肉質完全唔會好韌,夠軟夠淋
燒腩仔都係好出色,外皮夠香脆,入面肉質夠香軟
真係食逸東軒必試!

又來到逸東軒飲茶(應該是第幾十次了)。逸東軒的叉燒做得出色,這次也是叫了叉燒系列的點心:芝麻叉燒酥和叉燒腸粉,另外還點了雲耳拍青瓜。落單時,特地跟侍應說叉燒酥要熱的;只因好幾次點同一道點心,叉燒酥都是早已焗好(可能是上一輪茶市的?),上枱時只是微暖而不夠熱,食味大打折扣。這次落單不久,叉燒酥比涼菜的雲耳拍青瓜還要早上枱,已經心感不妙。一摸之下,只有碟子是熱的,碟上的叉燒酥比碟本身更涼,只帶微溫。跟侍應反映後,侍應很有禮的替換了一份叉燒酥,可惜再次上枱的同樣是碟子熱、點心暖。另外較可惜的是,酥皮較厚的底部還沒有起酥,入口會黏成一團,應該是焗的火喉還不夠。其實好幾次點這個點心都有同樣的情況,不過還是會點它,只因當逸東的叉燒酥偶爾火喉足、熱騰騰上枱的時候,芝麻烘烤過的香氣、酥皮的油潤和酥脆、加上調味恰好的洋蔥叉燒餡真是令人感動的美味,所以每次都想碰碰運氣。不過除了這份遺憾,叉燒腸粉的質素絕佳,餐廳的環境和服務都優質,在逸東飲茶還是很棒的體驗,只是下次要三思會不會再給叉燒酥一個機會了。

母親正日前後因事離港,4大長老改期到一星期前提早慶祝。其中2老就揀佐逸東軒,另外2老就中伏收場。真係冇比較冇傷害,價錢差唔多但即見高下。🙄坐既位置係舒服既,一邊係枕化位,另一邊係中式位,但因為當天落大雨,拎佐比較多野出來。中式位唔係好夠位擺野,侍應沒主動提供籃,不過我要求佐之後都主動搵多個位來放野,果下都有小小覺得佢地做得唔係幾好。但擺完袋之後佢地既處理方法令到我真係覺得呢間係可以再encore的。因為果個位比較近係上菜位,佢地見我放完野就搵塊布蓋住個袋,仲同上菜既同事提醒叫佢地上菜時小心點。之後佢地每次都會望下我果個位先上菜比我地或者隔離檯。當然佢地都處理得好乾淨,塊布到走都係白雪雪的。到講返野食,我覺得係好食的,普普通通既野食都處理得幾好,可惜係佢冇晒蟶子,轉叫蟹肉粉絲煲,個煲聞落好香,d蟹啖啖肉。最特別我覺係個片皮雞,同片皮鴨食法一樣,只係換佐雞肉。冇咁油,對於成日食片皮鴨來講,轉下口味都唔錯。2老成餐絕對食得開心,佢地特別對個XO醬讚唔停口。甜品個蛋白杏仁茶幾好,我一向低糖飲食,佢真係冇咩落糖好岩我,反而個芒果布甸我試佐啖就覺好鬼甜,但食開平常diet 既人就話係好好食的。

待應嘅貼心服務亦值得一亦讚,除咗服務殷勤,主動幫客人鋪餐巾斟茶添水外,仲會好照顧每個食客。進餐途中我不為意跌咗野,待應好焦急咁主動走黎提醒,呢啲微細舉動亦都係餐廳加分位之一。
兩個人連加一總共食咗$441。以米芝蓮一星中菜廳黎講,性價比非常高,用餐環境、服務、食物都有高質素,下次會試下逸東軒嘅鑊氣小炒同片皮鴨👍

第一次到訪因為朋友想試香港的點心,環境舒適空間闊落,地點是不錯的。點心方面大部份屬於中上但沒有特別出色的。服務員和點心姨姨大致上有禮客氣,唯獨一個戴眼鏡的部長態度傲慢,語氣不耐煩。因為網上訂座的時候見到點心有優惠,但是到訪後見到餐牌價錢不一,所以才詢問價錢是否根據餐牌,雖然該員工亦有解釋公眾假期除外,但感覺他極其不耐煩。他當下的回應是「你見到餐牌梗係跟餐牌啦」直到後來餐廳差不多要午休的時段,該戴眼鏡的員工再次前來詢問我們是否用餐完畢,因為他們要執拾東西等等,我已第一時間點頭及表示已經用餐完畢,但他仍喋喋不休和表現得十分不耐煩給予我和友人的感覺是他在發脾氣。直至到我實在忍無可忍回應你執得㗎啦,該員工方正常地表示謝意及收拾。雖然食物尚可,但是這等令人費解的服務態度實在不必再次光顧。

點心choice 咗十幾樣,冇乜邊個係唔好食,但可能個人喜好啦叉燒是有一點肥,有屋企人話好食而我覺得就肥了點.

特別推介點心蛋散,燒鱔,燒賣,腐皮卷,同埋點心餐牌第三頁之各款甜品….

五個人食咗先$1800左右,值得、好食、會再次幫襯….

芫荽蔥花帶子粒腸粉,一條腸粉有兩片切半的大帶子(加起來是一粒),帶子鮮味;比起叉燒腸,帶子腸粉食味較清淡,但更能享受到腸粉皮的幼滑軟糯和米香。

自疫情起,逸東軒於平日午市的點心都有優惠。雖然有不少款式都加了價,但論服務水平、坐位的佈置以至於點心的質素,價錢都較同級的酒樓相宜,是相約朋友的好地方。

🌸小插曲,我哋坐響餐廳嘅中央,附近有張準備上菜嘅枱,準備期間店員跌咗筷子座響地下,店員好順手咁執返起再放返響準備枱上,而呢啲餐具係準備俾客人用嘅。。。🫣 雖然眼不見為乾淨,但店員未免太順手而且亦都知道我哋睇到嘅😅 以酒店中菜廳嚟講,服務又真係未及水平,有待改善。相反食物質素就非常滿意👍🏻

肉質非常鬆軟 好好食 🤤

脆皮片皮雞 (二食) $698

本時食片皮鴨就食得多

片皮雞真係未見過

今次第一次食 佢同平時嘅片皮鴨一樣

有京蔥同青瓜同埋海鮮醬

如果佢可以特調返個醬比呢個菜會再加分
