之前已經見到歌賦街有間食Omakase既燒肉店,一直都好想食呀今日終於搵到機會平時食燒肉都係食牛,不過咁岩撞正朋友今日話唔食得牛咁我陪佢食雞豚王晚餐啦,其實同精選晚餐一樣價錢架,點都係覺得食牛抵啲咁個餐都有好多野,有沙律,燒豚肉,雞肉,自家製雞肉丸,廚師推介,帶子同腸仔不過一食就唔同晒諗法,個豬肉係好好味架,同埋腸仔!!腸仔係超級好味帶子唔小心過左龍,不過食落都唔會死死實實喎,係熟左小小啫,都好味既呢個雞肉丸都好好味,味道好肉丸又夠鬆軟食完仲有海鹽雪糕呀下次一定要再黎食和牛

夜晚去Yakini Kuu食燒肉Omakase,上次嚟食晏見到有BB凳帶埋BB嚟食先上次食完個特選晚餐,今次食精選晚餐先精選晚餐有:季節沙律、是日精選牛扒、上等和牛壽喜燒薄切牛舌、精選牛肉五款,是日廚師推介、雞腿肉同豬腩肉,好豐富呀是日精選牛扒,其中三款係沙朗心、後腹肉排同近腰臀肉每隻肉都配返一款專用醬汁,感覺真係特別好味呢其實咁多唔同部位我都完全唔識分嚕,總之有師傅幫我揀好晒就唔洗煩啦上等和牛壽喜燒,呢度食法係好正宗嘅sukiya就算對sukiya唔太喜好嘅我都覺得好食,個蛋真係好滑,加埋醬汁同香噴噴嘅白飯真係一大享受最後再加多個厚切牛舌,實在大滿足

是日廚師推介有《肩三角(一碟4片)》- 這款真是令我欲罷不能,輕燒5、6秒已經足夠,入口即溶。除了直接燒後食用,我就喜歡把薄薄的牛肉沾上醬油及蛋液,然後再放上少許日本白飯,味道更有層次!

The beef tongue is very well selected, very fresh, recommend the thick cut beef tongue.

Chuck eye and other small pieces are all tasty and really melt when put into mouth.

Chicken thigh is also done very decently.

There are in total 4-5 kinds of sauces, for different types of meats. All the sauces are properly selected and match with the meat.

On the menu, it's mostly meat dishes between beef, pork, and chicken. The quality of the meat is very high therefore the price is just relatively reasonable. Apart from sets, you can also some a la carte item which is some gourmet items. Besides, some veggies salad items can also be found if you opt ot stay healthy and lean.

The salad has been dressed with a savoury soya dressing, with some white baits on top. The veggie is super crunchy with a fresh green taste. I absolutely love having salad to start a meal with because it's healthy and full of micro-nutrient. Each leave of the salad is crunchy and sharp, giving a enjoyable freshness to your tastebud.

Sausage, Chicken recommendation, pork slices
An almost count selection of meat can be chosen from the menu, and we were served with different kind of sauce that goes with it. By the look of its colour, you can tell that they are all very fresh. I started with the pork slices which is just right with the fattiness. It is very very thinly sliced so you can taste the original pork taste. 
Then chicken is not marinated but it is still very soft and tender.  You may want to enjoy it with some sauce.

Chunk eye, flank steak, tip steak
Then we were brought with a selection of beef. Once again, by the look of the colour, you can tell they are super fresh and the cut is very delicate. We were introduced by different part of the cow, while each different cut has a different texture, taste, and sometimes they are even marinated. 
For me, I love the chuck eye the most because it's the fattiest cut of meat. It's great to enjoy on its own. While the flank steak is also super succulent. Every piece is unique, so you just need to find out what cut is your favourite.

You can see how beautiful this elegant piece of meat is . The pearl rice is just perfectly cooked with the right stickiness. The egg literally just bind everything together. I don't want to exaggerate but this is a "mouthgasm" for me.

開開心心又到食lunch,我們一眾中環麗人最鐘意發掘新地方,今日嚟到九如坊尾,要落半層的舖位,都幾隱敞,但有大大個招牌知道係食日本燒肉的。入店無油煙味,整體乾淨,強力抽油煙機唔少得。掛上牛肉及刀的種類,一一個爐頭。午餐$130至$200,我揀了$170的精選燒牛肉餐,一客有兩款牛,圖片內2號肋眼及4號三角腩肉,可以一款瘦一款肥啲肉一齊比較。套餐跟沙律、小食及白飯,今日小食係炆牛肉,唔止腍嫩仲好入味。先食肋眼,燒得好香,可以見到油份溶化哂,超軟滑,配含蘋果香的鼓油好夾,三角腩燒完之後脂肪未溶哂,入口更加軟滑,兩款都好。最後仲有雪糕做甜點,我的芝麻雪糕都幾香芝麻味的呀!呢道遠啲但靜啲,傾計好,我哋已經約好下個月賀新年再嚟!
