總括嚟講,依間山系小店相當唔錯👍,年輕男廚師一人包辦晒廚房所有工作,但並唔會手忙腳亂,準備充足,上菜速度快。我哋今日食嘅兩款午餐都好好味道,又有自家特色,但份量多啲會更佳🙈。有機會我想嚟試吓佢嘅晚餐,值得令人期待,但首要條件係要預先打電話嚟訂枱,哈哈。

夜晚十點先放學,同接放學的老公行左幾條街,大部份店都打洋!突然好想食「串燒」,於是即刻打電話book位,同老公由沙田飛車到太子~~老闆深霄陶毒, 一來送上墨魚沙律,完全沒想過墨魚整的沙律可以甘好食!!!重頭介紹「燒腩肉」,入口即融~~最重要要連層皮食埋,感受到骨膠原的咀嚼力! 不得了!! 還有我喜歡的燒大菇,燒雞腎。。。。。燒原條黃花魚,以為自己可以獨食,點知平時不食魚的老公,食下食下,食左我一半!!! 唔配醬油,原本魚的咸香已經好好味,霄一份超大份量魷魚鬚,配上少少酒,我竟然忘記拍照!!!
