To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個日入去率先食片皮鴨再食埋蟹羹,嗰日服務員不斷以都在我們附近周旋為我們服務,態度都10分良好
片皮鴨叫咗兩食半隻,大大隻啖啖肉,咁味道都相當鮮味而且油份剛剛好,皮鴨皮脆,剩下的鴨肉就用作炒米粉用途,個鴨肉米粉鴨肉混和米粉之後再配合其他蔬菜配料都很不錯

This is indeed a wonderful place to take the elderly to enjoy dim sum in peace. The tables are well-spaced apart, offering a serene atmosphere that's devoid of the usual noise found in other bustling restaurants, making it a sophisticated spot for tea and conversation. The dim sum served here is exceptionally refined and delicious, especially the char siu, which sometimes sells out so fast that you need to reserve in advance. It's truly tender and mouthwatering, with a rich honey flavor and pork that is soft with a perfect balance of sweet and savory.

馳名燒味雙輝燒腩叉水準是中上的。可能因為個人不太鍾情燒味,所以感覺沒有甚麼特別。
生拆蟹粉小籠包,一人一籠,好好食!
砂鍋柚皮花菇鵝掌:好食到不得了!味道好之餘,所有材料的軟硬度適中,膠質感也很重。
脆皮逸東烤鴨:感覺好一般。烤鴨還是選擇一些專門店好了。
保健老火湯,今天可以飲到蜜瓜煲排骨之類的湯,有d 似爵士湯,好甜好好味!
金絲木瓜酥,:蘿蔔絲酥餅的朋友,不過是用木瓜代替左蘿蔔。有驚喜喎!好食!
馬粒糕:可能因為飽飽地,所以呢個馬拉糕覺得無咩特別。
