今天是我一個月內第二次光顧此餐廳。服務非常專業,只是第二次到此用餐,經理已經用「黃生」來稱呼我父親。可能是星期日的關係,人流不多,加上時間尚早(十二時已到達),所以用膳環境舒適。我們要了煎堆、魚香茄子炒鴛鴦米、蔥油餅、荷葉飯、錦滷雲吞、雜菌素餃、千層糕、燒腩仔、小籠包和叉燒餐飽。每一個點心都很新鮮可口、熱騰騰,份量亦適宜。一行四人吃了兩個小時,每個侍應都很有禮貌,成日都「唔該前」「唔該後」「多謝」,家人很滿意。

We have reserved a table one day before we go there.....but then when we arrived there today....they FORGOT about the reservation and made us to be waiting...i thought they will give us the very next table....but then they gave the tables to the others first.....so we were mad and asked them y ...and the waitress just said "i don't know...this is out of my control" and walk away....i was like ok..... my gosh....then when we finally took the table and being seated....the lady who made the table came over and pull over the dirty (just used from last cutomers) talbe clothes and ALL THE USED DIRTY TOOTH PICKS WERE FALLING OFF ON ME....I can't believe it.....there were some more but I don't want to say it anymore ...I was really pissed.....feeling so disapointed about this....they need some tranning man!!!
anyways, this is my last time to be there! WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!

Family dinner on weekday night so $3000+ means we still have a private room, though pretty small. Dinner was served very quickly enough except the dessert came really slowly (we had 6 types anyway). The mah jong table was dismounted at 8 and we didn’t get to leave the restaurant probably till 11pm.Food- fair, not majorly surprising except the fist. Food- fair, not majorly surprising except the fist. We didn’t not order steam fish but instead, the entire big bone was taken away and the fish got kinda deep fried and then served with a sauce. I shall find out what that cooking style is called but apparently its quite celebrated.

Dessert- we had the 壽包in big and small size, the yolk were particularly nice, oily enough and actually pocess a yolky scent, though the bread texture weren’t perfect. We had 杏仁茶but cos I don’t reali liked it, they offered 紅豆沙湯丸for a few of us (extra), however apparently as we were told that its all sold, that kind waitress gave us 4 bowls of 木瓜雪耳糖水. They also did a complimentary 紅豆桂花馬豆糕(12 pieces) which everyone agreed was good, the 3 different flavor actually blend in well. We got 腰果千層and Fruit Platter of course.

日期:2007年12月6日阿M同三位同事黎飲茶,等左大半個鐘先至有野食,趕住番工架嘛!其實都唔係話太多人,點解會咁耐既?新鮮即叫即整,算係咁喇!叉燒餐包,鴛鴦米(米粉+粉絲),擂沙湯丸,煎餃子,燒賣,糯米雞,叉燒腸粉.d野食確實幾唔錯,樣樣都熱騰騰.同事有九折卡,仲請我食添,多謝晒!!!

一行五人,去前已經點了一些點心。有雜菌餃、叉燒飽、春捲、牛肉球、鳳爪、煎腸粉、带子炒烏冬。之前光顧過一次,服務生不夠醒目,食物質素唔錯,環境幾舒適。今番同一個有VIP咭同時係熟客的同事去,招呼當堂唔同。上點心速度剛剛好,叉燒飽的叉燒蒸得不夠熟即時換上菠蘿叉燒餐飽。本人認為雜菌餃的外皮澄面落得重手一點。带子炒烏冬好油膩。煎腸粉做得最佳,不太燶不過油,醬油分開上,可以隨自己心意選。甜點有冰糖薑水(甜度同spicy 度ok)同水果拼盤,可能係有熟客同事的關係,免費糖水都上得快一些,似乎這樣的服務要改善一下,始終開始做得不好就不會有更多熟客,望餐館能明白箇中道理。

我個同事尋日帶我去呢間酒家食lunch.佢話上星期食完個焗飯好正.一定要帶我試下.但午市好難訂位.幾乎每日都滿座.個經理話呢個焗飯每日都好多人叫.個飯唔算好濕.汁同飯既比例做得好好.但碟飯得好少.四個食每人得细细碗.不過真係好好食.其他點心都ok.值得一提係個炸豆腐好脆又好滑.

2007年1月4日係我同蝦子餅結婚5周年紀念.雜誌見到廣告,見d菜式都蠻吸引,一試無妨!當晚只有1/3人入座...幾靜!我order個餐叫普天歡騰知己餐...每位$388先來2杯鮮榨橙汁,確是鮮榨,太多橙肉兼唔夠凍.冰鎮海螺伴沙律,每人一隻,個殼好似個茶杯2/3噤大,肉唔係大,但又鞋又硬.第一度菜已經令我相當失望!蝦皇上湯焗花竹蝦,每人2隻,單看外表又係失望.1隻蝦黑頭,1隻甩頭,我預d蝦係急凍,但都比2隻好樣小小呀!味道一般而已(汁偏咸).蠔皇扣四頭黑邊鮮鮑,精彩啦...隻鮑魚只係比隻湯匙大小小.鮮鮑四頭都唔係噤size!我向經理查問,他回答鮮鮑係噤上下勒,炆會細一d,唔同乾鮑,會發大d,仲話係食個味.佢當我未見過鮮鮑定係第一次食鮮鮑(我連乾鮑也會在家砲製)?!鮮鮑幾彈牙.食到呢度已經好無心機了.蟹粉燉生翅,出場好有排場,等都15分鐘,仲用火住食...呢個係開始好d.食落口...暖暖地?真係越食越熱,最後個啖最熱!不過d蟹黃.蟹肉係即蒸即拆,好新鮮,d魚翅幾多(有幾條幾粗),湯底鮮味而個獻又唔杰達達.呢個時候我已在想,最好味的應該係壓軸的甜品.金粟南瓜露及青蘋果酥.

後者十分"的骰",很鬆脆,但完全唔知點解叫青蘋果酥?無餡兼面頭的裝飾是腰果(我覺得這兩個是最好了).
食完甜品個經理想sell我下次食d乜?我狠批完頭先食的海螺又鞋又硬,係"拾"得太耐所致,同d蝦黑頭又甩頭.佢話d蝦係沙巴運(有關係咩?),跟住連忙送上生果.

這兒環境係舒適,服務也不錯(客少),就是食物的水準...我以後不會再光顧哦!

同事生日,到這間中菜館地,據聞新開無幾耐。留位時巳經訂了店家推介的荷葉飯。點了許多點心,因為感冒初癒,只吃了蝦餃、珍珠雞、菜心、玉米墨魚餅、寧波餃、馬拉糕,味道中上。同事點了是日燉湯,由原條生魚、豬肉、半隻雞,燉煮而成,味道香甜好味!荷葉飯係好好味,偏濕但出奇地討好,配料甚多,荷香飄飄,甚是美味!飯後甜品,有人點雙皮奶、杏仁茶。我點了焗栗子西米布甸,微甜,栗蓉略乾,但都幾好味。我們八個人,埋單約$950,吃得飽飽,唔算便宜,但都算係一間見得吓人的粵菜館。
