。小弟愚見,師傅可以考慮預先將泥鯭拆肉,或者係將泥鯭原條上,食用粥品就可以變得安全得多。

多得老友記電視劇o既廣播,令家人諗起三色台福將Bobby哥有份投資灣仔o既「越華會海鮮小館」;由於劇集播完後大家仍有感意猶未盡,大食會就決意週三晚前往一試。餐店環境尚算企理,服務都唔錯,加上菜式鮮香美味,價錢又抵,太陽未落山已全店滿座,明顯極受街坊歡迎
Bobby哥喺屋企人心目中o既「我最喜愛男主角」地位多年不變,所謂愛屋及烏,我地都一樣會支持其開設o既「越華會」。

都話系廣東菜包羅萬象,咩都有得食,其實我覺得哩句話系岩咗一般吧,因為就齋海鮮嘅食法就已經同其他有區別,不過隨著時間嘅推移,美食之間相互借鑒,趨於同化、瀨尿蝦,一節一節非常分明,偏透明之間見到肥厚嘅蝦肉,哩個季節食無錯,椒鹽味都算系上乘選擇、猛火通菜,帶有辣椒,蔔蔔脆嘅同時又有辣嘅勁爽,總體上辣的過癮,食得過癮。特別嘅魚湯浸龍蝦,魚湯本身系有腥氣嘅,不過經過適當嘅處理,鮮美味道,濃白色咁,浸大蜆,兩鮮相加系一道加法,大蜆好好味,用魚湯浸泡之後,帶有魚湯嘅鮮美,而且味道好濃香。點解我只不過系想將自己嘅感受寫出嚟俾大家睇下都咁艱難咧?

朋友舊曆生日 叫餸食飯呢度食海鮮嘅 但我地第一味菜係叫左個脆豆腐 外脆內滑 好正 第二道 - 蒜香骨但個不太特別 比較大件蒜味不濃之後生日又點少得食雞叫左半隻霸王雞 配鮮魚豉油好味沙嗲牛炒芥蘭芥蘭菜無食晒 因為太多油有小朋友係度 所以叫左粟米海皇羮羮內嘅帶子同蝦都鮮甜 但個羮比較稀一個例鍋可以裝到5-6碗鮮蝦 帶子小朋友要用飲管飲 人仔細細飲兩大碗最後 又係忍唔住芝士伊麵嘅誘惑叫左芝士大蝦伊麵大蝦係炸過嘅 大大隻 啖啖肉芝士伊麵嘅份量偏少整體味道還好 不過比較乾身如果可以落多少少高湯就very good喇

今日天氣又好似降溫了,同人去越華會海鮮小館哪裡吃晚飯,海鮮大餐,我來啦。瀨尿蝦很大的,每一隻都是個頭很大,我覺得挺好吃的,味道是會讓人覺得s辣的,入口之後是要過一段時間才會辣起來,後頸足。瀨尿蝦的吃的過程比較麻煩,容易弄髒,瀨尿蝦上面有非常多的配料,大家都非常喜歡吃,瀨尿蝦的肉質挺鮮美的,很有彈性。另外,脆皮豆腐我極力推薦吖,外表完全是酥酥脆脆的,很香口的口感,不過當你咬開表面的一層之後,裡面的豆腐就是非常的反差大,是很鬆軟鬆軟的,很容易入喉。當然還有其他的美味的食物,越華會價錢比較公道,服務挺周到的,還不錯。

 金沙的味道係十分之好, 將隻蟹帶到更高享受層次!

我仲專登叫碗白飯用來撈金沙食, 不過好食還好食, 辣到我條脷好痛呀
 家姐就鍾意用金沙撈干炒牛河食, 一樣好味

油鹽水煮蜆係另一必食的菜色, 這裡的蜆沙好少, 可能浸水浸得耐, 所以唔會食到牙痛, 蜆肉都好新鮮, 真係好正! 家姐就喜歡內裡的粉絲, 索哂胡椒湯底更開胃

薑汁炒芥蘭很有鑊氣, 有傳統大排檔風味, 廚師有功力

This was suppose to be a happy gathering dinner, however it's totally ruin by this restaurant !

First the bring out some fresh " pee pee shrimp" to show us in a bucket, $280 each shrimp, price is not the issue if it taste good right? But they turn out really salty and the shrimp meat is sticking on to the shell

We also order the stir-fride crabs, they play the same trick by showing us a big fresh crab.. ... same case of crab meat sticking on to the shell ... ...


When fresh seafood is cooked, usually their meat does not stick to the shells....very hard for us to return to this restaurant again.
