公司春茗,聚餐於御滿庭,菜式如下: 精美點心(燒賣皇/咸水角/小龍包):燒賣皇及咸水角屬標準水準;小龍包內含湯汁不少,都幾好食。 青欖炖白肺湯:以青欖、雞、豬肉及「白」肺煮成的炖湯,味道濃淡對辦。不過,所用的「白」肺竟呈灰黑色,究竟有冇清洗乾淨?! 碧綠蝦球龍牙蚌:OK。 梅子欖角焗肉排:梅子欖角醬汁味道單薄不突出,另肉排普遍偏肥,不作推介。 清蒸大海斑:海斑肉質偏韌,不嫩滑,普通。 發財好市大利:OK。 濃湯野菌走地雞:和海斑意見一樣,雞件口感很韌,鮮味一般。 生炒糯米飯:未夠香口,OK。 精美甜品(紅豆沙):紅豆沙甜度適中,但不起沙。 生果盤:只得十二件切開了的橙。因未曾嘗試,味道方面未有意見。 整體食物質素只屬一般。若有機會,都會試試這兒的午市點心小菜,希望質素有所提升吧!

唯一比較差的只有煎鯪魚餅。


埋單時問我地是否 VIP? 原來 VIP 有九折,星期六及日仲有七折添~
永久入會費 $50,但要下次先可以用,但都入咗會,因為我地係會再來的。

大年初三夜晚,我地一家例牌同埋成大班朋友(廿幾人)食飯,順便團拜。今次去左"御滿庭",地點都算就腳。叫左好多味,想講下比較"突出"嘅幾味。個"南乳炸肉塊"炸得幾脆,味度都可以,但食多幾件就會膩。有味"發財好市大利",上面有啲size唔係好大嘅冬菇,得幾隻。一圍枱有成十幾人,一人分半隻都未必分到.......我覺得最經典嗰味嘅係"炸子雞",隻雞一定係冰鮮。冰鮮雞如果處理得好嘅,都可以整得好好味。可惜佢隻炸子雞係"梅"嘅.......而且可能未解凍得透,啲雪味好勁。除左雪味之外仲有上幾味嗰個"南乳炸肉塊"嗰啲味,深信係用同一鑊油去炸。搞到好似同一味食左兩次但肉質唔同lor~而外觀方面,隻雞切得唔靚之餘,本身隻雞嘅表皮都唔係完整。對於隻雞我唔會奢望好好食,但至少可以擺得入口,隻雞真係有少少失敗。而個紅豆沙同糯米飯又唔錯,紅豆沙幾多紅豆。

星期六, 老闆沒有回香港, 然而, 食友 Gundam 來電相約午聚, 提起灣仔區飲茶, 亦想找家特式少少, 環境靜靜地, 我便提議這一間可以叫做專做商務客的中菜館, 飲茶食點心. 看見週末午市點心半價, 亦是我們決定一試的原因.首先要說一說個芥, 炸銀魚花生, 炸銀魚仔非常之香口, 我很少去食呢D"芥" 小食的, 不過, 就是那非常香口的炸銀魚, 令我吃不停口.之後是一個燒腩仔, 皮脆, 但比較厚肉, 平常食的燒腩仔都是比較薄, 點一點芥辣, 皮脆香口, 但這個燒腩, 就遜色一點.點心方面, 叫了一個水晶餃, 不過點下點下, 是不是廚房弄錯了, 感覺好像不是我們叫的東西, 但不理, 照食. 餃裡面的菜, 好像不是平常食開的. 有點像唐好.....有位親切的女部長, 看我們在拍照, 就不段問的們相機好不好...等等等, 排住解釋就忘了問她這是什麼.煎腸粉, 是個可以一讚的, 單面煎的腸粉, 單面的脆, 而且不燶, 點一點甜醬, 花生醬, 同甜豉油, 好過好多街坊及連鎖酒樓.鳳爪是不過不失之作, 燒賣, 肉味鮮, 夠大粒, 蝦味肉味俱全. 稱得上是燒賣皇.紅油炒手, 一向是我最愛吃之點心

首先要說一說個芥, 炸銀魚花生, 炸銀魚仔非常之香口, 我很少去食呢D"芥" 小食的, 不過, 就是那非常香口的炸銀魚, 令我吃不停口.

