今日試咗,感覺有點名過於實。叫咗三餸一湯 1.避風塘辣蚧 2.炸豆腐 3.䓤油雞 4.招牌海鮮湯。隻蚧要大辣,蚧都係用旁邊兩隻出名嘅越南蚧,可惜蒜頭炒不夠香咸多咗辣不足而且不乾身,味又入吾到蚧度。炸豆腐幾好。雞就唔掂,食唔出係走地雞,而且用䓤油舖滿隻雞更冚咗雞味,其實算叫差。個湯都幾好飲,不過亦只叫合格。 店員就唔錯,有招呼。以蚧計,可以揾番老字號嘅(可惜最美味果間執咗)。雞就正常一間酒楼都會比佢好。海鲜湯始終都係西貢,流浮山,鲤魚門果啲至有水準。以價錢評以上食品…… 大家可以試其他較正中嘅。

貨不對板第一次去呢間野,真係非常失望。Order咗鹽油水煮蜆,第一口就已經有沙😪再來避水塘炒蟹,味道唔錯。但一隻蟹蚶好新鮮,另外一隻似死蟹嘅蚶,縮水得番1/4😪本來想complain 但驚之後個餸會加料,所以無出聲😪最後sala骨,overcooked pork chop又咸到出汁😪最後埋單一千蚊,又話部機壞咗,一定要現金😪以後唔會再幫襯,真係好耐無食過咁差嘅食物😪😪😪如果再係咁,好快close down了😪

星期四晚上行書展,時間實在不足,我跟朋友愛書也愛文具,匆匆看書後,只有十分少時間看文具。滿足精神食糧後,也要滿足個胃,二人十分疲倦,豪一次,坐的士到這裡吃夜宵,因友人記掛蔥油雞。原來晚上十時後有很多食物有特價,但不包括蔥油雞。我們只點了特價馬拉盞通菜,很爽脆,對本人而言比較辣一點,馬拉盞內的蝦乾十分香甜,整碟菜比較多油一點。十分期待的蔥油雞,我們點了半隻,依然是蔥多到看不見雞,雞及蔥也不鹹,能夠吃到雞的鮮味,加上蔥更能帶出雞的香味,反而是薑蓉比較鹹。友人不吃牛肉,所以要將特價的乾炒牛河轉做干炒肉片河,就變成沒有特價了。肉片河炒得十分均勻,不鹹,有鑊氣。這裏正常時間的價錢並不十分便宜,但十時後有很多菜式也有優惠價。下次消夜,也可以再考慮到來試其他的款式。

十分期待的蔥油雞,我們點了半隻,依然是蔥多到看不見雞,雞及蔥也不鹹,能夠吃到雞的鮮味,加上蔥更能帶出雞的香味,反而是薑蓉比較鹹。

想食小炒,諗起越華會,感覺老字號😬小炒價👇🏻👇🏻見到隔離枱果碟,只見蔥油滿滿一碟,乜東東?原來底下是雞👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻勁多蔥油,正!雞件滑一滑,用上鮮雞煮,蔥油雖多,卻不覺油膩,好好味😋😋脆皮豆腐皮脆且薄,鋪上少少椒鹽,香口內裏豆腐嫩滑得不得了😍😍一口一件,停不下來😆招牌糯米飯睇樣已覺得好味,食落唔會太鹹,而且軟軟的,好味道。蜜餞骨甜甜的外皮,內裏配上新鮮排骨,酥香甜蜜,估不到的出色。排骨加上蜜餞嘅甜,又幾夾👍🏻👍🏻食越華會記得訂枱,成日都full house,人多walk in 有排等。

中秋節將至,一眾姐妹相約預早慶祝。人多自不然中菜是最佳選擇。歷史有番咁上下的越華會聽聞己久,食物質素不錯,但服務態度惡劣的傳聞,今天終於領教了。我們一行五人訂了七時,到達後被帶至四人坐位,要雖然我們不是太肥但想舒舒服服享受一頓晚餐。要求過後是可以換六人枱但要八時交還,試想想擾攘一輪時間己到七時多,試問不夠一個鐘頭,可盡興而歸嗎?之後店員再搭多句「係咁㗎啦,坐唔坐自己諗啦」,果然然聞名不如見面,想幫襯第二次都幾難啦。那態度悪劣的竟然是老板啊......OMG!無奈之下唯有照舊坐四人枱!不過相信食物點好都不會再來。椒鹽豆腐皮脆內軟,豆腐滑溜溜,外層的椒鹽確惹味。豉椒炒蜆蜆隻飽満,鮮甜。沙薑雞雞肉質嫰滑,末醮醬料己感覺太鹹,調味過火了。咸疍炒涼瓜值得推介的,鹹鹹香香的脆衣,涼瓜一丁點苦味都感覺不到還很清甜。豉油皇炒麵聽聞好得好好味的炒麵,原來不外如是,沒有什麼特別。如沒有辣醬的襯托,基本上沒有味道可言。講真食物水準都是一般,食後還有點口渴的感覺!
