總結:逸東軒作為老牌嘅酒店中菜廳,榮獲多年嘅米芝連一星殊榮,而且酒店亦不時推出優惠,性價比好高,可以令大家大飽口福,非常推薦想同屋企人慶祝食中菜嘅朋友,不過稍稍扣分就係餐廳侍應人手似乎不足,多次幫襯亦發現侍應非常忙碌甚至唔見人影嘅情況,而且有時幫襯飲茶亦有漏單情況,不過侍應知悉後都立即妥善處理。

What we ordered: BBQ pork, suckling pig, sautéed vegetables in crispy potato bowl, silver cod in clay pot as well as the fried rice wrapped in lotus leaf

Taste: 9/10 - the signature BBQ pork was thick and juicy, with the infamous “half fat half lean” melt in your mouth texture with a bit of bite. The suckling pig was surprisingly good; however it became a bit too oily as you eat. The most surprising dish was the rice dish as it was perfectly seasoned with roast goose, chicken and mushrooms, wrapped in lotus leaf, providing a respite from the heaviness of the roasted meats.

Transport FRDLY: 8/10 Located just across the road from major bus stops, it’s easily accessible, however it is a bit of a walk from the nearest MTR station.

成日聽朋友讚逸東軒嘅點心,今次終於take action上網訂位!想食假日正午時段可能要預早兩個星期左右訂位,如果冇時間preference嘅其實都唔難訂,冇想像中咁難~兩個人order左六款點心加兩款甜品,點心款款都熱焫焫超高質,食到我地lam lam脷~ 當天嘅number 1 pick一定係香煎墨魚籽粢飯,粢飯已經難搵,高質嘅粢飯更難!佢個粢飯煎得超香,粢飯煙韌有咬勁,香脆面有d似煲仔飯嘅飯焦,勁crispy~ 墨魚籽除點綴粢飯令賣相更高級外,另散發出陣陣鹹香,如果唔係因為粢飯飽肚,我就encore左啦!第二位係香滑流沙酥,流心嘅吸引力真係不容忽視,香酥嘅酥皮一咬開裡面嘅蛋黃流心就蜂湧而出,真係好治癒!流心甜度恰好,完全唔膩,正!鐘意香口野嘅我超愛杏汁金球呢個甜品,係我心中第三位!杏仁味飄香,金球chewy有口感,好耐冇食剪堆仔嘅我一口氣食左兩件~平時我麻麻地蘿蔔糕,但逸東軒嘅蘿蔔絲卷蘿蔔一絲絲,冇咩粉味,而且加杏仁好香,堅好味。帶子蒸燒賣、春風得意脆皮腸粉、燕窩瑤柱海皇灌湯餃同香芒糯米卷都好出色。點心味道出眾,service又好,不愧為米芝蓮一星食府,下次帶長輩去佢地一定鐘意!

令到服務員做到「踢晒腳」
所以不會有「上菜時講解菜式」﹑「不時過黎關顧你對食物品質有咩睇法」、「過黎幫你斟茶」這些服務,而這些服務係我食咁多間米芝蓮酒店中菜都一定會具備的
雖然有生意係好事, 但都需兼顧平衡返其他方面, 方能對得起一星資格
尤其以其他米芝蓮一星酒店中菜作對比, 逸東軒確是需要重視這些方面

食物方面, 整體算OK
沒有什麼覺得不太好吃, 但也沒有一樣覺得特別好食或難忘
整體食物算平均, 有些菜的味道可以再進步

價錢方面CP 值幾高, 就算正價我地4個人都係食左$2200 左右, 8折後只是$1818, 人均不到$500, 是幾划算

衡量返價錢CP值高, 總體還是可以值得大家一試