之後是一個燒腩仔, 皮脆, 但比較厚肉, 平常食的燒腩仔都是比較薄, 點一點芥辣, 皮脆香口, 但這個燒腩, 就遜色一點.

點心方面, 叫了一個水晶餃, 不過點下點下, 是不是廚房弄錯了, 感覺好像不是我們叫的東西, 但不理, 照食. 餃裡面的菜, 好像不是平常食開的. 有點像唐好.....有位親切的女部長, 看我們在拍照, 就不段問的們相機好不好...等等等, 排住解釋就忘了問她這是什麼.

煎腸粉, 是個可以一讚的, 單面煎的腸粉, 單面的脆, 而且不燶, 點一點甜醬, 花生醬, 同甜豉油, 好過好多街坊及連鎖酒樓.

鳳爪是不過不失之作, 燒賣, 肉味鮮, 夠大粒, 蝦味肉味俱全. 稱得上是燒賣皇.

紅油炒手, 一向是我最愛吃之點心, 通常是浸著辣豉油的, 但這個..........一碟上的...而且皮一夾就散......廚房失手之作.

糯米雞, 一籠兩隻, 不過料只是中上料, 感覺在此等上樓酒家, 應該會用精一點的餡料.

最後是蝦多士, 非常香口的一個騙鬼佬小點. 炸得非常之脆, 蝦膠打得結實. 邊食邊解釋我稱其為騙鬼佬點心之原因. (因為以前在外國當Waiter時, 幾乎間間餐館都有賣這個外國人熱愛的香口小吃.

環境同食物其實是不錯的, 若沒有這午肓傻惠, 大家一致相信, 呢度絕不抵食...

We did not hear much about this restaurant and we gave it a try. We ordered the set dinner for 6 people - it charged $1600 including services charge. It came with interesting starter - Japanese style abalone and jelly fish and egg plants' cold plate. This was a bit of gimmick and the taste was not that special. Then it came with fried tiger prawns - once again, the taste was not that freshed or impressed - it was okay. The dish after dish was delivered very slowly. We would have to ask again and again and chase the waiters/waiteress to follow up. The chicken came in after 1/2 hour and it was not so tender or fresh as we wanetd to have. The noodle and steammed bun were tough in testure. Well I would not recommend you come here for a dinner/meal at about $300 each while the foods were not that special.

醬烤骨 (大廚仔改良的醬烤骨,. 煮得比利苑的好食多)
燒汁菌菇炒牛柳粒 (佢地出名牛肉係用靚牛扒肉~ 咬落口, 簡直好似食緊高級踞扒咁既肉汁, 熟透度剛剛好~ 正)
凍鮑魚 (日式刺身做法, 好食! 佢地D海鮮夠新鮮!)

仲有好多好食的, 一時都諗唔起~
大家可以去試試, 平有平的食法, 貴有貴的食法~ 請客或家庭食飯都無問題~

在灣仔工作, 想要找處好的地方喝茶, 不容易. 不是太貴, 就是太嘈, 要不, 就是食物資素非常普通. 御滿庭就完全解決了我以上那麼多個問題. 價錢是偏高, 但綜合所有的條件, 你會覺得值得! 首先, 她有好味, 精巧的食物, 蝦子柚皮, 黃金豆腐, 荷葉飯, 石榴露等等, 都是我個人的推介; 環境乾淨, 陽光充足; 一檯人話話不用大聲, 夥計手腳利落, 明快. 希望今年做冬, 老闆會請我們到御滿庭吃飯, 要是這樣, 我就真是賺大了~
