著難以想像的滋味,加上自家七味粉,油香豐厚,口感潤腴又帶一點爽口,正!

和牛頸肉運動量更少,油花比其他部分更多。這和牛頸肉入口極為軟腍,纖維細密,而木魚湯的淸雅令和牛頸肉不致過份肥膩。個人覺得木魚湯有少少冲淡左和牛的牛味,或者以壽喜燒汁可更恰意。

就是為了這道菜,所以點了極的omakase. 這部分的肉是和牛Fillet 中部的肉,成隻牛只有3kg ,所以比較稀少。


料理師先把厚切和牛兩面燒,然後用錫紙焗去做resting 6 分鐘,鎖住肉汁,是慣常處理牛扒嘅方法。和牛烤到外層焦香,內裡嫩红。一放入口,不得了!和牛軟得完全不用咀嚼,

豐腴的牛脂和肉汁充滿住口腔每吋角落。再加埋又鮮又甜的海膽,鮮味雙重奏,拌以牛油蒜片豉汁和珍珠米飯,omg! 太幸福美妙了!而且份量不致太少,可真滿足。


細問料理師是那𥚃來的牛,他說是鹿兒島牛。平日吃和牛就只知到神戶牛、尾崎牛、松板牛,但從來都不知道和牛眾多部位的分別。相對上次在beefbar的tasting menu , 那一時是比較澳洲和牛、安格斯牛、韓牛和曰本和牛的牛扒肉質。而今次相對地對曰本和牛有更深入的體味,好像上了一堂課,不錯。

牛扒之王,牛最中心的位置fillet, 每隻牛淨係得好少份量,所以份外矜貴呀❤️❤️師傅燒好後用錫紙焗一陣,我估咁樣可以更有效鎖住肉汁👍最後放上鮮味海膽,oishii~ 海膽食落新鮮冇腥臭味,連同粒粒飽滿白飯一齊食😋😋大享受呀!

Chateaubriand的質感用綿綿來形容也不為過,因很嫩滑軟熟,超正!北海道海膽鮮嫩清少甜,加了牛油蒜香少甜醬汁,不會搶走其他食物的味道,反而增加了更想追吃的衝動,難忘!



看到侍應不時更換鐵板,讓我們吃得更放心。

刺身之後係Shakushi 同 Misuji 職員除咗介紹每一款和牛之外,仲會為你燒埋,當然客人亦可以選擇自己動手,享受燒肉嘅樂趣。一薄一厚嘅兩個不同部位都係稀少部分,Shakushi 每邊燒約三秒之後配上bubble soy sauce 同即磨wasabi 一齊食,食落覺得油脂含量較高,淡淡肉味。相反牛肉粒 Misuji 就牛肉味濃郁,亦因爲厚切嘅關係,食落好似食和牛扒一樣,肉味蔓延口腔之中。

這是整頭牛最最最中心的位置,每頭牛只能出3-4塊這區域的肉,非常矜貴。
師傅先將牛肉烤好,隨後放到錫紙內做Resting,同步烹煮蒜蓉牛油汁。待牛肉Resting完畢後,再烤一次,切開,放到醬汁內煮。
煮至五成熟後放到香噴噴的珍珠米上,豪邁的撥入海膽,再淋上蒜蓉牛油汁。這又香又軟熟的牛肉海膽飯簡直是極緻享受。品味到生活了~

全店都係供應A5 和牛, 共三款餐選擇,每個餐有7款肉,一邊食店員會一邊講解,我哋食緊嘅係乜嘢肉,係乜嘢部位的肉。店員話佢地的肉係BMS 10, 11,唔太肥,瘦又有牛味,有marble, 是最靚的。

最近加左人工,同男朋友黎食餐好!今次揀左間專食和牛嘅omakase, 男朋友實鍾意!位於中環一級商廈一樓,一上到黎已經覺得好有燒肉香味,坐低聽下職員講解,同我地講下每個set有d咩,最後我地揀咗OMAKASE PREMIUM,大約會有7款肉。另外我地仲叫左2杯啤酒。先黎前菜,係和牛蓉整成嘅壽司,面頭嘅和牛蓉已經調好味,完全唔洗加任何調味料就食得!紫菜超脆,配埋和牛蓉一齊食好夾,加埋少少蔥粒好香!估唔到前菜已經咁出色!第一款牛,係前臂肉,入口即融嘅感覺真係好幸福,油香係口入面longlong 下!加上獨有用醬油整成嘅調味磚同小小Wasabi,夾得來唔會搶咗肉嘅味!然後係中間部分嘅肉,呢款就係食佢嘅肉香,無第一款咁多油份,肉質比較紮實,亦較厚身!牛嘅拜拜肉同膊頭落少少嘅位,又係入口融化嘅感覺!呢件大塊得嚟薄身,加埋醬油或者醋捲起嚟食超滿足!和牛漢堡,用左marbled meat and lean meat 製成,食落仲係半生熟,同平時嘅漢堡真係無得比!仲加埋秘制甜醬同生雞蛋黃添!跟住款肉就配左茶漬湯,去除啱啱食落嘅油膩感。湯頭清清地,加埋啱啱煎好嘅牛放落去,好好飲!最後嘅牛就係配特製醬汁、
