Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 新年期間,好友相聚,選了米芝蓮食府逸東軒。逸東軒為米芝蓮食府,其出名的叉燒及片皮雞,當然是此餐飯聚的重點菜式,除此兩款菜式外,我們還點了蟹肉扒水耕生菜及琵琶豆腐蝦。🍽叉燒合乎水準。🍽片皮雞一雞兩食,除片皮雞外,還有雞肉炒飯或炒麵,我們選了炒飯,片皮雞都皮脆肉滑,炒飯都粒粒分明。🍽蟹肉扒水耕生菜正常發揮,但價錢要二百多三百元。🍽琵琶豆腐蝦不過不失。總括來說,因有米芝蓮加持,所有菜式都頗貴,一般菜式如蒜蓉清炒菜都二百多元。
