屋企人對中菜的要求頗高,但又唔想食太貴,逸東軒可以滿足我們全部人的願望,所以一年總會過來幾次。這次叫了幾款小菜:沙薑陳皮生煎雞:沒想到沙薑加陳皮加芫荽的味道咁夾,這道菜香氣四溢,雞肉也鮮嫩,亦不會太油膩或熱氣砂鍋薑蔥焗生蠔:生蠔好肥美和新鮮,用砂鍋薑蔥焗好香,火候啱啱好龍王銀絲炒桂花:鮮蝦和粉絲彈牙,配菜也很多,味道略嫌淡,桂花炒得不夠碎另外,那天也試了杏汁豬肺湯和甜品,質素也是非常好。餐廳的職員服務態度也很好,上菜加茶都很勤快,也會詳盡的解答我們的問題。

大年初一去食午飯,由於網上book枱係30日前開放,所以交好哂日子就book 到枱。講到明90 分鐘要交枱,但係可能疫情又真係未完全完結,其實一轉枱都返唔到。所以都冇趕我哋走。先叫左一輪最基本既點心,蝦餃燒賣牛肉腸义燒腸鳳瓜芋角,講真話有冇邊樣特別,其實就正正常常啦。唯一一提就係煎糯米雞,香脆口感幾得意。之後就叫左出名既义燒例牌,燒腩仔同一窩例湯。义燒係比較突出既。其他又係中規中舉啦。最後上枱係北京片皮鴨,二食做左涼瓜炒鴨片。當然不能同一d專門食片皮鴨既比較,但係都叫做皮脆肉嫩,可以啦。服務十分好,可能因為未有滿座,侍應們都比較鬆動,最重要係佢地既attentive, 值得一讚👍🏻當日係大年初一,有舞獅採青,氣氛好好。

2017年曾經獲得米芝蓮一星嘅中菜廳記住要book咗先好去啊!雖然係米芝蓮一星⭐️但係呢間餐廳嘅價錢唔算特別貴😽最平$38就有一碟點心🥹餐廳嘅佈置都特別精緻連茶壺都有蠟燭keep住保暖🕯好貼心~帶子蒸燒賣未見過呢款燒賣所以叫咗尼食但係帶子未夠嫩滑😕不如食普通燒賣香煎墨魚籽粢飯比較特別嘅一款點心粢飯煎完之後非常香口😚食落去「ka chi」一聲不過墨魚籽就比較多餘冇添加到任何風味其他點心水平都正常叫咗五碟點心兩個人食已經夠飽呢個價錢有酒店嘅服務舒服嘅餐廳環境同埋唔錯嘅點心其實真係幾抵👍🏼可以再訪!

今晚相約了友入來到佐敦逸東酒店B2樓層的逸東軒晚飯,一試其米芝連星級盛宴。我們對這店連續六年榮獲米芝連一星殊榮的中菜廳當然有一定的期望。$880元一位(須加一服務費)的盛宴共有八度菜,非常豐富。~逸東一品薈萃這前菜已包括了三款特色小食:蜜汁叉燒、話梅車厘茄和酥香元貝。這店招牌蜜汁叉燒燒得恰到好處,邊位微燶,肉質淋滑,蜜汁味道突出,入口甘香。話梅味濃的車厘茄已去皮,入口清甜微酸,頗為醒胃,一試難忘。非常有突式的酥香元貝,有著脆口外皮包著吃起來一絲絲惹味的元貝;炸物底的青瓜片,清新爽脆,與脆口元貝非常配合,口感極多元化。~珊瑚琵琶虎蝦球原隻虎蝦在底,琵琶豆腐在面,這個是較少見的組合,但配合得宜,非常好吃。蝦肉彈牙爽脆,豆腐綿滑,再掛上味美獻汁,令人一試難忘。~松茸響螺婆參燉菜膽響螺甜味突出,海參和螺肉同樣已燉得淋淋的。~毛家肉伴十頭湯鮑十頭湯鮑鮮味十足,煮得淋滑。毛家肉肥瘦分明,一點也不油腻。~金華腿絲蒸斑球斑球肉爽脆,金華腿絲味道稍淡。最愛還是那些吸收了魚精華的豉油薑蔥絲!~蟹肉糯米脆皮乳豬特別的組合,但並不是我杯茶。乳豬尚算脆口,甜醬是亮點。糯米吃起來感覺有點膩,蟹肉有待找尋。~棗茸仙

這店招牌蜜汁叉燒燒得恰到好處,邊位微燶,肉質淋滑,蜜汁味道突出,入口甘香。
話梅味濃的車厘茄已去皮,入口清甜微酸,頗為醒胃,一試難忘。
非常有突式的酥香元貝,有著脆口外皮包著吃起來一絲絲惹味的元貝;炸物底的青瓜片,清新爽脆,與脆口元貝非常配合,口感極多元化。

總結黎講,最滿意嘅係全部餸菜都係熱辣辣咁上枱,而且茶壺會有個細細地嘅火一路坐熱住,所以唔洗驚茶水會攤凍。比較失望嘅係片皮鴨,因為味道偏淡,反而前菜七味鮮魷好令我驚艷,又脆又香口。另外,有睇過其他評價話燒肉嘅豬肉味好差,但我覺得好入味好香脆,無評價所講嘅臭豬肉味,非常之出色。
